The girl working Valentine's Day evening needs a freaking raise!!! My boyfriend and I stopped by for some vday dessert. It was pretty busy but there was only one girl working the front and one cook. She was making coffee, bringing each table their food and cleaning. She was hustling! It didn't take too long for it being busy and everyone in line was patient. The wait for the crepes were worth it!! The warm wish was stuffed with caramelized bananas and it was perfectly paired with a scoop of ice cream. My bf tried the D'Anjou crepe with caramelized pears. The pears could have been sweeter but they paired nicely with the ice cream. I will definitely be coming back to try more! read more

I came here craving a crape ands some eggs. I was not too happy with the berry Crêpe. They put a bright red sauce on the top that has a chemical look and the berry compote was a little sour and there was way too much on and inside the crepe. The crepe was a bit over cooked. But the plain brown sugar crepe was pretty good and I liked the ambiance outside and the quick service. I wish I could give 5 stars but I think there's room for improvement. There's a crepe place in sierra Madre called monsieur crepe and they are made perfectly- just a suggestion on if you want to compare. I'll stop come back to this place for the brown sugar crepe though. I liked that one. read more

The family was craving crepes, and we were within walking distance of Crepes de Paris. The location was more a rundown, unkept look, instead of cute and cozy. I also had to ask the employee to clean off a table of items that looked to have been sitting there a while. Now the crepes. $40 dollars for three crepes. Sign of the times, but they should have been the best tasting ever! Which they weren't. The apples in mine were more like apple sauce with a ton of cinnamon. The topping was also too sweet. The dark chocolate sauce was Hershey's syrup, and the crepe itself was very bland. Service was ok. She was not very friendly and seemed to dislike her job. It was our first and last visit. Saturday night and just got home from Crepes de Paris in Pasadena. Decided to have a crepe for dinner with the lady. The experience was a little off this evening. We were the only people in the restaurant when i ordered a St. Louis (without meat). A French onion soup and 2 vanilla lattes. there was some confusion but I took the time to keep everything straight. I'm going to stop there, because I do like the restaurant. Ultimately we got our lattes, the only thing not messed up. However the St. Louis showed up, full of chicken that we had to sort out and the French Onion showed up and was 'lukewarm' at best. So anyway with those 2 things wrong, tonight 's experience really missed the mark for me. I'm only giving 1 star for this and will revisit in a month or 2 to see if things have gotten back to how I remember they can be here. So stay tuned, and we will see if I can amend this poor review. read more

Nice little place in Pasadena. Good Crepes. Looked a little run down. We sat in the patio area. The umbrellas were dirty, the Christmas decoration was still wrapped on the tree and broken. We had a Crepe Suzette and Warm Wish Crepe. They were okay. I didn't taste Grand Mariner in my Crepe as they claimed. The coffee was like from a convenient grocery shop. I would expect at least an excellent coffee from a Crepe French style restaurant. Overall a good noble idea of a crepe restaurant but it looked liked it was not managed well or cared for. Ordered one sweet crepe and one savory. Ordered the favorite crepe as our sweet option. It was good but not great, there was no cream inside which would have been appreciated but the flavors were good and it was fresh. The savory crepe was delicious, got the ham and cheese one and drenched it in hot sauce. The crepe was slightly sweet which offered a great flavor compliment to the ham and melty cheese. The savory crepes are quite flavorful and saucy. I wish the crepe itself was a bit more thin. It's beginning to be more like half pancake, half crepe. Stopped by on a Thursday evening, on a whim without reading any reviews. You can easily miss this place based on the unassuming store front. The inside is small and honestly old looking, I can't even say it's vintage, it just looks unkept. There is an outside patio, and again the furniture is old and uninviting. We ordered a chocolate crepe and added bananas. Despite no one being there, it took almost 15 minutes to get our food. The crepe (if you can call it that) was gamy and cold (despite literally having just come out), with burnt edges, bland and flavorless, what a disappointment. Horrible experience on Mother's Day. No soap in the bathroom I asked and nobody went to refill it. The crepes had a disgusting flavor, when I went to ask if they can give me another item in place, they didn't agree. They said they can offer a free drink. The food was great! I had a French onion soup, the Vive la France crepe, and the pear crepe. The savory crepe was basically like eating French pasta. There were two large crepes stacked on top of another so it was pretty filling. There was a ton of sauce so there was a ton of flavor and they had lots of shrimp inside and outside the crepe. So you get your money's worth. The pear crepe is yummy. Lots of pears although I didn't get that distinct pear taste. It was faint. And they might be if canned pears were used (since pears aren't ripe all year). But there was a big scoop of ice cream that was french vanilla and a small scoop of Chantilly cream (aka whipped cream). I sat outside on the patio which is homey. The place overall is cute and has a charm to it. I wouldn't say the place has the best decor (French country inside, socal outside) or style, but the food is good. read more

Time of order to receipt of smoothie was 10 minutes. She delivered to my Patio table. No star rating here as they were not at all busy and neither was my order complex. Although not at all busy, neither did she ask whether my order was satisfactory post delivery. That would have rated 5 stars. That said , the value and quality put it over the top. I love this little unassuming restaurant. It is almost hidden because of the way it is overshadowed by the bright light coming from the bridal salon next-door. I love the Decour in this place the checkered floor tile makes you feel like you were actually in a small boutique in Europe. I have tried only the savory crapes on the menu. I think they are so creative and unique. I love the spinach and chicken, with the Swiss cheese, and the curry. The portion size of the crepes are phenomenal. This place.. smh I ordered coffee and nutella crepe w strawberries. Coffee tasted burnt, almost tasted like chemical, I through it away at once. For the crepe it was dry, color of it was very off. I could tell they made it at least half a day ago.. Only thing that eatable were strawberries.. The owner was on the phone. he wouldn't hang up the phone the whole time we were there. He took our order shortly(he was still on the phone) when the food came out he banged the table and made a gesture to take it our selves. Pains me to leave this review. We walked in and the cook was laid out across the furniture asleep. Him and the male behind the register what looked to be the manager were shocked we walked in. As we waited there were so many dirty tables in their patio outside that looked like had just been left there all day from previous people dining. We were the only customers there so it didnt make sense why they would leave it that way, birds were just eating off the dirty plates and making a mess. Finally got our crepe and tea. It was ok. Strawberries weren't fresh and super soggy, almost rotting. Gross. This place is cute and has so much potential. With so many businesses hurting/ didnt make it due to the pandemic you would think they would have all the time in the world to give this place some TLC. The place was disgustingly dirty, dust everywhere especially the table tops and window sills. The outside patio is very run down and needs to have some gardening done. While trying to find a seat outside I noticed that none of the tables had been cleared and sat at a dirty table, which was the only table available. When the cashier comes by again she's picks up all the dishes and brings me my crepe and coffee. I wouldn't say it was the best one, it was wayyy too sweet. I also ordered a Caramel latte and it was just a plain latte... didn't complain just ate and drank my drink. I go here a lot for lunch. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich. Comes with a choice of bread (I always get sourdough) and choice of side (I always get salad). So you get a good sandwich and a salad for a reasonable price. They also have real cups (as opposed to paper cups) that you can use for free water. You can refill your cup whenever you want from a water dispenser. I usually bring my laptop and work there for a bit before and after I eat. I showed it to the server and he just looked at the plate and agreed that there was indeed a hair in there and said nothing else. I'm not sure how this business is still operating but I thought it was very odd that there wasn't a single apology for a health violation in my food.
