The polish color changed in a weird way and I called them to see if it would be possible to get it fixed and they got me in right away. Not only did they let me choose a new color, they confirmed the precious color and immediately discarded it so that no other customers would have the same issue. My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. I typically request an appointment online and despite doing so unless it is early in the morning the appointment always runs much longer than necessary due to how busy they are. I'm not sure if it is due to overbooking or just allowing too many walk-ins, but I have definitely had to wait over 20 minutes for an appointment I made in advanced which is unacceptable. Charming nail is one of the only salons in the area which offers dazzle dry, but the consistency of the service is all over the place. Some technicians follow the dazzle dry procedures perfectly which results in a long lasting manicure, but others don't and my nails chip less than 24 hours after being done. This is frustrating when I'm spending $30 plus tip for something that doesn't last. Especially when I'm getting nails done for a special event. Overall the vibe of the salon is good and the people are nice, but I do hope this lapse in recent service rectifies itself so that I can feel confident in going back.

This option also includes a 10-minute foot massage with hot stones and a steamer, callus treatment, paraffin treatment, and 6 minute chair massage. It was $45 (if you're paying cash) and it was worth every penny. So relaxing. I didn't realize how much I needed that back, neck, and shoulder massage until it was over. Everyone was very nice, keeping us informed of what was going on during our brief wait at the start. Definitely my go-to location going forward. I love that they use the plastic liners in each tub here (as I've found not every place does). I've always felt very comfortable here whether solo or with a friend.
