    Blueberry scone and latte.

I've been trying to find a place where I can get some work done so I decided to try this place. The cafe was clean and ambiance was relaxing/chill with TV in the background that wasn't disturbing. I believe the owner was working the register and he suggested the blueberry scone as the pastry to try. He offered a refund just incase it wasn't great because he wanted to ensure all the customers were happy! Needless to say I was simply blown away with the taste. Will definitely be back!

Literally just recovered my account to review this place. I can say I was looking for cooper and found gold. Great place to study & chill. Good wifi, and honestly, the coffee and pastries are worth it. They also have vegan options. I was delighted when I found that now they do lasagna and it blown my mind. I talked to the owner of this place, who is also the baker. He told me that all the bread, sauce, pasta and custard (forcthe pastries) were made out of scratch! You can tell by the texture. The food has a touch of homemade & gourmet. Usually, you would pay a lot for something like this, but prices here are accessible. I really recommend it! This is a hidden gem

Black forest cake and the coffee cake were both excellent. Cozy, quiet café is great for relaxing & reading.

Second time coming to Skate 360 Café and the Japanese pancakes are still unbelievably delicious. We…read morespecifically searched for this place because we traveled to Japan before and have been craving authentic Japanese pancakes ever since. This place absolutely delivers every time. The pancakes are fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor. The coffee is amazing too. Everything tastes high quality and worth the wait. The café is always busy, which says a lot about how good it is. One thing we really loved is that they even have kiosk ordering, which reminded us of Japan. You can also place your order ahead of time for pickup, which makes everything so convenient. Just amazing overall and definitely one of our favorite spots for Japanese pancakes.

The space is beautifully decorated with a Thai jungle vibe, which makes for a fun and immersive atmosphere. Ordering is done via QR code at the table, and water is self-serve, so it feels a bit more casual and less service driven. The dinner menu was smaller than expected, with fewer than 10 main entrée options and a heavier focus on desserts and specialty drinks. That said, the Malay shrimp curry was excellent--rich and flavorful. However, for $21, it was a bit disappointing that it didn't come with any vegetables. The Mango Soufflé Pancake was a standout dessert--light, unique, and delicious--but at $20, it's more of a splurge than a casual add-on. One thing to note: there's a 10% automatic gratuity added to all orders (listed as a service charge in small print on the menu).

The Mango Sticky Rice Crepe was a nice, creamy, salty, sweet, fruit experience that any Thai food lover will recognize immediately! The Banana Foster Crepe boasted a delicious bruleed banana and a crispy creamy caramel crepe, this was also excellent and I would recommend. Drinks: Oreo milkshake w/ extra oreos - delicious, once it started melting it got EVEN better. Thai Tea w/ Cream Cheese Cap - good but less Thai tea flavor than we expected, lived the slightly salty sweet cream cheese cap, it would be good on any milk tea. Butterfly Pink Drink w/ popping lychee jelly- Yummy, fruity, summery this is refreshing and sweet with an added lychee fruit which I loved Overall the service was very pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend this spot for a sweet little treat or a small brunchy snack with friends. The storefront has a cute vibe, free lemon water for patrons, and a small free to play arcade console.

Please note that parking in this area is particularly difficult but if you come in the morning, it should be easier to find. Another thing worth nothing is that they are more of a quick standing coffee bar type of place and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families or kids, so keep that in mind when visiting. Now to the food... They have a small but mighty menu for breakfast and lunch. For my first time I decided to try their The Monte Duro, which is a pastry style "hot pocket" with smoked prosciutto, mortadella, mustard and jam. For drink I decided to go with their Dirty Chai Latte. The drink was absolutely perfection and exactly what I needed in a warm Texas morning. The Monte Duro was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor! Both my friend and I ordered the same thing and we were both obsessed with it.

The staff is not really friendly but the vibes were still peaceful. Mushroom grilled cheese: This was so yummmy!! The bread comes perfectly crispy and buttery. There were tons of mushrooms and creamy flavor. By far one of the best grilled cheeses I ever had. Banana horchata matcha: This drink was very sweet and good for people that dont like bitter drinks. I loved the banana flavor and it reminded me of banana bread. There was also a lot of cinnamon in the drink which made it so tasty.

My favorite topping was the flan, it was so creamy and paired so well with the shaved ice, but I wish they give you more flan though.
