It took about 10 minutes to get or drink order in and another 15 to get our order in and when we did we were rushed and the waitress walked away before we could order more food as the Hotel's complementary breakfast meal was far too small. We understand it's busy, it could be frustrating and stressful, but that interaction wasn't necessary, it was a clear misunderstanding and we asked switched to take out to avoid issues or taking someone else's spot. A simple greeting or letting customers know there was a waitlist before ordering would have completely avoided the misunderstanding instead being dismissive. One of the best parts is how convenient it is. It's essentially a walk-up window right on the street, making it easy to grab a drink or snack while exploring the area. The staff was super friendly and provided great customer service. It's technically a crepe spot, so we'll have to come back and try the namesake menu item next time. For now, I just wanted to tip my cap to a fun little establishment with a great coffee and a welcoming vibe.
