This place has been around for more than 10 years and I'm super glad to see the owner still working there and making crepes. Love that this place is made to order and you can see them make everything. Super satisfying to see them make the perfectly round crepe. Over the years the menu has also expanded which is exciting - I got the one with strawberries, kiwi, cream, and chocolate and it was so fresh! He's really generous with the fruits and cream so you actually feel pretty full after. Wish the crepe would stay warm until you get it but it usually gets a bit cold by the time you bite into it which is the only complaint I have. After reading the rave reviews about how friendly the owner is, I was expecting to be greeted by grins and licks to the face. He was, however, an awkward Japanese guy whom everyone seemed to like in an awkward way. Maybe because they were repeat customers and they didn't want him to spit in their crepes or skimp on the sauce. And he WAS pretty pleasant to the couple in front of me. But when it was my turn, he was actually standoffish. Who knows? Who cares? The crepe was good. I got the one with fruits and brownies. Was it worth $6.50? Am on the fence about that. It wasn't even a FULL scoop of ice cream. On top of it all, he was the only person working with about 15 customers on a Sunday afternoon. Boy, it was great! I liked that I was able to watch my crepe being made and listen to the history of the store while I watched. The owner is a very likeable person. This is one of my favorite places to visit when craving for some fresh made crepes. The owner, Paul, is very friendly. Such a sweet and funny guy. Always greets you with a warm smile. You can actually watch him make the crepes at your request. There are several selection on the menu that I find it hard to pick sometimes. It depends what you are craving for but you cannot go wrong with any selection. I usually get the Romeo which is crazy-awesome. They also have a special menu that includes different crepes selection for each month. This is good if you are wanting to try something new and different. The one downfall about this place I would say is the size. Very small inside, but then again, you come for some dessert that does not take too long to finish. As for the crepes, there's a board with a list of the different crepes that you can choose from, I picked one with strawberries, creme and chocolate sauce. I had a choice of soft, medium, or crunchy crepes. I like mine medium and it was cooked to perfection right in front of my eyes. What I really liked was the fact that he cut the fruit right there when you order. The strawberries were sliced in front my my eyes. Everything isn't just throw onto the crepe then rolled up, it's almost like every since one is an individual piece of artwork to Paul, a man who obviously takes pride in his work. It was almost a shame to have to eat it. You can also have your crepes stuffed with ice cream if you choose to. Yum-my!!! So glad we discovered this place. It was somewhat confusing and hard to find. It's located inside an Asian shopping plaza. There are no signs on the exterior of the main building to let you know you're at the right spot. Fortunately, we were determined and didn't give up. Mr. Paul is very personable. It's fun to watch him make the crepes. I've had crispy and medium; flavors Romeo and Momo; both with ice cream. You have to eat it fast, because the ice cream starts to melt. Not only are the crepes delicious, but you want to support a small business owner like Mr. Paul because he's so humble. Oh, and he warned us that it can get very chaotic on the weekends with 30 minute wait times. So be aware of that depending on when you go. We haven't experienced it thus far. read more

It's located in a grocery store, which is a little different, but it is our favorite dessert place in the entire DFW area. The crepes should be eaten immediately, and with the level of care crafted in each one, they will be. I normally get Nutella, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream (maybe that's called the Romeo? The names are confusing and don't make any sense, but that doesn't deter from their deliciousness). This place is a light in a dark world. Mr. Paul will change you. Paul, the owner, puts so much passion and love into each crepe. He makes them himself and takes his time to satisfy his customers and adjust accordingly to their allergies as well. Every time I come in, he greets me by my name. This man truly values his customers and actually takes time to know them. There are all different types of crepes you can order, but personally my favorites are The Venice (peaches) and Deep Moon (blueberry)! Something about the blueberry compote in the Deep Moon is SO.
