Literally just had a massage from Crazy Panda . My gf and I had the 90 min deep tissue couple massage. We're unsure who gave us our massage but it was ok. Along with some pros we do have some cons. Pro: Quiet and dark when you walk in. We were the only ones there. Performed quickly with no wait Pressure was ok (we kept asking for softer pressure but only gave us hard) Friendly staff Con: The masseuse talked to each other more than my gf and I (they even had a few giggles that made me feel uncomfortable) The masseuse who was massaging me kept leaving when the phone rang or when she heard someone walk in (probably walked out 3-5 times) Walked out feeling a lot worse than when we walked in. Barely could hear any music playing Blankets were small Before leaving I had asked why we were in so much pain and they said it had to do with our knots and because we are so tight. Bad thing is, we received a massage frm somewhere else and we didn't walk out feeling like this so I'm unsure if we will be returning. (Our bodies are really sore. This was my first time here and I received an hour foot and body massage. I really enjoyed the foot massage, the body massage not so much. I had no idea the lady giving me my massage was going to literally crawl on my back, I was a bit taken back by it and did not enjoy that part because it hurt. The lady kept using too much pressure which really hurt in certain places. She would ask me if she was massaging me too hard and I would tell her yes but then minutes later she would start massaging me too hard again. In the beginning the lady asked if I want my massage to be soft, medium or hard and I told her medium but she was doing it hard. I'm sure those who like to be massaged hard would enjoy it. The price was cheap for the services I received and I would probably come back again and give them another chance, but I would asked to be massaged softly and see how that goes. I'm giving 4 stars because I really enjoyed the foot massage and only some parts of the body massage. read more

Well I'm not sure how to put this into words but I'm gonna try. When you walk in your greeted in a very professional manner, given warm water to put your feet in and tended to quickly. You are in an open room with a few reclining chairs an multiple guests. The lady I had was very pleasant and offered a great massage. My intent was to go get a foot massage because I had always imagine it feeling amazing. She rubbed my back, shoulders, arms and feet. Then after about 30 minutes another person joined the room and got a massage right next to me (kinda weird) the lady massaging me literally climbed on my back and started rubbing me with her knees (super talented and a great deep tissue massage) she then went up to my shoulders with her knees and started opening her legs (allowing her knees to slide down my shoulders) and then clinching her legs back together (which brought her knees back to my scapula/shoulder area). I felt like I was getting a reverse lap dance. After it was all said and done I really didn't feel like I enjoyed it like I thought I would have. I was very excited to try this place. I have been getting frequent massages for over 15 years, and never once have a gotten a full body massage lying on my face for the whole entire hour. I got the deep tissue massage. At first it was good but then as time went on I realized I wasn't being told to turn over. Feet were not touched, arms were only rubbed with lotion. This is supposed to be a full body massage. I literally layed on my face the whole hour while she rubbed my back. Also the lady kept sniffling and grabbing tissues to wipe her nose. At one point even left the room to blow her nose. If anyone is sick on staff and not feeling well they shouldn't be giving massages. Especially with everything going on with Covid-19. At the end of the massage, I got up, and guess what.....the tissues she used for her nose were right there on the floor. Just makes me sad that not only did I not get what I paid for, it was uncomfortable. Also no lights on or AC at this place. So don't expect much :( read more

I had a couples massage here and the massage itself was a little hard, but still nice. What really upset me and my boyfriend was when one of the ladies walked out in the middle of the massage. At first, we didn't think it was a big deal... but then she brought in the office phone and was taking calls through the ENTIRE massage. I have NEVER had an experience like this. She was talking very loud the entire time, it was impossible to relax - the point of a massage. I was about to walk out multiple times, and afterwards I was upset I didn't. After a crazy week of moving, my husband and I decided to give this place a go. We did a couple massage, he had deep tissue and I had Swedish. I have nothing positive to say about the aesthetic. When we walked in, it was very dark. No lights on. No AC, so it was hot and stuff. The reception area and foot massage area were in the same room- which I would think would be kinda awkward. No privacy. The lady there ushered my husband and I into a large, stark, dirty room with 2 tables. I wanted to leave at this point but my husband was in pain and wanted to stay and give it a chance. So we stayed. They were 20 minutes late to our appt that we were early to. The one woman literally climbed up on my husbands back on her hands and knees... which was weird. And the person who gave me my massage found my bones instead of some of my muscles. Anyway. It wasn't a total loss. We do feel somewhat better. However, we have definitely had better work done and the rudeness of the staff and general creepiness of the establishment will definitely keep us from returning. read more

Scheduling isn't always the easiest, there is a language barrier issue. Upon arrival coming into the facility it is the typical foot massage lounge. There are people in the lobbying getting foot massages, which isn't my thing. I've received full body a few times there. The room to the right the massage table is comfortable, to the left not so much. The linens are pretty rough, they do smell fresh though. My first and second massage was wonderful. The little gal is incredibly strong. If you love deep tissue, highly recommend. I thought I could handle it and asked for deep tissue but I had to ask her to ease up. My third time I got another gal and I requested she focus on my shoulder and that just didn't happen. I asked 3 times and she agreed but continued with her routine. I left with my shoulder still being aggravated. I will attempt to request the massage therapist that I know puts in work! Overall hours are great and good parking. read more

I was the first client this morning. Sandy was great I could hardly even walk on my right foot from standing on hard floors all day at work. The pain keeps me up at night and makes it difficult to just do the bare minimum. I told her my right foot was hurting me badly and she took her time kneading out my pain. I feel so much better. This place is a bit of a hole in the wall, but my mom and I came here for an hour massage. Massages were great and the women took extra care to any of our needs or problem areas. The finishing of the massages they used a lot of body weight and pressure to get the kinks out. At one point she had her knees in my back and I swear popped my back into realignment! She was able to find the knots and the pressure was great! Strong! She checked in on the pressure a few times in the beginning which I appreciate because it gives me the opportunity to ask for more or less without feeling like I'm interrupting. If your in pain and you need some knots worked it I definitely recommend this place Only negative for me was I was very cold the whole time. The bed and the room were not heated. After my previous go to place changed owners and the quality suffered, I was forced to find another place for massages. I am so happy I did because Crazy Panda is the best massage I have ever had. The place doesn't look like much, and you don't get any fancy robe or iced tea while you wait, but their staff is expert at reflexology and deep tissue massages. Sandy (amazingly talented) worked out knots in my neck and shoulders that I've had for years and no previous masseuse could fix. The tension is gone! I feel like a younger person! I walked in and was able to get a 60 minute massage. She did exactly what I asked for and I'm incredibly happy. My masseuse asked what level of pressure I wanted which was great. I haven't had a massage for a long time so I had a lot of tension and knots. There were times when it hurt but it was all worth it afterwards. I would have given this place 5 stars but while I was paying (using a card), the cashier asked me how much she should add for tip. That left a bad taste in my mouth and eventhough it will not stop me from coming back here again, I just see it as plain tacky. Btw, I always tip in cash and give it directly to whoever gave me the service.
