I really enjoyed my time at Crepes de Paris. Is it as authentic as a Parisian cafe? No, but the service is a thousand times better in Pasadena. I sat in the outdoor patio space which was lovely, I would have just liked a little more privacy from the pedestrians walking by. There's a green fence where pedestrians pass through looking in, maybe some more greenery there or screens to make the space feel more private. There's salmon crepe was exceptional, and very filling. You are served with a hefty amount of salmon with a savory cream and capers. The hazelnut latte was also great!

This is such a cute location! My family and I just got smoothies, which were sooo delicious! Staff was friendly and order was ready fast. Would love to try a crepe next time!

Cute little crepe shop located on backside of the Pasadena green hotel. Coffee, tea and both sweet & savory crepes. All delish! Cute little side outdoor cozy patio and indoor seating. Worth the walk to south side of old town area. Check out the historic green hotel next door too!

Was recommended this crepe joint by a few friends and finally rolled through to check it out today. The rumors are true! Crepes de Paris is delicious! The savory Chicken Spinach crepe was out of this world! The garlic sauce really completed the protein veggie marriage. The ambiance is quaint with an understandably antique, French cafe flair. The enclosed outdoor patio is serene and looks like the ideal set up for doing work or reading without interruption. The staff are amiable and were eager to list not just the most popular dishes but subjective one's too. Well done! Ya'll gotta check out this independent cafe next time your in Old Town Pasadena!

Hadn't been by in years and decided to get the St. Louis crepe. Shared between 2 people it was perfect. This place is truly a hidden gem...beautiful ambiance, reasonable prices, delicious food, and great service. The interior is so so charming but if it's a nice day I'd go eat out on the patio!

Straight up gnarly food. Service also wasn't great, there was no one there but it was slow. The food was as cheap as they could possibly get it. And they didn't even prepare it properly.

I got the royal crepe and a latte. Can't go wrong strawberries, banana, and Nutella crepe. A little pricey though. The latte had cute treble clefs art in them.

    L'Alphabet omelette

My SIL first introduced me to Crepes de Paris in Old Town Pasadena and I instantly fell in love with this place. I ordered the L'Alphabet Omelette and their Royal dessert crepe. I loved how my omelette was packed with cheese and bacon on the inside with sliced avocado on top. I'm very picky when it comes to crepes. It has to be done right. My choice is typically Nutella with strawberries and Crepes de Paris nailed my crepe to perfection. I enjoyed the indoor decor. Whenever I get a strong craving for sweet crepes, this is my go-to place.

The girl that took our orders was so sweet she had great service and made a Wonderful suggestion. I love my crepe and so did my husband strawberries were super fresh and cream cheese was fantastic. Our order came super quick & outside seating/ ambiance was phenomenal thank you x10000

I really wanted to like this place, but my first visit left me disappointed. The food was okay--not bad, but not great either. The highlight for me was the coffee, which I actually enjoyed a lot. The atmosphere was just okay as well. There was a fly buzzing around our table, which was distracting. Since the door was left open, flies were coming in and out, and that was a little annoying. On top of that, the service was not great. Our food took about 50 minutes to come out, which feels too long for a café. By the time we finished eating, we still hadn't received our coffee and had to remind the staff a couple of times before it finally came. Considering they weren't that busy, this was frustrating and took away from the experience. Overall, I will not be going back and do not recommend

It was our first time here, everything was perfect, the lady that helped us and her suggestions, the food, the coffee, the ambiance, how welcoming the staff was, just wonderful. For sure we'll be back!!

This place was empty when we went. It was a Tuesday night around 5pm. The nutella crepe was just okay. Not sure what it was missing but definitely hard to cut. The L'alphebet omelette, the flavor is good BUT the bacon was overcooked. It was hard to bite on it. Usually bacon is crispy but not hard to bite. Might not come back again unless there's a coupon or offer or something.

This place is really good and the seating can be a bit tricky. It may seem over crowded at times! But the service and food is real good.

Made a reservation about an hour before, so when we got there we were seated immediately. After a quick glance at the drink menu, had to get the Mai Tai with lilikoi foam on top. So delicious. Had my first lilikoi foam in Maui and I love that I'm starting to see it around Los Angeles now. Adds such a punch of flavor to an after we balanced drink. For food, we started with the bacon deviled eggs and shrimp taquitos. Those deviled eggs were lightly fried, which was different, then had apple wood smoked bacon on top, just a really tasty bite. The shrimp taquitos were also not what you would expect, nice and light but still very good. Entrees we went with the center cut fillet and the prime rib dip with swiss cheese on a brioche bun. That sandwich just melts if your mouth after dipping it in the jous, and the cheese was the perfect accompiament. The fillet was cooked perfect as well, coming out medium rare. Overall, great restaurant in Pasadena. Definitely get the Mai Tai, Devine eggs and prime rib dip. Taquitos were good and, if you're feeling like another hg er appetizer, definitely a way to go . The Reyn is a popular breakfast spot in Pasadena and a place I still visit from time to time,…read moreusually when meeting friends or colleagues. Despite its popularity, I find the food to be fairly average. Much of it tastes like it's made from standard commercial food-service ingredients rather than prepared fresh. On the positive side, the prices are reasonable, the dining room has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is generally attentive. Overall, it's a decent neighborhood breakfast restaurant - nothing particularly memorable, but nothing especially disappointing either. The Reyn Special - 3/5. A classic breakfast plate with eggs, bacon, hash browns, and banana bread. The eggs and bacon are fairly average, although the bacon tends to be overcooked and dry. The standout is the hash browns. They're cooked with a nicely browned, crispy crust while still remaining fairly moist inside. The real highlight, however, is the banana bread. It tastes homemade and is easily the best item on the plate. Crepes - 1/5. This dish comes as two separate plates: one with the ricotta-filled crepes and another with eggs, sausage, bacon, and your choice of fries or tater tots. Unfortunately, the crepes are the weakest part of the meal. The ricotta-filled crepes don't taste freshly made and instead resemble a pre-made food-service product that's simply reheated before serving. Both the crepe and ricotta filling have a generic flavor with noticeable artificial notes. You can choose either banana or strawberry topping, but both sauces taste overly processed and artificial. The accompanying breakfast plate is noticeably better. I chose the tater tots, which were well prepared - crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside. The bacon, however, was again overcooked and dry, making it tough to chew. The sausage was acceptable but unremarkable. Scrambled Supreme - 2.5/5. Despite the name, this is essentially an omelet. The eggs have a mild, neutral flavor, and the fillings are okay but don't stand out. Coffee - 2/5. The coffee is classic diner coffee in every sense. It's somewhat watery, heavily roasted, and finishes with a flat, slightly bitter aftertaste. It's neither particularly good nor particularly bad - just standard coffee that does the job. Overall, The Reyn succeeds as a comfortable, affordable breakfast spot with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. While the food is average, and several dishes rely on ingredients that taste commercially prepared rather than freshly made.
