This facility is new and reasonably clean, but poorly managed. I'd been a customer for nearly 1.5 years when I got a letter raising my unit rent 180%, from $44 to $123. Rate increases happen, but this was steep for a single month. The notice was dated 5/27/26, but I didn't receive it until 6/13/26, leaving me less than a month's notice. I called that day and spoke with a rep (you can never reach anyone at the actual location) who agreed the increase was excessive and said she'd request a callback. No one followed up. I called again on 6/26/26. They'd requested a "meet in the middle" rate, still too high in my opinion, and promised a response by the next day or the following Monday. It's now 7/1/26 and I still haven't heard anything. Also worth noting: during the 6/26 call, the rep told me the new customer rate for my same unit is $55. Less than half what I'm being asked to pay as a loyal customer. That's what lost me. I'll be moving my things elsewhere. It's a hassle, but worth it to not deal with this kind of treatment. I'd advise against renting here if you value your time and money. read more

The overall experience was fine but this place has a major flaw. The staff was helpful, the building was clean and service hours were good. The flaw was that the elevators required a code every time and there were only two elevators (of which only one went to my floor and there was no way to specify that you wanted the correct elevator). This was especially annoying because we had to make dozens of trips up/down when moving in/out because we had a lot of stuff. We only needed storage for a few months so I only ever had the discount rate. read more

Public areas of storage is not maintained daily. Bathrooms are not clean. Customer service got worst over time as prices got higher.

My family was considering moving our wine here since this facility has better hours and is a better location for us than our current wine storage facility, but we couldn't even get basic questions answered. When my uncle went in to inquire about a unit, he asked things such as what temperature the units were kept at and what the backup power reserves were in case of a power outage. The man working said he wasn't sure, but would reach out to his manager Kristy and that she would get back to him. This was literally MONTHS ago. It's so rude and unprofessional to not get back to a customer who was genuinely interested in moving their wine here. Obviously we can't trust a place where the staff isn't properly trained in wine storage and the manager can't even take her time to respond to basic questions. read more

I just want say that I had one of the best experiences renting here ! I just want to start when I rented here Marcela helped me and any issues were always addressed not that they were any but she would always return my calls and then when I left and vacated they checked my unit and closed me down in like 5 minutes they are very efficient and always smiling loved it here but I'm moving to another areas if I need storage I will come back !! well, I should've looked at the reviews now that I'm seeing. It's a one star out of five and that's exactly justified. they advertised a 10 x 5 unit that turned out to be about 8 1/2 x 4.. when I told the girl there's no way the dimensions they were advertising. She literally started putting 1 foot in front of the other and said that they were measured by a human's foot. so and I just laughed out loud. typical storage unit squeezing every dollar out of you I vacated my property had to call them after email them twice and nobody acknowledged that I was ending until I got a bill saying an upcoming payment and I had a call and make sure that I didn't get charged honestly one of the worst storage facilities ever and that's saying a lot because most of them are really bad read more

Check your contract before signing! Cindy and Ken "the managers" could only verbally guarantee their promotional rate. Nothing in the contract reinforced what their verbal rate guarantee was. In fact - the lease agreement stipulates that they can raise rates after only 30 days! I had to contact the regional manager to verify what their guarantee actually is.
