Only getting 1 star because zero isn't an option. I bought a used 2017 navigator from this dealership. Don't. I got told used cars can fail day to day and they won't stand behind their cars. The car I purchased started making a noise on the way home from the dealership. They sold me a car with low differential fluid and it ruined the diff. The warranty they sold me for thousands of dollars won't cover it because it was a lack fluid problem and told me the dealership should help me. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this dealership. I was repeatedly told that purchasing a warranty was required, but when I asked several times where that requirement was stated in writing, no one could show me. I clearly said I did not want the warranty, yet they continued texting me about a deal that still included it. In my opinion, this felt misleading, like false advertising, and like an attempt to force unwanted warranty coverage onto the vehicle purchase. From sales, service, and finance, this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. We bought a vehicle, easy process, but a month and a half later, the transmission went out. Thank goodness we had an extended warranty, but getting it was like jumping through hoops. The initial salesman seemed as though he couldn't care less when we notified him that the vehicle was inoperable. We were then unable to get a hold of anyone to get a copy of our warranty contract-it was never mailed. We finally were able to get it emailed with Brennan's help on Friday evening. The warranty company was closed on the weekends of course, and it was expressed to Glenn's this was our sole vehicle w/ children we needed to get to school, so timeliness was of our utmost concern but disregarded. When we got a hold of the service department, they initially wanted us to pay for the tow to Eminence, a 2-hour drive, though we had a warranty. We didn't choose to use their service shop because the service manager, Monty, couldn't even give us a call back or come to the phone when he was aware I was on hold. We were advised the tow would be done "in the morning" on Friday, and I was unable to get a response as to why the inoperable vehicle was still in our driveway at 4pm that evening. Bobby in the service department seemed to be the ONLY person we encountered that was genuinely concerned. So, after a month and a half of owning the vehicle, our transmission went out-diagnosed by the service repair shop with reputable reviews. I emailed the GM of Glenn's requesting a call and left a voicemail stating I would like to speak to him prior to submitting this review, but in true Glenn Auto fashion, I've had no such luck. DO NOT BUY from this dealership, EVEN with a warranty that you'll have to beg to get access to. I'm just grateful my 3-month-old and 2 other school-age children weren't with me when I had to stop on the side of the expressway multiple times when the RPM was off the chart but not accelerating. I had problems with this dealer from the time we signed the papers to now. They are crooks. They won't stand behind their word. They lied to us several times. They told me when we bought the car that they would give another key. It ended up the screwed up original key creating the new key. Now still only one key works. I still have problems with the key saying the key fob left the car. When it hasn't left the car. They also did warranty work on my car and kept for almost 3 months. It was like pulling teeth to get my car repaired and returned to us. I would not send my worst enemy to this place to buy a car or have one repaired. I had to get Chrysler/Jeep involved to finally get my car back. I had to make numerous car payments and car rentals while I still did not have possession of my car. If I had known their reputation I would have not bought the 1rst car. We trusted them and bought the 2nd car. Nothing but problem after that. read more

Purchased here in November and it was a living hell. I don't want to spend hours writing a dissertation about how awful this place is (although it could certainly be done), so I'll just leave it at this. Don't shop here. Ever. Edit: Just looked back at this review a year later and saw the owner's response. Number one, I was unable to register my car because my car was sold to me with an active lien from the previous owner, Not because of anything to do with an inspection. That is, by the way, illegal. Traded a Escape to them for a FJ to play with. The FJ older began to have some issues. Took it to garage and the ck engine light had tape put over the light. Had many of issues. One including catalytic converters 3200.00. Of course i bought as is. Which it don't matter its illegal to sell a vehicle with tape over ck engine light. Under the dash the brake light and ck engine light was taped up. No emergency brake so it was taped also. I asked if they ran computer test before selling. Bought a vehicle. It looked great on the inside and outside. Their policy says you can trade it within 36 hours for a different one if not satisfied. Under the truck was rusted out and is breaking in half. They said they do not inspect the cars before they sell them. Buy some where else. Do not go there and buy good looking junk. read more

