Horrible customer service. I called to ask a few simple questions and was even hung up on. This company takes advantage of people in already stressful and difficult situations. My car was towed and they made sure to make it the most frustrating and expensive as they could. I understand that cars get towed and it's my fault that my car was there but they really are just disrespectful and really made my situation as horrible as they could. Our family member had his car towed to Creams and we went to pick it up today. They didn't have his car keys because the person who moved it had it and was at an hour away picking up another tow. Why was it not left at the office and they didn't give him a discount. He waited nearly two hours in the cold. The starter went out on our truck. It's an oversized truck and creams was the only place with a flatbed big enough to take it to our preferred auto shop in town. It wasn't an emergency but they still made it out about 2hrs after the initial call and dropped it off with zero issues. My RV was towed due to expired tags. I promptly brought it all current. 12 noon I went to get my RV after waiting for 5 hours I finally was able to see my RV. After insisting I pay prior to seeing my vehicle.. I refused because the guy that towed it was acting wierd . When I did see it finally the whole front end damaged smashed in. And they didn't know anything about it.. I refused to take possession. And insisted they put me in a room because that is where I slept. They said ok after fighting and theatening and they said they would let me know what they were gonna do to rectify the situation.. checkout came Tuesday. This is four days later . No call no nothing.. I'm now careless and homeless. The fees they want me to pay were 375 over the phone then went to 550 when I went to initially pick it up. I got quoted 6000 to fix parts and labor. I got quoted 4600 for parts and 3600 for parts. Finally after proposing 3000 and a lien car as even trade they talked me down to 100​0 and lien car. I went o get my RV. There dude never showed. I got locked in the yard they never answered then I notice my windshield is cracked. He won't replace it now and the contract he wrote was nothing but shady tryna give me the worst car possable. They are being sued by the city of Santa Rosa for environmental issued and for take vehicle that they didn't own. Crooks.. 100% crooks.. I am now out of pocket and they didn not take responsibility for the damage they caused.​ read more

Creams, Arlene, wouldn't let me get anything out of it since I couldn't prove ownership even though I could describe everything in it . Reluctantly understood as well. She was kind enough to get my wallet out and return it to me which I appreciated very much. The kicker is, however, 2 weeks after it technically went to auction my missing debit card was charged for over $500. My bad for not cancelling it and trusting Creams. Arlene tells me her employees would never use a found card and she's "never had any issues" with her employees. She says they "throw away" everything found in the cars before they are auctioned off. Pffft! What horeseshit. This wasn't a repo, but I've been repo'd in the past and everything that wasn't nailed down was missing before I was able to bail it out. How do you think they get their money back? Tow yard is wners and employees are transient and unethical. Creams is probably no worse than most but certainly no better. Cream's Towing is a (very) hidden gem! Yes, this teeny tiny house-turned-office is difficult to see amongst the clutter of deep South Santa Rosa Avenue. No, customer parking is not overly obvious. No there is not a single place to sit down while waiting. No, cleaning is not a weekly priority. Or monthly. But that's all superficial. The beauty of Cream's Towing is the employees! These folks are kind and down-to-earth. They apologize for slight missteps immediately. They offered to give me a bag to put my belongings in. I was there to reclaim personal property out of my 2017 Camry that was severely damaged in a collision earlier that week. The (cute) gentleman tow driver volunteered to escort me to locate my vehicle in the tow yard. He opened the car doors for me. He asked if I was certain I'd collected everything. Considering that he had seen many collisions, I asked him if he thought the car might be deemed a total loss. He answered without hesitating: "For sure. I mean, just look at the airbags". He politely explained that all of the airbags deploying are a good indicator of a vehicle being a total loss. This was news to me. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service, and just the plain old-fashioned kindness I was shown. read more

