As of recently, this location has a manager by the name of EVIE (Hispanic older woman with a masculine metrosexual haircut) and I am very displeased with her behavior. I had a return that was after 30 days - the policy states that any return AFTER 30 days WITH receipt is due a merchandise credit which is completely fine with me, I did not expect to be refunded my money. She was refusing my return for a merchandise credit and only after I pressed the issue and told her she MUST uphold the policy did she process my return for a merchandise credit. She told me she would "try" to do it as if she was doing me a favor. She literally tries to deter returns by LYING to customers about the return policy despite it being written in black and white. (They don't like to process reruns because it messes up their sales quota) It's not my job as a consumer to instruct her to follow Rainbows return policy. She said that "they" said they cannot honor returns after 30 days despite what the policy says in the store. She is a bold face liar and I will be contacting corporate, as a manager she should always follow policy!

They were very hostile with me and because I was unsure of what I wanted, I was cursed and belittled. It's illegal to close a store before closing time. I asked the manager for her name while talking to the employee Kelly through the closed door and her response was come back and get my name. Horrible customer service. Closing before closing time. I don't recommend buying at a store with this type of attitude and service.
