They never complained and kept pushing through. Jose was great at communicating too. And they ask questions instead of assuming, which I appreciate a lot. I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

The POS system was totally glitching and would not release our order from a 'Reserved to a "Paid" status. It was worked on and the situation was eventually resolved. I've been here since Jan 2021 and Ashley was a breath of fresh sunshine air, even during the pandemic has always been so helpful, and keeps you updated, especially when moving or storing your belongings at a place where she really made me and I'm sure others very secure, and very responsive and caring.
