Tucking in to my birthday feast!
    Lara K.

My brother and I send each other birthday feasts on our birthdays. It's a tradition going back years. This year might have been the best because he sent me a huge spread from Crazzy Greek! We got hummus, pita, stuffed grape leaves, Greek salad, gyros, Greek fries and baklava galore. Delivered right to my house by a friendly gentleman who wished me a happy birthday with a big smile! Everything was delicious. I love my brother - and now I'm a huge fan of Crazzy Greek.

It was a decent looking place and the service was friendly and efficient but the food was awful. I ordered the Hummus Chicken Shawarma. It was supposed to be chicken grilled with onions, tomatoes and banana peppers over hummus with pita on the side. Nothing had any taste at all except the banana peppers which were over-abundant. Literally, no taste except salt. I had to spit out several bites of chicken that were gristly. Even the pita had no taste. How can this place stay in business?

I got take out after finding myself needing something for dinner while in the Polaris area. They have a huge menu, but my go-to at any Greek/Mediterranean restaurant is just a regular gyro so I went with that. The gyro is super reasonable (~$7) and a side of fries is around $3. Add on an extra tzatziki and the total was around $11. I got the gyro without tomatoes but it came with banana peppers on it, which I wasn't expecting, but I like banana peppers so it was a nice surprise. The gyro was good and I would get it again. The fries were definitely above average and had a really nice crunch. All in all, I was happy with this place.

Carry out experience - Excellent price for a delicious meal. Stopped in and ordered food to go. When the food was ready they brought it out to the car. I ordered 4 of the $7.99 lunch specials. It comes with a Regular gyro, fries and a drink. The gyro is huge, and the fries are cooked just right and seasoned perfectly. Don't forget the dessert. Grab some baklava to complete your meal. @ohiofoodlover

    Food for four!

I love Greek food, and Crazzy Greek is a great option close to home. The gyros are delicious with a nice amount of sauce on them. No feta included, but still plenty of flavor! The fries are seasoned nicely. Occasionally we splurge for some baklava, and it's tasty! We didn't bother with a kid's meal because the regular gyro combo is not that much more, and the kid's meal includes a fountain drink anyway. If it were milk or apple juice, we might go that route instead. Next time you're hankering for Greek food, give Crazzy Greek a try!

Gyros were excellent! Recommend getting their Greek fries as well. One of the better gyros in town for sure.

I absolutely love the food here, but we rarely come here, as there are some things about this spot…read morethat I wish would improve. The food is absolutely worth the price. But it's a bit bold to charge the same amount as Northstar Cafe when the service experience is not nearly as premium. As a guest, you wait at the door to be seated, and you're standing there with a bunch of confused DoorDash drivers. You get a table that you have to trust is claimed for you, and then have to go stand in another line for counter service at the back. This line moves slowly because you can't see the menu until you are right by the counter, so people have to quickly figure out what they want when it's time to order... and to no surprise, this slows things down a lot. Even more frustrating is that this line to order overlaps with the exit point from the kitchen, so you have to dodge servers who are running hot food to tables. After you order, you have to wait in yet another line for the one beat up Coke Freestyle machine in a tiny crowded corner space. There is no space where guests can get extra napkins or to go boxes, and if you want a refill, you again have to wait to use the Coke machine. Once you pay, you are pretty much on your own to get anything you need -- and you have to stand in yet another tiny crowded space to wait for what you need. The overall ambiance is akin to a sports bar or a quick-service restaurant, but you're paying the premium price you'd pay at a full service upscale restaurant. And the food really does deserve that price... but the hospitality experience is just so lacking that I'm not willing to spend the money, which is frustrating considering these are all fixable issues. Koble really just has an identity crisis. Are you an upscale, full-service restaurant? Are you a quick-service lunch spot? Are you a sports bar? Please pick one and commit to it.

First off, the patio atmosphere here is fantastic. Bright red umbrellas, string lights overhead, tropical plants, and even a really cool wall fountain feature give the space a relaxed vacation-like feel right in the middle of Uptown. On a day like today, it was honestly hard to leave. Jillian took great care of us throughout lunch. She was friendly, attentive without hovering, and you could genuinely tell she enjoys what she does. There was an enthusiasm and positive energy about her service that helped make the whole experience even better. She brought a warmth and enthusiasm to the table that fit perfectly with the relaxed patio atmosphere. We ordered the Reuben along with the Philly Steak Panini. Both sandwiches were excellent. The Reuben had nicely toasted rye bread with plenty of corned beef, sauerkraut, melted Swiss, and dressing flowing together exactly the way you want a good Reuben to be. The Philly Steak Panini was loaded with steak, peppers, onions, melted cheese, and perfectly pressed bread with great texture and flavor. Even the fries were cooked well with a nice crisp exterior. One thing we appreciate about Jimmy V's is that we've had many enjoyable visits here over the years. Today was simply another reminder of why this continues to be a favorite Uptown Westerville stop for us. Good food, a relaxing atmosphere, and a place that people clearly enjoy gathering with family and friends. Jimmy V's Grill & Pub 1 S State St Westerville, OH 43081

(You can buy a 10 lb bag of potatoes for that price, and that's retail). They're just run-of-the-mill ripple chips, like Lays, straight out of a bag. In fact, mine was piled high with crumbs from the bottom of the bag. The burger was thick and lovely to look at, but dry and ordinary. The bun was dry as well. With tax and tip I ended up paying twenty bucks for a burger with chips. Unbelievably, I was charged 49 cents for mayo on my burger! Never could have imagined an up-charge for a condiment. All my life, condiments were part of the sandwich. Next thing you know, we'll be paying extra for salt & pepper. On the plus side, the service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the seating was comfortable. Unfortunately (for me.. maybe there are people who enjoy it?), halfway thru our meal extremely loud music came on -- with a speaker several feet away from me -- making conversation for our party of 8 near impossible.

I would have never tried this place otherwise. I didn't even know it existed and I travel this road every day! I ordered 2 gyros regular, a Cajun fry and a Shawarma bowl. Total was under $40. I sat and waited a good 10 minutes or so for my food. First impressions: place was well lit, small but big enough to accommodate a big group if you wanted to eat there. It was a long and narrow space with the kitchen taking up half the restaurant. The girl who took my order was very nice and patient with me. It was my first time there and I kept changing my order around. She was very sweet and friendly. I was taking pictures and noticed the place could use some cleaning up. It wasn't dirty but not spotless either. Here is the best part: the food! I got my food and took it home and yummy! Food is 5 out of 5! Loved the sauce that came with it: probably the best one I had. My husband said they were not skimping on the meat as his gyro was so big he could hardly close it! The fries were soggy because I took them to go but I air fried them at home and they were good. They were loaded with feta and spicy peppers! It was an interesting combination: not bad but different. All in all I had a great experience and would probably go back. It's lots of food for your buck and I enjoyed it! I just love Greek Express and Agape too so lots of competition. Agape is great because their Shawarma is so tasty and you get to customize everything. Greek Express is so affordable, quick drive through and delicious. I think if I came back I would try their entrees. They sounded good!
