If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would give this place. It's very convenient to go to a place near home but it's not convenient when they're no good! They treat their loyal customers like a regular new customer they have no type of customer service. The quality of products they use is awful horrible nothing I would ever put on my nails ever again. I've come to realize that I need to stop being loyal to a business that is not loyal to me so I will take my $200 that I spend on myself and my mother-in-law every three weeks somewhere else that deserves it. read more

tried this place a couple of times after the main guy left- Linda is good and fast BUT she seems like the only one there that knows whats going on - she told me to come then for a pedicure and then took a couple people before me for eye lashes, waxing making me wait for almost an hour- my regular girl at nail depot by sawgrass was off but I will be waiting for her next time- this place is filfthy. Not sure when the last time the floor has been mopped- has the heavy odor of acrylic because they have no exhaust system - towels that they wrap your legs with are not clean and have a nasty smell to them -2 ladies complained that their nails only lasted a couple days - I got the pedi and ran out literally- one guy looks aggg came out with a mouth full of food and didnt wash his hands- def NOT a spa! read more

When my wife first brought me here, the service was Amazing and the staff was really friendly. Not to mention the quality of service was exceptional to other places around here. Over the passed few months the service has steadily declined to the point that my wife will not be returning. I am sitting waiting for my wife to get her nails repaired from her last visit. A few of her nails are coming off and the polish they used bubbled up. Of course they are not charging for the repair but this is costing both the salon and us time which isn't fair to either their business or us. While I was writing this post 2 customers have had issues. One came in asking when a specific employee will be available to help her and that employee said 15 minutes. You could tell this person has been here before because she immediately questioned the timing (knowing that it wasn't true). Finally the employee told her 40 minutes. Another person in the shop was told that another specific employee would do her eyebrows but that person was busy with another customer and she left without getting her eyebrows done. I believe it's a lack of time management and scheduling of appointments that's causing all the issues. They appear to be understaffed during peak hours and over commit to customers trying to keep them happy. Instead the opposite is happening, the customers are getting mad and leaving without the completion of their committed services. It's a real shame that this is happening because they have some very talented people that can do quality work if they spend the correct amount of time with each client. read more

Please stay away from this nail salon if you never been here etc.. Its all about the money here.. First they capture you by being very nice to you in the beginning and then they take advantage of you.. Nail tech by the name of Donny is very lazy.. I have made appointments in the past with him and he did not show up so had to have someone else at the salon do my nails which I was not pleased with.. Also canceled with me on the same day which I was not pleased with either.. But I was patient about it.. As I know what nail techs face I thought it would be a nice gesture to bring some food for my nail tech and which I tipped him on top of that.. Which was not appreciated.. I don't know of too many people that would do something like that for there nail tech.. But to sum it up I was running behind on my appointment which was my last.. I told him that I am running late to wait for me he said ok.. The roads were wet so I wasn't trying to speed as I am almost there He tells me that if I am not there in 5min he is going to leave as I pull in he tells me that he already left and here is the text messages to prove it.. I've gotten my nails done here about 8x and out of that only twice it was done correctly. Those two times the young dude (I forgot his name but I posted a picture of him and his girlfriend) that's in college did a perfect job. Very clean work. But since he goes to school, it's hard to catch him so I had to settle and let the others do it. The older guy with the glasses is just too aggressive. I always leave with painful cuts on my cuticles. It gotten so bad that I had to tell him I did not want him to do my nails anymore. I had to go back and get my nails fixed 3x because of diamonds falling off (their technique is not up to date), my gel polish peeling off by the 3rd day, etc. I give up on them now. They always allow me to come back and get it fixed but I'm tired of having to go back. It's an inconvenience to me. They are nice people but only one person is worth going there for and since I'm writing this review now there is no point of me going back. read more

Not a big fan of gel manicure simply because my past experience.....it does not last 2 weeks. However when I saw the positive remarks about this place, I said let me try them out. Justin did my gel manicure. He was professional, took his time and was funny. However, 3 days later my gel started to chip. Although I thought he did a great job, I am still not convinced that a gel manicure lasts that long..........but Justin did give me the best looking gel manicure I have ever had!! read more

