I really do like this nail salon. It's relaxed, pleasant, positive. It is NOT hectic, not noisy. They take their time to do it right. My technician is a perfectionist. His name is "B", just like the 2nd letter of the alphabet. Last week they got some gorgeous new Gel Polish colors that have an iridescence to them & I chose a coral color similar to the color of pink grapefruit which has a 14 KT yellow gold iridescence that is very elegant. ( I like it far better than the gold micro sparkles I used to love to get on top of my main color. ) Some would choose to use this only on the ring finger, but I decided to use this "chrome # 27 " on all ten nails. I have short nails and this new "chrome" kind of Gel Polish makes them look really beautiful-elegant-chic-contemporary. I am in love with this new option. I am truly looking forward to wearing some of the other new gel polish colors on their "chrome" pallette. I'm posting a photo of my first chrome manicure, but there are at least 11 more chrome or iridescent colors I have yet to try. One I am looking forward to wearing looks like an opal: turquoise-periwinkle-teal- all of it iridescent. I give this place 5 stars. So they must have sold bc I walk in and see all new faces but the girl that did my dip powder 1 week ago was there so i explain to them that 1 week ago i got my nails done and they are chipped and lifting. I decide to just get them redone. WELL, the guy that does them is doing great, as I'm very picky, but then he goes ahead and puts these plastic things on and tells me they are to shape my nail. After 30 seconds I tell him it hurts and he keeps them on. I say I don't need my nails shaped, and when my nails grow out they are going to start to lift sooner than 3 weeks. Well he continued to keep them on and now my nails feel like they got slammed in a door !!! I normally tip very well like 15-20 on 35! But $5 for you sir ! You didn't even give me an option if I wanted these torturous heavy plastic saw looking things that are supposed to shape a nail! ILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN! John I will miss you ! read more

I've been doing my nails for over 20 years and it's been so awesome finally having someone you can count on to do a consistently outstanding job every time. From the moment you walk in the door all the way to paying for your services, you feel extremely taken care of and important. I always observe my surroundings and see the same consistency with everyone who is working with their client. I am in sales, therefore in front of executives and high level decision makers on a regular basis. So often, I am complimented on my nails, which is nice. I only came here twice with my best friend but totally love this place and would definitely come more in the future. This place is very clean and neat. Plus, they have the plastic liner for pedicure service. I am very picky at matching the color of my toe nails and finger nails since I always get gel on my finger nails. They have more than 200 gel colors to choose from which confuses me sometimes. Their technicians are very nice and fun, yet, very professional. I love the way they care for customers and make things work out for my friend and me so we can get our hands and feet done at the same time. I would definitely recommend this place!! I had a 7 hour layover in PHX and really needed to get a shellac manicure and my eye brows waxed. Met up with a friend for lunch and she recommended this place and I'm quite pleased! I am super picky when it comes to salons as I've had my fair share of bad experiences, but I lucked out with Creative Nails. They had a ton of shellac colors to choose from and didn't get annoyed as I took forever to decide which color I wanted; there were so many choices! One big thing I care about is cleanliness and professionalism, both of which was on point here. Will return again soon.....as long as my job keeps sending me to this beautiful city! read more

Being a technician myself, I'm comfortable saying this salon has been my own go to place. Personally I think they take pride in their work while maintaining a friendly atmosphere without the "chatter" of private conversations over you (if you know what I mean) My guy prefers to have conversations with me as oppose to awkward silence & I enjoy our banter. Each time I'm there I usually run into neighbors or my daughters friends - so it's exciting to sit back and let him do his job, while I get to visit. The reason I keep coming back is that not only is he good at what he does, he cares for his clients and treats us very well. The salon is clean, the environment is friendly, yet, very professional. They remember their clients names and needs. I have met a lot of nice customers in the salon too and see them on a regular basis which is proof that they take care of their clientele. John is very precise at his work. He takes his time and does quality work. I have finally found a Nail Technician that always make sure the results is not just perfect but perfectly done. I came here one day when my usual salon I normally go to was remodeling. Found "B" the nail tech by accident. Best manicure ever! He never grinds my nails to make sure they stay healthy, perfect coverage of entire nail (no nail bed showing) and my gel manicure stayed longer thang anyone else. I now go to him for all mani and pedis. As a bonus they always offer bottle water which I appreciate. Haven't tried any other manicurist. First time at this nail salon and it was incredible. I made an appointment online and they text you with a confirmation. Super easy and convenient. I had to wait just a few minutes but the manager kim was very nice and apologetic about the wait. Tim, I think his name was, took over and was very fun and they did an amazing job. I live nearby this nail salon and have tried EVERYTHING else around here. Nothing compares to this place. The staff is incredibly skilled, polite and welcoming.
