We are beyond thrilled with the work Miguel and Gus with Creative Turf Install did on our yard! From start to finish, their communication was excellent -- they kept us updated every step of the way, answered questions right away, and really listened to exactly what we wanted. They completely transformed our outdoor living space with pavers, artificial turf, a gorgeous solid wood fence with 4 custom gates and lattice work, a retaining wall, planter bed, irrigation for new plants and 7+ new mature trees and lots of outdoor lighting/electrical work. These guys did a Great job at my new home!!! They put in beautiful turf and kept everything neat and clean the whole time. Very personable crew. Always here early, leaving late, tireless workers. They also did a 2' x 36' retaining wall for us and added the stone we had already put on part of our house. Additionally, they added that same stone to another piece of our exterior and even gave me the connection to the right business to get the stone as quickly as possible for the job to be done. Gus and Miguel and every member of the crew were polite, friendly, hard working, pleasant.. Out of all of the companies and all of the contractors-this entire team was the best! Professional group of guys led by Gus and Miguel who made additional recommendations during the process that were critical as time has gone by and they continue to follow up after the project has been completed. Creative Turf Installers did a great job! I found them through my turf supplier, Turfworx's. Creative Turf Installers was recommended to me and Turfworx's put me in contact with Gus & his crew. My job was fairly small and was completed in one day. But they cut no corners getting it done. In fact they had a few suggestions for me and took the time to explain and do the suggestions. During the install I found out that many of the so called big name turf company's, actually sub out and have Creative Turf Installers do their installs. Using Turfworx's wholesalers and Creative Turf Installers is like cheating and cutting out the middle man! I cannot say enough good things about Miguel, Gus and their crew. I can confidently say that they are the best out there. They are not only amazing at what they do but they are professional and truly care about you as a customer and giving you what you pay for. We had our backyard done (turf, pavers and DG) by another larger and more well known company and they did an absolutely horrible job. We paid 10s of thousands of dollars for less than sub par work. We had puddling throughout the pavers and flooding up against our house. Miguel, Gus and their crew came out, pulled up all of our pavers and properly re-grated the entire area, cleaned each and every paver and made it so their were clean lines (before the pavers were laid down in such a way where the lines were crooked). They used quality sand to fill the cracks and resealed all pavers. Even though they did not need to do this, they reshaped our turf area as well because the other company didn't leave it with a clean line. The entire backyard looks exactly how I imagined it to look the first time and we could not be happier. We are going to be re doing our front yard and we will definitely be using Miguel, Gus and their crew. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone I know and suggest you use them too! read more
