He emailed me a few days prior to my appointment with tips and advice on what colors photograph best and a run through of what to expect during the appointment. You know, I'm not the most photogenic person in the world and I was DREADING this photo-shoot. Christophe totally made me comfortable and he worked with me to get the most out of the shoot. We hadn't discussed doing anything outside but he added this into the shoot on the spur of the moment and this turned out to be my favorite shot. The studio shots turned out great too, just what I needed for my business profiles and my book cover. He also called in Ulises to do makeup and he too made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him for professional work at a realistic fee. read more

Christophe did a wonderful job with our family photos. We had a baby and two dogs and we were worried about them, but Christophe was very patient and came prepared. Not only did he get our baby to smile, but our dogs also behaved and posed for him. We took our photos at the nearby Cuesta park, which had great lighting and surroundings. Christophe was also very responsive and quick with communication and sending our photos digitally via email. The canvas prints also turned out wonderful. This is an overdue review as I always procrastinate (and busy with work, might be the headshot magic?) lol but Chris is amazing!!! He got back to me very promptly with all questions I have, including a detailed instructions about clothing styles and what you should avoid before the headshot day :) Chris has the outdoor or studio option, and I opted for the outdoor one cuz I wanted a natural look and voila! Not only Chris is utterly professional, but he is a kind and nice person to work with :) He showed me different ways to pose for the pictures depending on light and how I want my face to look (I am really bad with posing) and I happily came home with ~100 pics to choose from. Meet the Business Owner: Christophe T.

Christophe Testi, a self-taught nature photographer, always had a fascination for art and photography. He has been capturing images since he was a kid growing up in suburban South of France when he received his first 35mm, a 1969 Zeiss-ikon Voigtlander, as a Christmas gift from his father. In 2008 Christophe opened the doors of CreativeShot, a digitally-focused art & design studio producing a wide array of digital imaging for fine art & commercial applications. CreativeShot specializes in digital imaging and has been published in numerous National & International publications, books, advertisement and calendars. Christophe now exclusively uses state of the art digital cameras, including the most advanced DLSR from Canon: an EOS 21MP 1Ds Mark III and the best of Canon L-series professional lenses to produce pictures with amazing colors and sharpness.

What's pawsitively pawesome +'s: + Skill. I have a one year old pup and a senior dog. She commanded their attention in both still and active shots. They responded to her very well. The 1-1/2 year old is especially easily distracted but Andrea managed to have my pup's attention in all our action shots. + Memorable moments. The pictures are priceless--I wanted them all. Even my friends who know my two dogs very well were impressed and said the essence of my dogs were captured in the photos. + Timely. Andrea and her assistant showed up on time and made time for the right shot. Andrea didn't mind getting down on the ground to get a dog eyes' view! Andrea immediately made us all feel at ease and Kuma fell in love with her and her treats. We left our shoot feeling like we'd made a new friend! We've done outdoor photos before, so I wanted non-festive studio photos. My studio session included me, my husband, and...my two-year-old son. He can be unpredictable. He can be a really ON or really OFF. I'd spoken to him all week about photos and he practiced smiling and posing. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Wellllll, picture day was his OFF day. He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice! I had a great experience with Chung and Beauty and the Cutie. I think you will, too!

I needed a picture for a new job and my employer gave me very little notice (4 days). All of the pictures I had of myself were with other people, with my dog, on vacation...nothing appropriate for a professional website. Christophe was able to fit me in with very short notice (I think he scheduled an extra time in order to accommodate me). He was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. Most important, the pictures were great. They are natural-looking but flattering--he really knows how to bring out the best in people. I've had photos taken by professionals before, but Christophe far surpassed the others. I was very happy with the pictures he took and I do not generally like how I look in photos. He was also fast. My husband and I used creative shot for both our maternity photos and our baby's newborn photos and we loved the outcome. Christophe and his wife are very easy to work with- both friendly and professional. The fees are great and the photos were exactly what we wanted. Christophe is very open to hearing the type of photos and poses that you want and he always prints out and recommends different poses for you. He is very flexible with the timing of the sessions and works with you to find a time that is best for you. Also, the turn around time is quick. If you get back to him with a list of photos that you like and want, they are done in a few days. We will continue to use Christophe in the future. We feel lucky to have found him. We recently had our family photoshot taken by Herve. He made it so easy and enjoyable for us. I was so happy to see all those images next day downloaded on their website. They all are beautiful and it was so hard for me to choose a few of them but had to and now eagerly waiting for those selected memories to be available for download.
