DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! WILL MESS UP YOUR PAYMENTS AND HOLD YOU responsible to fix their error!!!!!! Was not notified that the STORE MANAGER "accidently" charged another renters card on my account 6/4/25 and they did not make the correction until 7/18/25, causing my account to appear pass due. I was not made aware of any of this until I login in to pay my bill and saw that it was pass due. My bill does not come out until the 13th of each month and since the error was not corrected until the 18th everything looked fine on my end. The store did not tell me about this error until I had to call them and ask what was going on. At first I was told I called and requested them to reverse my June payment and they would only do that if I requested them too. I told them that I did not call and make that request because it does not even make sense. The team member said they would look into and hung up on me. I called back and was told by the same team member about the error and that I needed to pay for June still. The next day I had my dad go in person to resolve the matter since I am out out town. He called me and we were both told by one of their male team member about the error that was made by the STORE MANAGER and that he would request for a credit on my account. Later that day the reginal manager called me and told me about the error and that I needed to pay for June. I told her what I was told by the team member. She told me she was going to call me back but never did. I reached out the their twitter page about the lack of communication and misinformation. They did called me back and said the credit was disapproved and that I still had to pay. I am extremely disappointed in there customer service because I was not notified by anyone on their team about this. It is highly unfair that I as the customer is being made to fix their mistakes which is the reason I'm missing a payment in the first place. And then to find out it was the STORE MANAGER would made the mistake lets me know that the staff is not properly trained on how to do their jobs. I do not feel safe with my belongs there because I was not left with any reassurance that this matter will not happen again. Also how do I know if this is not a regular occurrence. It unprofessional as a business to conduct themselves this way. It comes off like they use renters payments to pay for other renters. read more

The price is the only good thing going here. Half the time the elevators or sliding doors to enter aren't working. The sliding door that is working is locked for some reason so you half to walk around the property to the door that is open and walk all the way back to the only elevator working. read more

What can I say? A LOT! Im big on first impressions. As far as I'm concerned, from the call center to the facility's manager; they failed severely. We called ES customer service, doing our due diligence. We were given incorrect information. My sister inquired about long term renting. We were told that ES had ltr. The guy reserved a unit for us over the phone. We waited for the call he said we'd receive from the facility. Nailah Lynch, the facility manager called. As my sister repeated things told to us by the call center rep. Everything was disputed. We received incorrect information. And the way in which she disputed what we were told was a total complete put off! Her tone was curt, condescending and impatient. She acted as if we gathered up the incorrect info ourselves and forced her to validate it. I was not interested in doing any kind of business with this location due to Nailah's smart aleck attitude. Mind you, I reserved a separate unit at the same location just so me and my sister could compare the two different sizes. We made arrangements to view the units the next day. Brittany, the asst manager called me the next morning confirming that I would be coming to the facility. When we got there. The only people present was me, my sister and unfortunately, Nailah. When my sister went inside the office. She was not acknowledged by Nailah who is the manager! Unacceptable! My sister said she stood there for at least two minutes before Nailah decided to say something to her. A few minutes later, I walked inside the office. I was treated the same way. She neither looked up from the papers she was sorting nor did she say anything letting me know that she was acknowledging my presence. I was immediately put off, again. Even though I had not ever seen Nailah. I knew she was the person we dealt with the previous day. She carried the same disrespectful attitude! It was a new day and she still decided to be nasty! WOW. I forgot to add that I believe she avoided our calls the previous day. Businesses have caller ID. I believe she saw our numbers and refused to answer the phone. Any who, We forgot to ask her about some other things. We called the location within a two-hour time span. She nor anyone else answered the phone. I called twice and my sister called twice. No one picked up. I tried calling one more time. Finally, Brittany answered. She was friendly and helpful. I probably would have had a completely different experience if Brittany was there to greet us. Plus, we are ling-term storage renters. The last storage we rented. We had for over 11 years. It's safe to say that Nailah lost ES some great customers who pay on time every month. And she lost ES a lot of money. In the end. It has worked out for us. We found a better offer. And the manager showed us that they know how to treat and appreciate potential customers who have become new customers. Extra Space district manager has reached out to me. Hopefully she has taken this deplorable situation seriously. Customer service can make or break a business. It really can. read more

I absolutely recommend this particular Extra Space storage. Nyla and Kevin both made my move-in very easy. I have spoken to them a couple times on the phone and each time they made me feel completely at ease. They listened to my financial hardships and went above and beyond to keep my rate the same (without an increase) as long as possible. It is also a very clean & nice newer storage space.
