After making our selections, the second I walked towards the register, a really nice employee met me at the front. I wanted a few things from the cold case and had a question about the variety of available fillings for the empanadas. The woman was very helpful and went through the options with me. She quickly bagged my items and wished us a nice day. This was my first time at this location. The bakery was very clean. The employee was helpful and nice. Once I got home, I made myself some coffee to pair with my concha and pan de elote. The concha was very soft and fresh, the pan de elote was exactly as it should be. Whenever I stop by next door to get Korean food, I always stop off here for my daughter. She absolutely loves the concha here. I have gotten their cakes and it isn't so sweet too. But mostly this place is a must stop for my daughter whenever I'm in the area for their concha. Friendly service and love they take cards too since I'm rarely carrying cash. Parking can get a bit of a hassle but if you go during the day you can get a descent spot out front. read more

With cozy season upon us a trip to the panaderia is a must! And with a little rain a dream! And this one is the best one locally. Walking in I always love the smell of fresh baked goods and the beautiful array of all the varieties of sweet breads and pretty pastries, I grab my little tray and tongs and here we go!. Since I was a tiny one I always loved the orejas and conchas so I always go for those first. And then I just let my eyes pick the rest some I've tried before and some that I have not, for a sweet pleasant surprise which I never regret. The wonderful thing about this shop is that they make minis yes! Mini versions of the familiar favorites which is perfect for trying something new or portion control hehe. They have cheesecakes by the slice, flan, empanadas you name it!. And of coarse the service is always warm and kind, happy to answer any questions one might have. We were in town for Disney and celebrating my daughters birthday and she does not like cake but apparently she found that she loves tres leches cake only and this is the only kind of birthday cake she wanted. I found this bakery and ordered their tres leches. This was one of the best cakes I have ever had in my life. We ate the whole thing in about 3 days. It is incredibly moist (they will also make it more dry if you're into that) the fruits and custard inside everything was just amazing. I did have a bilingual friend make the order for me in Spanish, the customer service she received and that we received at pick up were both phenomenal. We didn't get a chance to try the sweets in the front of the shop but definitely will if we ever come back to the area. read more

Today was my first time in here and I'm so glad I decided to swing by. We've been in Fullerton for almost a year and tis the season for pan dulce and hot chocolate. I came in about 10AM and was greeted with a friendly face and a hello. She was so nice and took the time to chat,... which honestly makes a difference for me. I was telling her about a pan dulce party I'm planning on throwing and she said that they do pre-orders ... not just for cakes but for the bread too! I bought a bolillo, cornito, 2 cookies and a concha. The true test was going to be if the concha was going to be soft by the time my son got home... and it was! (There was another local bakery who had amazing bolillos but all the conchas we bought were hard as rocks-so it was kind of a big deal lol) Glad i found this little gem will definitely be coming back! read more

I am new to the Fullerton area & was excited to find this panaderia but unfortunately, this will be the 1st & last time I ever give them my business. My daughter & I stopped by for some pan dulce, instantly we love that it was clean & everything looked fresh. No complaints about the bread/pastries because I did end up buying specialty cookies. The thing that made our experience so horrific was the lady at the register. Her attitude was so nasty, from ignoring us since the moment we walked in to when it came to asking a single question about the cookies. I understand she was on the phone but it takes 2 secs to say hello or acknowledge us, but she didn't. I don't know how this woman is allowed to run a business when she clearly has no customer service skills. There was no one else in the bakery so there was no reason why she was SO RUDE. The pan here is actually really delicious and I love going in and getting fresh baked pan for me and my family. They have lots of options and it's always clean and the staff is always really kind and welcoming. The reason I'm giving it a one star is because I went in today at around 1:30 pm and there was a really rude woman yelling at her staff and being very loud. I understand sometimes needing to reprimand staff but the way in which she was speaking to them and the things that she said we're super rude, mean, and uncalled for. it was unprofessional to say the least. There is a proper way to speak to employees and that was not it. As a customer it made me uncomfortable and angry to hear her say the things she said to these employees. The place is definitely a hole-in-the-wall bakery which is nothing to hold against a place if the product is great. In this case, the product is subpar. While I must point out that I went late in the afternoon, the bread shouldn't have been as hard as a rock unless it was from the day before. As a comparison, I've bought doughnuts from Rose Donuts late into the evening and they still taste fresh. Heck even Northgate's sweet bread was good the next morning after I bought it early one evening. As far as the service, this is by far a stretch to call it that. When the lady with short hair was opening the paper bag, she put her bare hand in there after she put away her phone. That's pretty unsanitary to say the least but I still ate it without any issues because I'm not a germaphobe. On a separate but related issue, the bread is kept in what appears to be an old China cabinet with makeshift shelves and lighting and the glass doors don't actually sit flush to actually seal the cabinet. I was expecting a lot more based on the reviews but as always, some people don't actually know the difference between good and bad. read more

Now this is the only place I come to now to get some fresh pan. As soon as you walk in the smell of fresh bread just hits your face. I have never had no issue with non of the staff the service has always been well and good to me. It can be frustrating though with the parking situation since it is in a shady place. You have a liquor, laundry, and another food place so there is a sometimes some homeless people around. The times I have gone it has always been clean as well. The shoppers there as well have been nice and respectful of the place and the workers. I know there is some reviews about certain works but I personally have never had someone there treat me ill. read more
