Wonderful breakfast spot in Jackson! We went at 7:40am and it was already a little busy, but we didn't have to wait to get seated. The inside is cute, and the food & service were fantastic. The O.M.S. (Oats, Sunflower Seeds & Millet) pancakes with huckleberries were delicious and super filling. The Steak & Eggs were also great. We did ask for the steak medium rare and it came out more well done, but it was fine since the meat was still very tender. I also loved the hash browns and coffee. Service was excellent!! The staff were very friendly and frequently came by to refill our coffee. The food took some time to come out because they make everything fresh from scratch, but it was worth the wait. Thus place looked so cute we had to try it and we are so glad we did! The entry and restaurant seating is a bit confusing, but once we were seated it was smooth sailing. The staff were incredible. So attentive, kind and quick. My almond milk latte came out so fast and it was delicious! My husband gave a thumbs up to the drip coffee too. My oatmeal was so huge, but fresh and the fruit was incredible. My husband loved his breakfast sandwich, but he too was not able to finish the hearty portion. I usually pick vanilla over chocolate but their chocolate cheesecake muffin is crazy good. It has just the right amount of chocolate and a few dabs of cheesecake that makes it flavorful. It's not over the top sweet, but I would call it a cupcake more than a muffin. read more

It was not at all what I was expecting - it was basically a piece of salmon, not something that resembled lox, which is the way most places serve it. If you go towards the end of the day you may be lucky enough to get buy two get one free. We were so happy. We had heard about this place and so we got a Danish, very good; a lemon bar, big but very sweet; and a cinnamon roll that was good but really needed more cinnamon and raisins inside. We went twice. The first time it was def 5 stars. We got seated right away and my eggs and pancakes were delicious. Their specialty pancakes (I can't remember the acronym it's O--) are delicious. I was craving the pancakes terribly so I made my family go again. The second time we waited to be seated and waited a long time for our food. Being a person who doesn't like breakfast foods at breakfast time, this wasn't the place to come for a meal before a 3 hour rafting trip. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the oatmeal I ate, but I really wanted something that didn't have eggs or that was super sweet or just carbs from white flour. (I am not a health nut by any means. I just don't like eggs and super sweet food first thing in the morning--they don't sit right.) Hubs had the signature breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a pancake). He said it was good--nothing special. Kid 1 had the kiddie scramble (scrambled eggs and a choice of coffee cake or blueberry muffin), and surprised me when they ordered the coffee cake instead of the blueberry muffin. The coffee cake was a little dry and not very flavorful. Kiddo 2 had the kids French toast on cinnamon bread--but I think they got white bread instead. Anyhow, it was thin-sliced French toast dusted in powdered sugar and with a side of syrup. Back to my oatmeal. It had millet, sunflower seeds, and oats. It was a little gummy and while I was given a little pitcher of milk, I would've preferred some hot water so I could have hot oatmeal porridge instead of cold. They were generous with the brown sugar and it came with a ramekin of sliced strawberries and one with blueberries. The place was packed, and we missed the breakfast pastries case when coming in (we saw the cakes and pies). I wish I had seen the pastries because I would've probably had a croissant (even though I didn't want just white flour to eat) because they were huge and just looked yummy. This place was okay. The service people were very confused, but this may be because it was the first weekend of "the season" and all the staff was new. We had spent all day hiking and were looking forward to a warm soup. But the soup was ice cold. The tuna melt was tasty. It was open faced and at least it was warm. The tuna tasted fresh. The kettle chips were good. We ordered a slice of huckleberry pie with a scoop of ice cream to go. It was pretty good, but I've had better pies. I like this area cause all the coffee is made here and I like to watch :) My server was Delia. She took care of everything I needed and was very sweet. I ordered "a Jackson favorite" the bacon omelette. These omelette are three egg omelette that come with hashbrowns and toast. It was ready within 10 min. I gave 4 stars cause I wish they had a gluten free option for toast cause of my intolerance. Many places do and Altogether this place has some good breakfast food and plenty of options for pastries croissants and cakes if you are into that. Not bad but not any different from a regular spot at any "ski lodge" type town. We all the know The Stove in Mammoth and Bert's in Tahoe - this is the same exact situation but in Wyoming. Staff is nice and they seat quick. Food is basically good and the baked goods are pretty decent. Was starving after landing in Jackson, so headed straight here for brunch after dropping off all my bags at the hotel. It wasn't very crowded but it took a while for me to get seated. I ordered the Regular, which is eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns and toast - it's a classic breakfast that i absolutely love to get wherever I go. I got scrambled eggs with sausage. Also ordered a slice of the huckleberry pie and an earl grey. The breakfast came out pretty quickly and it was delicious. The hash brown was amazing!!! Soooo crispy on the outside and cooked well on the inside. The hash brown isn't that seasoned so you're going to want to season it with salt or add hot sauce to add some flavor - but that's how I prefer it rather than it being too salty from the get go. The toast was really good too. The pie was pretty good - not that sweet. It was a very hearty breakfast and i was super full after. They also sell pastries and pie to go. 3.5 stars! read more