Good luck, sales dept tried to be helpful when they realized their service dept. failed them, but their service missed some significant engine issues on their pre-sale inspection and when I brought it back, they didn't fix the issue just tried to patch it with RTV sealant (poorly) so I had to take it to my local CJDR dealership to be fixed correctly for a couple grand. So my husband and I went to see a car and drove it and I already did my research before going. Liked the car and said we wanted to run some numbers but wasn't going to do the list price. Sales person said we could but we would need to go to the other location in Eminence, Ky which was another 30 minutes away. Since we wanted the car and he already knew we wasn't going to pay list figure we would take the drive. We get there and was told that the price they had listed is what they wanted and that we should be happy with that because it's a 14 year old car that other people would want and is in good condition. So here is the deal they wanted between $8,000 to $4,000 above what it books for. But because they think a 14 year old car only goes up in value they thought we should be good with that too. They finally came down $1,000. I told them no thank you but that wasn't good enough they kept telling me what a good deal it was. Even texting me later that night telling me how good of deal it was. I will never go to this dealership again. If the sales person has to convince themselves that their price is a good deal by constantly lying to the customers then that says a lot about them read more

One of the worst stealerships I've ever dealt with. I bought a 2016 Q50 Premium from them and in the first week the catalytic converter went out, they offered to fix it then backed out when they found out how much it would cost. They installed new brakes on the car before I bought it and their techs are so incompetent that they forgot to take the plastic wrap off of the rotors before installing them. When I brought it back telling them something was wrong they "couldn't find the problem". Not to mention the problem of the dual climate messing up 2 days after I bought it as well. I spent $20k+ on this car with an extended warranty and they can't even fix the brakes which is their own mess up. If you want to buy a car don't go to them whatsoever. read more

"Non negotiable, set in stone" nearly 800 dollar 'document fee' that was literally described to me as profit and paying the bills. Salespeople wouldn't acknowledge me when I walked in even with an appointment. Salesperson I had the appointment with was late. Damage and broken parts of the vehicle that wasn't in the pictures. Car I went to look at was filthy and they told me it had been cleaned and conditioned. Jacked the price way up by time we sat down to talk numbers by 1300 dollars. Not only are they completely incompetent, they are rude and unprofessional as well. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state buyer from Stephen Black - 76,000 miles on the car. Stephen did a good job. As part of our negotiations I asked for a very detailed visual inspection to verify there was no rust in the rear quarter panels (common and particularly problematic for this model vehicle) and no dents. It was reported that there was absolutely no rust and 1 dent in the passenger door - which the dealership agreed to have repaired before I flew down to pick up the car. Upon picking up the car I found very clear rust in the rear quarter panel and a new dent in the fender. I asked the used car manager Steve to repair this new dent that was clearly caused while in his care and his response was "it's an old car it's going to have dents". 1 day after getting the car home it died showing signs of lingering massive electrical gremlins. I called the dealership with a fair request which was split the cost of repairing the issue 50/50. I never even the used car manager Steve a cost number, he told me I should have purchased a warranty and refused to stand behind the car they sold. !!!!Avoid this dealership for used vehicles!!!! read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. I have had two issues. # 1 Salesman do not know how the car buying process should happen. Offered to pay cash for new vehicle, salesman showed me all the discounts and rebates and told me the final price. When the financing started to happen and I told the finance office that I would be paying cash, they state that the rebates would not be allowed. I understood that that was due financing thru them, but the salesman should have known that prior to getting me to the finance office. #2 issue was agreed to purchase a used vehicle. the sales team sent me contract, i agreed to pricing, told me to bring check for deposit, (when the salesman was at my office) and i could finish transaction on Monday. Then went back to office and told me that another customer agreed to purchase