Then two weeks came and went without receiving a quote so I texted him to inquire, that was last Tuesday, he stated that I'd see a quote Thursday or Friday of last week. Friday came and went and still no quote received. I texted him on Saturday with no reply, texted him again yesterday(Tuesday), exactly 3 weeks after he came out and no reply and no quote, but I can tell he is reading my texts. At this point I assume he is not interested in quoting my project, if that's the case just say so, why play these games? This company is a complete time waster, stay away!

From the start to finish of the project we dealt with multiple architects, designer's and project managers. Anytime we called or left a voice message we were contacted within the hour. I beliv they are running a Ponzi scheme of a company, or at least that is what it appears to be with the amount of work they are getting done around here. It seems like they used our money to get their bigger clients' jobs done and not our job. The amount of work they have finish in the past five months could have been done in 4 or 5 weeks. There have not shown up to work for muliple weeks, and when the do show up it is one or two days and they only get one thing done. Don't fall for the "you need to pay us money at differen phases" and then they don't show up. They claim this doesn't usually happen but they are NOT doing anything to get things done any faster. They continue to tell us someone is coming to do such and such work and NOBODY shows up.

Recently I had a slight cleaning accident in my kitchen (knocked a piece of trim off a cabinet). Even though it is a full year passed the warranty time when I called RHI they responded to my plea for help! They arrange to have my same superintendent come to my home, take a look and yes, he was able to reinstall the trim for me. I find that an amazing example of taking care of the customer! Our compliments on the excellent work by the technician who visited us to install the shower door (apologies - I did not write down his name). He did an overall fantastic job, start to finish, earning a 100/100. He is competent, professional, and courteous. He answered all our questions patiently and stayed focused on the job without rushing it. Notably, the final cleanup was so thorough! Earlier, the person who visited us for the estimation and measurement was equally good- very knowledgeable! The office personnel who handle the scheduling are very responsive and understanding of our (customers') changing needs and priorities. She did say she'd have the quote to me that evening or the next day-- it was a few days later, though. As soon as we had the contract agreed and half payment made, she came out to discuss paint with me. We were a pretty easy client, as I had sent her what we had been thinking about. She brought those colors with some similar suggestions, and we figured out quickly what walls would be what, and she put sticky notes on each wall. The painters themselves were polite and warm. They were here extra days fixing things the drywallers didn't do, and Mary worked it out with the contractor so we wouldn't need to pay for something that should have already been done. I got to chat with one of the workers, Russ, and learned quickly that he is very detail-oriented and very clearly takes pride in his work (both things you want in a painter!!) - he was here extra hours in the end because he wanted to make sure the job was done properly, and humored my every request for nitpicky details to be touched up.