Just before the bomb cyclone hit on Jan. 4th, Dave came out to get my truck and trailer unstuck out of a really tough situation; He could not get in front of the truck and he couldn't get behind the trailer, so he had to drag the truck sideways through the mud and then he slowly spun the trailer(unhooked from the truck) around and moved it closer to pavement. It was really a master stroke, and the 2 tow truck drivers that came out before him could see no way to get the truck/trailer out. Thankfully, one of the tow truck drivers recommended Creams, saying "these guys do the big & complicated stuff". GMC 2500HD 4WD & 16' dump trailer was what Dave was able to pull out of the mud for me. Thanks Creams!! read more

Shout out to Cream's Towing! We were in Duncan's Mills on a Sunday and needed our motorhome just moved from a campsite to the storage yard, as mechanic shop in Petaluma was not open until Monday. Arleen did her utmost to get us taken care of in a timely fashion. The driver, Dave, came out and moved us as quick as they could. We scheduled to meet the driver on Wednesday to move the rig to Petaluma, as this was the earliest available at the shop. Low and behold on Tuesday, there is a notice that there is a mandatory evacuation of the Russian River area where we were at. Arleen and Tess both were very helpful and were able to quickly reschedule the tow as soon as the evacuation notice was lifted. Long story short, the crew at Cream's, Arleen, Tess and Dave, all were very professional and took care to make sure that we were kept up to date on the status of our driver. This place stole my beautiful Harley Davidson motorcycle. The cops had it towed for an expired tag, i saw them putting it on tje truck and tried to stop them but they refused to let it down, then for the next 5 weeks they denied having possession of it. I inquired about my bike via phone and email and was told they didn't have it. I just paid 6000 dollars for that bike and they flat out stole it from me. It was parked in a legal spot for only 30 min. Shady business! Boycott them! This also happened to a friend of mine, same company same scenario. Shame on creams! read more

We called AAA to move our fifth wheel and they sent Creams and we are so lucky they did! It was a holiday weekend and the owner came out and really helped us work through getting it moved. It's a big one (42 feet) and had a dead battery so it took about 2 hours to get the hydraulics hooked up and working and they stuck with us and worked through all the issues! They even put it exactly where we needed it at the location they towed it to! We are so lucky that Creams came out and are so happy with their service! Hands down and then waaaayy, way up because these guys are absolutely THE BEST. I was in quite a pinch when my 25 foot mobile fashion boutique ~ The Bus Shoppe ~ decided to let her brakes seize up on me just as the night sky was falling.. Think about that.. it's getting dark and I'm stuck on a Friday night in a big bus that wont budge....and now its dark. I became stranded in the back roads of Sonoma County and as I contemplated my next move I had already made numerous calls in to my brother and others for favors to no avail. As I was sitting there I remembered that Arlene, the owner of Creams once told me if I ever needed help to reach out.. By this time its a few hours later and after exhausting all my contacts I gave her a ring. She immediately answered and we then began to make a safe and sound plan to rescue me and my Bus. We determined the spot the bus broke down at was safe for the night so we decided to resume the rescue mission in the morning.. This was great because no one had to work after hours and it was the best decision in light of the situation. It was really dark. The next morning, just as discussed, we implemented our plan to get my bus to the shop for repairs. We were to meet at the location of where the bus broke down and by the time I reached that spot the tow truck driver had already arrived. To my surprise he had already started his work and the bus was already hooked up and he was deep into managing the situation and under the bus making sure all was safe and well for the tow ahead. In no time, we were rolling and I was so ecstatic to be following Creams Towing as he was towing my bus to the Santa Rosa Transmission and Tire shop for repairs.. The driver was a super nice guy, savvy and sweet.. What a combo. I need to give these guys 10 stars because they really came through and executed the plan exactly as we had discussed the night prior.. After 1 month of trying to get it running, it soon became a boat anchor in my driveway. I called another business that "no called no show" to come and pick up the heaping pile of junk. Geico gave them the wrong number and the driver proceeded to scold my mother and try to hold her accountable for not taking his calls and leaving him waiting. There was no sensitivity and compassion.
