We tried this place for the first time and it was the best ice cream hands down that I've ever had! So creamy and delicious! And watching them make it was a fun treat for the kids and adults. If you have had this you should get some now before I eat it all! Another trip: chaos, teenagers without a clue how to work together, except for the two flirting with each other constantly slowing down the line with a store full of customers. Came here for the first time to get a cake for my son...cake was delicious...whole family loved it and cake was perfect and looked perfect...5 stars for the cake but 3 stars for customer service...when me and my wife came in i had a question for the young girl working the counter...i asked her what flavor the cake was and if it was peanut free...i asked the girl 3 times and i swear it was uncomfortable because she just stared at me and my wife and just doesnt know anything ...their was another family in there and they were so friendly they even tried to help and answer the question for me...the husband even looked up at the menu and told me i feel thats it...thank you for the couple for the help and shame on the young girl working there...she didnt know what she was doing...and i think it was the owner A guy behind counter wasnt to friendly either...my advice is nice to customers...cake is good but overall customer service needs some help... read more

Went here on a whim and 100% do NOT regret it. This is the best Ice cream I've ever had in my life. So surprised it's dead, we've been the only foot traffic for about 25 minutes now. Love. I was wary of trying this location since the bad reviews were making me nervous but when I stood in line to order, I saw that an older Indian man would go around wiping the counters every so often after the ice cream is made. Yes, they can't wipe it down after every ice cream spots land on the counter, but I appreciated the effort. He even squeegeed the back counter and there was a running water basin area to wash the dirty ice cream scoops, so I'm not sure why everyone was complaining it was dirty. The tables are limited and yes, customers can be jerks and leave a huge mess on the tables, but when it wasn't so busy after a bit, the man came around to wipe down the tables, so again, people need to stop nitpicking that there's not someone wiping down everything every second. I got the dolenado and it was really good, it reminded me of the dole whips in a way. I was also comfortable ordering my kids ice cream with the organic cream. There's 3 bases, the premium, the organic and the vegan/sorbet base and that was what I got. This place is a bit pricey but it's pricey for the show and all Creamistry places are priced the same. If you can't afford it, don't bother coming and then complain about it later. Service was great, everyone was nice and my girls were greeted often when they stood there waiting for their ice cream. They said "thank you" as you're leaving and "welcome" when you walk in so I think they're doing a good job as far as being a grand opening. read more

Slow service. Flavor is off. Feels like the ingredients should taste more refined like half and half, whipped creàm this taste like whole milk. They will only give you a spoon if you ask for one they are in such a rush. My recommendation is to NOT try this place. I know what nitrogen ice cream is supposed to taste like...rich, cream flavor on your palette this is just trashy. Thumbs down. read more

Missing a topping on my ice cream. Didn't realize until I got home and called to verify if they ran out or to at least be credited the cost of the topping for a future visit. I believe it was the owner who I spoke to which basically denied it and rather than work out some resolution, simply hung up on me. Will no longer support a business who isn't willing to address an issue that is so small and could have been easily resolved. My suggestion to the owner, check your cameras if you feel so strongly before discrediting a customer. Will never come back after that. read more

My boyfriend loves this place, I'm not as big of a fan. Cons: It always takes at least 20-35+ minutes to get an order, the staff are not very friendly and the man who appears to be the owner always acts very inconvenienced to help, the ice cream has a somewhat slimy texture (like Nutella) and it's expensive. Around ten dollars for the creations. Pros: it's a unique novelty experience, it's made right in front of you, lots of flavors and toppings to choose from, and they have lots of dairy free options. read more

This is 100% real ice cream, I tried the captains breakfast and it was delicious. I had to write review because I recently bought one of their ice cream cakes and it was so worth it! I had it customized because my child is lactose intolerant and they were able to make me a almond base cookies and cream ice cream cake, non dairy cake, and non dairy whip cream & icing for it. BEST ICE CREAM I have ever had! The gentleman who is there most nights actually making the ice cream is so nice. Very good customer service, the store is always clean and the line is never to bad. Definately our new favorite ice cream spot. Prices are bit high.. 3 small ice creams runs us (after tax) almost $25.... ouch.. but it's a nice splurge once in a while. read more

I ordered two cakes at once (graduation and a birthday) plus put specific notes for one cake to not have chocolate or fudge decorations. I was called a couple days prior saying that they did not have the ice cream to make one of the cakes so I switched to another flavor, no issue. The day of pick up (I went in TWO hours later) due to a mix up in my schedule and only ONE cake was done. The graduation one that I requested no chocolate/fudge on indeed had fudge on it and the one girl working wasn't able to scrape it off and pipe blue icing because she said she didn't have the cake decorating skills for it. Although she was a very sweet girl and offered to switch it out for another cake in the freezer, we declined because of the specific cake/ice cream combo we ordered. I'm a little baffled by this because 1) you probably should have a cake decorator on schedule especially during such a busy season and 2) when I worked at BR back in the day, we were ALL trained to build cakes and decorate them. In conclusion, I had to bring my entire family into the store to wait for an additional 20ish minutes while she put together our second cake (which was a cake in the box that required no decorating) and although she was very apologetic, this has been the first time in 10 years I have been disappointed in this establishment and it makes me sad.
