I feel a difference compared to Ross's when I shop at any of the locations, quality of upkeep and merchandise selling here. Lot of free parking spots to choose from. Just know the line to checkout is very long especially on weekends or mid morning/lunchtime.

He said the item was "unsellable," but other T.J.Maxx locations have accepted similar returns without any problem. If Sargoon R. is the manager on duty, I recommend being cautious about shopping here. It's disappointing to see a great brand represented this way.

They have a pair of On Cloud shoes that I want, but I'm going to wait on it. I'm not sure what it is, but I never get good service at any of the Shoe Palace stores on this island. The workers just stand by the registers and chat with each other. I never get a greeting or get asked if I need help. I get great service at the mainland locations though.

Semi annual sale…read more.. Nuff said and I'm there though I keep forgetting and thankfully I was here for another reason...where!? Pearlridge Center Mauka on the second floor location is nice as it's quite spacious at both Pink and Victoria's Secret section but isn't as crowded which makes it a breeze to browse at my leisure. The staff here is nice okay not the friendliest though does keep everything clean and organized especially in the clearance items bins as shoppers search for the deals it's all well kept which makes it so easy to find what you're looking for (which I did) and gosh it's so satisfying lol! Speaking of as I checked out I received a coupon for 30% off a full priced item for my next visit as it says...shop, save, repeat...indeed! Thank you!

The "Exchange" happens to be two floors of merchandise. You'll find snacks, greeting cards, clothing, pet supplies, luggage, footwear, linens, bedding, household items, and more! There was a convenient restroom on the ground level near the elevator. On the other side of the elevator was a small stage with flags from different Asian and Pacific Island nations to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month! I looked at the clearance racks and didn't see anything great. I walked through the accessories, purses, cosmerics, shoes, and Bath & Body aisles... nothing really caught my attention. When I return, I'll be with mom again!

With so many military installations on island, there are a plethora of shopping centers available to the active and retired ID card holder. I like Hickam most especially because of the compact and well laid out complex where commissary, BX, food court, and vendors are all within walking distance. You can find some good bargains also. While Hickam AAFES does not have the volume of a Schofield Bsrracks PX or the breadth of a Pearl Harbor NEX, I've been able to achieve some impressive savings here. When I moved back here 5 years ago (with only 2 suitcases), I needed to buy a bed & mattress. The cheapest NEX set was too "Gucci" for my Spartan simplicity. I was able to find a well made firm and comfy mattress at this AAFES store for $900 less than at the NEX. Since then I've purchased many items here and have never needed to take anything back. I also appreciate how at the customer service desk you can order pineapples for shipment back to loved ones in the mainland. Definitely recommend Hickam to all ID card patrons and encourage everyone to check prices here first. Mahalo for reading my review.

We all like shopping at Ross its great you find deals if you willing to dig HOWEVER - I KNOW this place can get crowded cause it's in a mall and all but this location is so messy and cramped - shopping here gives me anxiety. You can barely fit a cart between any of the clothes aisles. If someone is already in there looking you cannot go into the same aisle, you need to walk all around to maneuver- its STRESSFUL. When you have a retail background you KNOW how horrible this is for customers and sales personnel. They have clothes BEHIND a pilar squeezed in a spot no one can reach. Why not have the racks adjacent to the pillar so it does not become a barricade? Does fire marshals even have this spot on their radar cause daaaaang.....
