I walked in here for a last minute full set. I was unsure, Creative Nails proved me wrong. Keeping it short, it was great. Professional. Clean. The service was about 45 minutes, maybe a little bit more but I was comfortable, I didn't mind. I don't fuss over my nails but I want what I ask for. Cindy did just that. There were a few regulars with appointments. I suggest making an appointment since it seems like they stay booked and I was a lucky walk in appointment. The shop was clean and organized, they clean up after every customer including sanitizing the station and chairs. For my nails, She checked all the angles on my nails, clipped my cuticles, filled the undersides of my nails and added cuticle oil. My nails were $45, before tip. There was a lot of talking between the techs but I didn't feel uncomfortable because I mind my business. My tech, Cindy, would still talk to me asking about what I wanted, checking her work with me, making sure she wasn't hurting me. I noticed the same thing with other clients, so I didn't feel like it interferes with the work being done. There was also laughing, giggling, short melodies, it made the environment very inviting, positive and friendly. I have a regular shop, but I will return here when I'm in the area! I came here for a pedicure and it was truly amazing. There is a new owner and they will go above and beyond to ensure you are serviced properly. The shop is small but beautiful and appointments highly recommended but they do take walk ins. 10/10 highly recommend this shop. read more

I have been going to this salon for twenty years and four or five different owners. The salon was again recently sold and I will not return. I went in for a pedicure. An, who did my nails did a very good job, however, I go to the salon to relax and be treated well. The new "owner", Vivian was talking in her language on FaceTime throughout my entire service. The TV was set to music and was blasting. When my service was finished, another man asked me how I felt. I asked, "About what?" He answered, "pedicure". I told him the pedicure was great, exactly the way I like my nails done. I told him I would not be returning because of the noise and her talking on FaceTime. She laughed. He said he was sorry and I told him I was too. I told him I had been going to that salon for 20 years, but would not return. I also told him the way they conduct business they would not last long. He said, "Thank you" Very sad and poor way of doing business. read more

Since the new ownership, I have stopped going. What was once a friendly, fairly inexpensive nail place is now a price gouging, nasty, poor work place. The old owners always had a smile on their faces, went out of their way for their customers and never pressured them to leave a google or yelp review while in the store, when their nails still look nice. I have never had more problems with my nails since the new owner. I would have to come back time and time again to fix a chip or a broken nail. For their prices that should never happen. After my google review the owner reached out and basically told me I was wrong. Well others have spoken up as well. They do not take credit or debit cards no matter what the owner says. I have been there many times for fixing a problem and everyone in the salon was asked to venmo since they do not take cc. The female tech, Vivian, is rude and she is not gentle removing previous polish and has burned me several times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

I got a pedicure great experience very clean place. They made the pedicure feel very fancy. The only problem is the the polish bubbled.

This clean, modern nail salon is located in a run down old strip mall. It is a shame, because for so long I assumed the place was a dump...but it is far from it. Why only three stars? It took forever! Over an hour and a half for a mani/pedi. I was also talked into getting the mega-upgrade of a no-chip mani. $65.00 for a mani-pedi, and two hours of my time. Hrmp. We shall see about my returning. It's been a week and my nail polish still looks fresh.........but my cuticles are a mess. read more

I tried this place after work because I heard they do mini facials too. I asked for pedicure and a no chip manicure. They started on both at once. The pedicure was rough. I mean, she shoved underneath my big toe nail hard enough for me to recoil in pain a few times. My toe is still sore this morning. When filing my nails down on my hands, I was left with nubs for nails. I do an ombré glitter on the tips of my no chip. Always have. It's my thing. She kept saying she understood what I wanted, even after stopping her to show her photos. I could tell she was frustrated and just wanted me out of there. Not as badly as I wanted out though. So I left with a glitter job on my nails that my 7 year old niece could have done a better job on. Please see the photo I showed her and what I walked out with. This is my go-to place for a mani-pedi. Decent prices (mani starts at $12, pedi at $25 and mani-pedi at $35) and great service. They are very friendly and they carry a wide selection of OPI, China Glaze, and Essie nail polish. They do a great job and my nail polish always lasts at least week, which is a long time for how much I abuse them! lol read more

I actually was there a month before and I was actually happy when I left with my manicure and a pedicure and my eyebrows when I came back a month later to get a fill I've discovered that I had mold under multiple nails and this was the last place that I went to and to my observation they were not sanitizing any of their implements! They keep saying that I need to come every two weeks which is absurd, instead of not charging me she basically was saying it was my fault and had to stopped her before she used an unsantized drill on this mold or fugue that she would use on the next person! I'm calling osha tomorrow beware this place. read more

Got a no chip here on new years Eve they were pretty slow so only 10 minute wait. I picked a OPI color but they used a random color and one coat of OPI on top to save $? Turned out a funny purple color when I picked a bluish. Oh well. read more
