We came on a Monday evening for some ice cream and decided on Cremistry off of Haun. There was a big group ahead of us, but we went and placed our order. Lol and I think they had some issue with the registers. They only accepted cash, no card. And considering no one carries cash anymore let alone for a premium priced ice cream, it was pretty surprising to see that sign posted on their front door. We ordered a cookie monster and a cookie butter with cookie dough mixed in. It did take a while for them to get to our order since each ice cream had to be made to order. And when we received our ice cream, all the seats were taken by the group ahead of us lol so limited seating inside.. BUT there are benches and other tables and chair outside so we enjoyed our ice creams there. The flavors and the creamy-ness of ice cream were there. You do have to wait after you order and there are limited seatings even though there are plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. The price is premium and thr customer service wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. Hopefully they'll fix that register soon! read more

The store was empty. We placed our order. A family with 2 young children came in. One of the kids cried and said ewwww not this one and they walked out. That should have been a warning to us.... The food was old. I ordered a smore. It says toasted marshmallows but they were not. They're were disgusting and hard with NO toasting. The gram crackers were even more stale. Worst customer service iv ever experienced. Trash customer service & trash items. I asked to get a remake after realizing item had something my kid was allergic to. They said they would remake it but instead they tried to pick out the ingredient with fingers (without gloves) and serve it then had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful when we called them out about it after they promised to remake it from scratch. Missing a topping on my ice cream. Didn't realize until I got home and called to verify if they ran out or to at least be credited the cost of the topping for a future visit. I believe it was the owner who I spoke to which basically denied it and rather than work out some resolution, simply hung up on me. Will no longer support a business who isn't willing to address an issue that is so small and could have been easily resolved. My suggestion to the owner, check your cameras if you feel so strongly before discrediting a customer. Will never come back after that. read more

I was wary of trying this location since the bad reviews were making me nervous but when I stood in line to order, I saw that an older Indian man would go around wiping the counters every so often after the ice cream is made. Yes, they can't wipe it down after every ice cream spots land on the counter, but I appreciated the effort. He even squeegeed the back counter and there was a running water basin area to wash the dirty ice cream scoops, so I'm not sure why everyone was complaining it was dirty. The tables are limited and yes, customers can be jerks and leave a huge mess on the tables, but when it wasn't so busy after a bit, the man came around to wipe down the tables, so again, people need to stop nitpicking that there's not someone wiping down everything every second. I got the dolenado and it was really good, it reminded me of the dole whips in a way. I was also comfortable ordering my kids ice cream with the organic cream. There's 3 bases, the premium, the organic and the vegan/sorbet base and that was what I got. This place is a bit pricey but it's pricey for the show and all Creamistry places are priced the same. If you can't afford it, don't bother coming and then complain about it later. Service was great, everyone was nice and my girls were greeted often when they stood there waiting for their ice cream. They said "thank you" as you're leaving and "welcome" when you walk in so I think they're doing a good job as far as being a grand opening. read more

I stopped on here thinking it was a frozen yogurt shop. I looked at the menu and was reluctant, but finally settled on a shake. It appeared that they actually made my ice cream on the spot and then took my fresh ice cream and turned it into a shake.
