He is always friendly and honest, but not mean about it. I feel comfortable when I get my teeth cleaned and my teeth/gums feel great after my appointments. I recently started Invisalign and I see Dr. Pham for Invisalign related stuff. She is very sweet and explains everything. The process has been smooth so far thanks to Dr. Pham. Wayne is the office manager and he is a cool guy. Very friendly and always has an answer to my insurance/payment/scheduling questions. After a previous dentist talked me into an unnecessary root canal, I walked into Dr. Stein's office guarded and half-expecting to be let down again. Instead, I got the opposite. I was convinced I had a cavity from a bad toothache, and he could easily have just gone along with it. Instead he told me the truth. I was just clenching my jaw in my sleep. No unnecessary work, no upsell, just an honest answer. That kind of integrity completely restored my faith in going to the dentist. Once you challenge them in the extra costs, they act like you should have known everything. Lies, told us that prescription was sent to pharmacy when we left. Was waiting at pharmacy to get prescription but pharmacy claims to never have received the order after an hour has passed. This office has been nothing short of terrific. Everyone I have dealt with is kind and gentle and brutally honest. Due to years with a sub par dentist ( willow pass dental) I now have to continue to fix and deal with the lack of care and professionalism. Have already scheduled appointments in January.