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero stars. My wife asked to get an impromptu pedicure so I went on my trusty Yelp and rolled through the list of nail salons. Although they weren't the closest to our location they had 4 1/2 stars so we came to them. With only 4 other people in the salon, we were welcomed in and had our feet in hot water soaking in a matter of minutes. As more ladies walked in all of the staff walked to the front to help them with their manicures. We sat for 30 minutes with our feet in the water with not one person coming to check on us or explain why we were left alone. The water had turned cold. After we dried our feet and walked halfway out the shop, they then begged us to stay that someone would be right with us. One guy even said that they had to help ladies who came in with "nail emergencies". What ever that is. Usually I give places a second chance to prove themselves, but I will not be back here ever. I could understand if the pedicure wasn't that great but to be forgotten about as a paying customer is unforgivable to me. read more

So it has been long overdue to pamper myself to a gel mani and pedi only thing was I couldn't figure out where to go as the previous places I had been to before are either way to overpriced for nails that end up chipping within the same week or cheap and aren't as sanitary. But then I remembered of this place on Yelp. So when I first walked in it was kind of quiet but then again it was a Friday afternoon at 1pm the owner or manager was kind enough to to greet me and and walk me over to their spa area. I was immediately relaxed and comfortable with interior as it look new and clean. I sat down for my pedicure and was handed a tub full of different gel palettes I was happy to see they carried a bigger selection than what I'm used to seeing at other nail salons. The place was not only Clean and beautiful but they did a great job on my nails and cutting my cuticles!! They used all the same products as my spa at home and at Florida prices!! Great atmosphere and super clean. They open a sterilized package of tools for each customer and I saw them cleaning after each person as it should be. Very impressed with the customer service - they seemed to really care what I thought about their work and they did a great job. The décor is very modern and puts you in a relaxing mood. I came here on a Sunday at about 1 o'clock. Not really full at all. Saw their Yelp reviews and decided to give them a try. The staff are very nice. Music was low and comforting. Not a lot of chatter amongst the workers which I prefer it this way. Parking lot is shared as the salon is in a small shopping center. I parked right in front. Eight pedicure chairs and ten nail booths. Very nice experience with my pedicure. She painted my nails first so that they would be able to dry while she did my pedicure. I love the massage chairs!!! This has been my go to place for nails since I moved to South Florida 3 years ago! From the outside the salon down not have much curb appeal but from the inside its super clean and nicely decorated. Very spa refreshing vibe. The staff is always so friendly and they always can get you in the with very minimal wait times! I usually call ahead the day of to book my nail appointment. Aaron is my go to guy for nails (I get acrylic with gel polish) and any of the girls are great for pedis! There prices are very reasonable and the products are great! Best Nail Salon in Sunrise! I moved here from Los Angeles about two years ago and finding a great nail salon was super hard because I'm super picky about the way my nails are done. I stumbled upon this gem and never looked back. The ambiance and look of the salon reminds me of what I'm use to back in LA, and SEVERAL of the nail techs are amazing! I did manicure and pedicures with Quinn she is ok. I liked everything she did except she never cleans up her work - I'd went to her 3 times and always left with nail polish all over my skin and fingers even after asking her to please clean it up twice. What pro does that - ugh? Otherwise though she's nice, gives a great massage and pedicure, and cleans up the cuticles and extra skin around your nails well. read more

It disappoints me to give 2 stars, because I really wanted to give this location 5. In the beginning they were polite, accommodating, and attentive. The man that did my toes was very nice and did a 5 Star pedicure, I had to tip his wife because he ended up leaving before I could. The guy that did my refill was also attentive and willing to make sure I left satisfied with my nails. HOWEVER!! At the end I used their ATM for my next destination, which they charge $2 for the ATM withdraw fee (might I add I had no problem with the charge). When I went to the front desk, a lady in front of me paid using her card with no issue, then when it got to me the guy said "Can you pay in cash?" I said no, he goes "but you just withdrew money". I again said no this is for something else. He gave a look and continued to use my card. I really felt discriminated, like my card was no good there. This was enough for me to not want to go here again! I am not a fool, I know where he was getting at and I did not feel comfortable. Please be aware guys. I am very satisfied!!! I had Tom who did an amazing job on my dip nails. He was maticulous and re-did a couple to make sure they were perfect. They even have a deal--if you spend $45+ Tues-Thurs you can get an eyebrow wax. I usually don't get my eyebrows done but I like the deal.
