Ate here last week after noticing it while I was shopping for other things in the strip mall where it's located. It was SO good and the service was great! We had hummus and pita, garlic fries, fire fries, the chicken gyro, the falafel gyro and falafel bowl. It was all great. Not a bad meal in our group. Everything was very flavorful and delicious with generous portions. We didn't have any alcoholic beverages but they had a great bar selection. In total our meal - 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, 4 sodas - was about $40. Great value! We were very impressed and will be back soon! read more

First time visit to this place today. Met the owner his name is Bishon. It looks like walking into a Greek village. Very large portions and decent pricing. He says the recipes are his mom's recipes. They have an existing location up at Polaris and now this one here in Hilliard. The baklava is large and priced $2.99. You need to check out their Facebook page because he will post coupons or percentage off coupons for dine in and carry out orders. I finally tried this place. I just got the gyro combo with the Greek fries. The meat tasted like it had been frozen and I didn't get the concept of the Greek fries -- they just had some feta sprinkled on them. I'll probably try it again sometime and I hope it is better then. read more

First and most importantly: the service here is prompt, friendly, and excellent. We had appetizers. Which were great. We had hummus and the Greek fries. Both were perfect. I had the falafel salad. The falafel were fresh and perfectly cooked. The lettuce and veggies in the salad tasted old and as if they were almost spoiled, tho. This was the only thing that made me reduce by a star. My wife had the spicy chicken pita and it was fantastic. She noted that it was actually spicy and how much she liked that. Really good. Will go back for a gyro and lemon chicken soup. read more

I have been searching for a new gyro/Mediterranean restaurant and I think I found it today. I was greeted by the owner and felt very welcomed. He answered any questions I had. Upon learning it was my first time to his restaurant he made my order personally. I had a jumbo gyro, Greek fries, and a beverage for $11.99. For the enormous portions and friendly service I feel this was a great value. Yes it is not your normal fast food gyro shop so the prices I feel are fair. Based on this single experience I would rate the Crazzy Greek at a 5. I look forward to a future visits and hope future experiences are the same. read more

Today was my first visit to the Crazzy Greek II and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Gyro bowl for take-out and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was nicely seasoned, the veggies fresh and crisp, the bread warm, and the sauce and meat were perfect. To be honest, when I first pulled the bowl out of the bag I thought that the price was a little steep, but I was proven wrong when I discovered how much food was stuffed into that container. By the time I made it half way through my meal I was completely stuffed. I will definitely be returning whenever my craving for gyros hits again. :) read more

Crazzy Greek has by far the best gyros around. I can't say enough how much I love their food, especially the spicy gyros. I used to live across the street from the original Crazzy Greek and I ate there easily 2-3 times a week. I'm happy to say the food at this second location is identical to the original, and now that I have moved it is a little closer to me. If you like Greek/Mediterranean type food, you have GOT to do yourself a favor and try this place out. If you like spicy food, order a jumbo spicy gyro and enjoy. It is massive and just amazing. Got a sampling of all the meats...gyro meat was so flavorful, spicy gyro is spicy and so good, chicken is tender and well seasoned. We ordered the gyros and Greek salad ... excited to try them. I went here last weekend and the food was good. Good portions and the prices are fair. To comment on some of the other reviews. They have lunch specials and have coupons on the their website. The building itself is the same as the prior Mexican place, but they have hand painted murals throughout the whole building. The owner said it took 6 weeks to pain. Also, the owner was very nice and cordial to me. He even asked for suggestions about the area. read more

First time coming here. I ordered online and got the spicy chicken and rice,2 orders of pita,kibble and a piece of chocolate cake. I tasted everything but the cake and it's DELISH!!!! You get your money's worth here and I love that. The chicken is a good spicy the rice is perfect. The pita is soooooooooo soft. I am so happy and satisfied. I have found my new greek place and they deliver. OMG! I have enough food to last me today and probably tomorrow. So full already. But overall this place is great! read more

Loved this place. Lunch specials are great gyro fries and a drink for 7.99 or my favorite the Gyros bowl with a side of hummus delicious. Loved the Greek fries. My friend had the chicken and rice with the house dressing. Wish they bottled and sold it. Maybe they do should have asked. Never had a falafel before but the it was great. Owner was very friendly and accommodating apparently falafel was a family recipe. Will be back to try more. First impressions are lasting and mine was fab. read more

