Liked the friendly service and tasty savory crepes. My brother got the Bombay Dhaba, which he liked a lot. Mine was a Samosa - excellent. Took out a Poulet Gruyere for my Mom, who is 90, eats little, and has written several cookbooks. She thought her crepe was a treat. Also had a mango sorbet plus 2 illy iced coffees. I ordered the monsieur and it definitely didn't lack in flavor, my friends got the bacon/cheese, the Bombay one and a banana coconut, all were really good. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there were a couple people here. They have a couple tables outside since their store is quite small on the inside. Theyre allowing one group inside to pickup/order. We ordered the carnivale which has nutella, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, bananas and strawberries on the inside. We watched them cut up all the ingredients and make the crepe. It took us around 15 minutes to get ours but it was so fresh and so warm it was worth it! I loved how much fruit they gave us inside the crepe and even though the crepe was warm the fruit wasn't weirdly hot since they seemed quite fresh and cool. I think it was a really good balance and it wasn't overly sweet with the syrups and fruit! Cute place though the seating area is limited - two small tables with their corresponding chairs and a counter space with 4 stools. There's a good amount of influx and efflux so while the place was deserted except for my friend when I arrived, within 5 mins there was a line of half a dozen other people. Pros: Variety of savory and sweep crepes to choose from. Bonus: Free nutella crepe if you check in on Yelp so I highly recommend doing that. Cons: No bathroom on the premises. Huh? I asked an employee where the restroom was, and she mumbled something about the bathroom being shared with the restaurant next door but that restaurant was closed now? It was 5 PM on a Saturday. Thankfully, I didn't have to travel a terrible distance before getting home but it was a bit of an inconvenience. As mentioned before, the limited seating can be hit-or-miss but thankfully, we got lucky and found seats without a problem. This treasure of a store is so hidden away I must have drove hundreds of times past it. And this was my first time here. I was lured here by a friend saying there was free gelato. I'm so happy she did. It was delicious! It's a small store with maybe around 4 table seats and window seats. There is no out door sitting. They have drinks, gelatos, and crepe made right there. We stopped in here on a Sunday and it was jam packed with people. They were doing the best they could to keep up, but they messed up a few orders (and boy did they hear about it from the grumpy lady customer). This is a very small storefront so it was hard to move around and there was nowhere in side to eat. The people who did find a place to eat inside had butts in their faces with all of the people packed in waiting to place an order or waiting for their order to be completed. The Bombay Dhaba (with additional lemon herb chicken, mascarpone, and bacon) was delish although the crepe was soggy (although that could be attributed to the fact that I ate it at home instead of fresh in-store). It was delicious and full of flavor: the aioli complimented it perfectly with just the right portion as to not overpower the crepe; the tomatoes and bacon gave a light, juicy crunch to the soft filling; and the entire crepe was savory and flavorful! The only problem was that there was a bit too much inside it which weighed down the crepe and that the shell was overly damp. The Blue Print, on the other hand, was fantastic! It wasn't too sweet like the Cookie Monster crepe I bought last time (there was so much chocolate and sweetness that it felt like I was drowning, painfully, in too much sugar) but it wasn't plain either with a good amount of powdered sugar. It was the perfect dessert for anyone who's looking for something to satisfy a small sweet tooth without looking for a double fudge brownie or pure sugar. I've had the chance to visit them twice and tasted the Monsieur as well as the Strawberry Cheesecake. I must say that the strawberry cheesecake was significantly better than the monsieur, hence the 4 star review. There is definitely some room for improvement with the savory crepes but overall it's still pretty good. I would highly recommend coming here for the sweet crepes! The staff is good as well. My god please tell your workers this is place is not a diner or a denys. The amount of talking and noise they made this morning was ridiculous. I really really wanted to love this place. I love crepes and they have a decent variety so I was very excited to finally try it after driving by it for years. We went for breakfast and shared a Dr. Seuss and a Nutty Buddy crepe. Inside the restaurant is super tiny with only a few small tables, but several tables outside to eat at. Inside is cute and I love how you can watch them make the crepes. So everything was fine but then we got our crepes. They are a good size and definitely filling. The crepes though were a bit lackluster. The Dr Seuss has only a very thin piece of ham and a even thinner egg inside of it. There was a tons of cheese but it wasn't even melted so cool shredded cheddar cheese is all you could taste. The crepe itself had a decent flavor. Next was the Nutty Buddy. The crepe was good, but way, way, way too much peanut butter. It actually was so much that you could barely taste the Nutella, but knew it was there since you could see it. I will say that the crunchy peanuts in the crepe was nice though. Overall I am not impressed by everything but my husband said he would go back. I again really wanted to like this place and it wasn't 100% terrible so I wouldn't mind coming back for some savory crepes and see if they can redeem themselves. read more
