Best customer service around....which is hard to find. I ordered one of their newest sweet treats and was pretty impressed. The price is right and the employees were very engaging. For an establishment that sells two servings of ice cream for $20...the OWNER and staff should be a bit more friendly. I asked if they could split my very large ice cream treat into two cups and the OWNER lied to me and said that the general manager does not allow this. I guess he forgot that I am a fellow restaurant owner in the area and we've chatted in the past about his struggling business in Menifee. The girl made my ice cream wrong for my kids and became angry at me and snatched it back when they began to cry because it wasn't made correctly. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for a sweet treat. The place was dirty, nasty and so were there attitudes! 7/20/20 Update - this place is now under new ownership and the service is 1000 times better. I stopped on here thinking it was a frozen yogurt shop. I looked at the menu and was reluctant, but finally settled on a shake. It appeared that they actually made my ice cream on the spot and then took my fresh ice cream and turned it into a shake. At $8.50 it was pricey, but once I started drinking it - it was easily worth $8.50, if not more. I am going to treat myself to one every week from this point on. Love Creamisty! I was able to create my own ice cream and choose the flavors I wanted. I love banana ice cream and it's hard to find it so I was so glad they had it here, I made a Banana ice cream with walnuts, brownies, caramel, and fudge. Employees need training in customer service and expect a long wait. Upon entering neither of the two employees greeted or acknowledged us. We waited for 15 minutes as the only customers in the store while they continued to ignore us. We walk in, start ordering and I go to ask about the 50% off and the cashier said that the text they sent out was a mistake and that it's actually our location in Temecula. I look back at my text just be sure and it specifically stated menifee! The cashier then told me the best he could do is 10% off but let's be real what's 10% off compared to 50% off?? I then asked to talk to the manger/store owner and he tells me he's at the Temecula location so I call them about 10 times and no answer... I just feel like this mistake could have been corrected and if not then at least honor it at the location of what they sent out. I guess the location in menifee hasn't been open for 4 years but I would of never know about this since I just moved here. I was looking at reviews on yelp and I see they ID people for their birthdays to make sure they're basically telling the truth so if you hold your customers accountable or don't trust your customers same should go for the business.. The main thing I get from here is chocolate ice cream with strawberries on top, which really hits the spot. This combination is quite good, though I wish they would add a bit more strawberry on top. Service here is okay. The staff is really friendly, but they need to have more people working here on the weekends. We came in on a Friday night and there were only two associates. It was really crowded, so one associate was handling the register while the other was making the ice cream. Liquid nitrogen ice cream takes longer to make than traditional ice cream, so we waited quite a bit before we got our dessert. Another thing to note is that they stopped carrying M&M's as a topping. While minor, I find this really strange as M&M's seem to be a very popular topping for ice cream. My friend was very disappointed to find out that they no longer carry them. Stopped in tonight to try this place for the first time. Gotta say the experienced was ruined by a rather displeased employee. The young lady in the tan shirt washing the bowls in the back was clearly not happy about her job. All we could hear was silver bowls banging in sink, smashing on the counters by this girl. Like what did the poor bowl do to you girl!! Washing dishes does suck, but it's part of your job. Be pleasant or quit. Just a loud obnoxious environment while we were there. Oh and it didn't stop for her once she got off dish duty. She would toss stuff while making ice cream. read more

As far as ice cream goes I'm not super extra. But this place is and I'm so glad it is. The quality blows me away. The process is amazing. Nitro. It's fun to watch, and it makes a unique taste. The creamiest and smoothest ice cream I've ever had. I had the cotton candy flavored ice cream topped with the blueberry syrup which tasted great and it was not overly sweet which is saying a lot since you can't get any sweeter than cotton candy ice cream. My boyfriend had the Captain crunch ice cream topped with the Nutella sauce and it tasted almost exactly like a Fererro Roché. Only complaint was how pricey it is but it's kind of worth it.