Every single time I have been here the same super nice guy has been our waiter. He is always willing to work with us and we even had a friend with dietary restrictions come in once and he was working with us and the chef to make sure she had something she could eat. The food here never disappoints! I highly recommend the Greek fries. So much delicious flavor. I've never had better fries anywhere!! It was HUGE! The Greek salad is outstanding, but you have to try the falafel. Even if you have tried falafel before and didn't like it, this place is one of the best I've ever had!! Beshoy is awesome! We went on a Friday afternoon and we the only one there. Our service was prompt obviously, but what stood out was the mood of the service. Attentive and joyful. The food was amazing. I ordered a traditional gyro bowl and when he brought it out it was beautiful! The taste was excellent and I had to get a box to go. I am not a small person. Delicious! We've gotten carry out gyros twice now. Other things on the menu sound good, but not sure when I'll get to them because the gyro is so great. They have very reasonable prices and big portions with lots of gyro meat. Also accommodating of special requests such as extra veg and making the gyro open faced. They've taken our business from the other Greek place in town that I used to swear by, but Crazzy Greek is better and cheaper. read more

The pastichio was oily and bland. The lemon chicken soup was bland and tasted more like it was in a tub of oil rather than broth. The grape leaves had good flavor, but again oily. Mom and I wanted greek for lunch so we went easy and chose delivery. We ordered quite the smörgåsbord! We tried the hummus, tzatziki & baba ghannoug for appetizers. Spanakopita, tabbouli salad, chicken gyro and baklava. I lovvvved the hummus and tzatziki (portions were quite small on the dips). Tabbouli salad had great flavor. Gyro left me wanting more in terms of flavor (I added tzatziki on it and it was delicious). The delivery driver did not bring the baklava so he returned quickly with it. Spanakopita was only one triangle, one VERY DELICIOUS and flavorful triangle, was expecting more than one I suppose. Overall I will definitely eat here again. I have been a long time fan of the original location in Polaris and was thrilled to find this new Hilliard one near my house. I went in today and the food was GREAT! It tasted the same as I am used to and is still my favorite gyro in Columbus. Reviews from opening night are always tough to trust because no opening night goes according to plan. This place is the real deal! Coming from someone who has grown up eating Mediterranean food and someone who's standards in that category are very high I can honestly say that tonight's food was just as good as if it were home cooked by somebody's lovely old Greek grandmother. 10/10. I ordered the spicy chicken over rice meal and my wife had the tilapia pasta; we were both very pleased and very full. My chicken tasted like it had been marinated for hours and perfectly seasoned. Then the chicken breast was diced up into large pieces and served over some of the best rice I've had in Columbus, on the side was a crisp fresh greek garden salad. Their pita bread was fresh out of the over and their hummus and tzaziki sauce are equally as good. The atmosphere was great for a casual dine in experience and they really went all out with the Greek summer island decor. I hear they also deliver, so I'll be looking forward to ordering from there in the near future as well. If you're coming come hungry or expect to see a take out box in your future because their portions are very generous. For the price you really can't beat this place. We really like this place. It is great for families & delivery is usually super quick. I order at home & at work. My work kiddos & bosses love their meat options & I have plenty of choices as a vegetarian. The portions are always large & we've yet to have something we didn't like. Crazzy Greek 2 used to be walking distance from my apartment in Hilliard and it's one of my favorite places to eat in Hilliard. It's a little pricier than fast food and Greek isn't my fiance's favorite, so we don't eat here often, but I'm a big fan! We primarily order in advance for pick up and the staff is always friendly and courteous, both when we place the order and when we pick it up. Other reviews have mentioned that portions are large, which is absolutely true, so you definitely get some bang for your buck. I'm a vegetarian and I enjoy their Falafel Gyro, but the real standout is their Garlic Feta Fries. More often than not, I skip a traditional entree and just get a large order of the Garlic Feta Fries for a meal. It's HUGE, so it's more than enough for a main dish, and in my opinion, it's the best thing on the menu. Seriously, do yourself a favor and try them the next time you visit and you won't regret it! You can also upgrade the fries that come with a sandwich to the Garlic Feta Fries if you don't want to just eat french fries for your meal like I do. read more