it, so I was screwed out on another vehicle. Carter Downey was the manager that I dealt with, who was an unprofessional lying POS. Told him of the previous issues that I had with the dealership and he insured me that this would go smoothly. At a time of car and truck shortages, this dealership is well stocked with cars and trucks across all price ranges and, when I say all, I mean Dodge Hellcat Challenger R/Ts to a Ford Raptor truck with all the toys. My sales rep, Billy Sean Tinsely was knowledgeable about the car that interested me though it wasn't a Chrysler or Dodge model, and he was easy to work with in my car purchase. I live 30 minutes from the dealership and made appointment for a test drive. Billy Sean Tinsley had the car ready to go and parked in the shade on a 90 degree day. While negotiating the price of the car, his sales manager, Nathan Stahl, was willing to do what was fair and the process was smooth and congenial. I chose to finance through the dealership and Trey Russell, the F&I mgr, walked me through all my options in a consultative, no-pressure manner. One of the worst service shops I have ever experienced. Took our vehicle in for multiple issues going on, the biggest issue was a leak in the back window causing water to come in to the car, but was told that everything was going to be taken care, I was wrong. They never communicated with us on the progress of our vehicle and the repairs, we always had to call to try to figure out more information and never got any updated information, was told they would call back and we never got a call back. Our car was at the service shop for almost 3 months. We finally received a call 10 weeks after dropping it off that we could come pick it up and that all of our services were completed. We got there, paid our copay, and found out that the back window was still not replaced because our warranty wouldn't cover it, but we were never given that information prior so it sat on their lot for 3 months in the snow and rain, collecting water and causing damage. We found mold that day growing all in our vehicle and when I called for a manager, was denied being able to speak to one. They finally fixed our window with warranty covering it 5 months after we took the vehicle in to get fixed. Horrible management, horrible communication, horrible service. Oh, and all we got was an apology, didn't waive our copay or make any accommodations for the horrible situation they have put us through. Stay away from this place if you want your car to be fixed and taken care. The front associates also had horrible attitudes and were very rude, not empathetic or caring about the situation at all. First off I contacted a salesman about 1 1/2 years ago about buying a truck and they had one at their sister lot Glenn Freedom in Lexington(who were amazing to work with btw) and the salesman was supposed to get the truck to Louisville for me to look at! Long story short my wife and I ended up having to go to Lexington and ended up buying 2 vehicles...(STRIKE ONE)had an issue with the truck(exhaust manifold bolts broken) and made an appointment to get it diagnosed! Left it there for about 9 hours and get back that afternoon to pick it up and they never even looked at it!! STRIKE 2 made an appointment in august of 2021 to drop off my truck and my wife's jeep grand Cherokee to get another issue resolved with my truck and her service air bag sensor that was going off every 5 minutes repaired and when we get there they tell us we can't leave both vehicles after making an appointment to do so because we were leaving for vacation for a week! So we leave my wife's jeep because I wanted it fixed and get back a week later and they never touched it!!! After calming down for a while I decided a couple of weeks ago to give them another chance. So I scheduled an appointment for Jan 12..drop my truck off they tell me it'll get diagnosed and I'll get a text message about the issues...we'll about 3 hours later I get a text saying it won't be even diagnosed till at the earliest Monday or Tuesday of next week!! So I call and left my name and concerns and was assured the service advisor would be calling me back! It never happened so I go in yesterday and they never even looked at my truck! Pulled it to the back of the lot and put it on the back burner!! I asked the guy if they ever looked at it at all and he said no!! So I then asked what's the point in making the appointment when they won't even look at it for 4 or 5 days and he responded with "well you can cancel and just take the truck with you!" THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND CAR LOT I'VE EVER SEEN AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONCERNED HONESTLY!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I WOULD!!! I'm a first time buyer and things were going well, but when I ultimately decided I wasn't getting a specific vehicle that I had been leaning towards Zach got pretty pissy. Mind you I was still considering another vehicle but wanted to shop around and come back for it if nothing else panned out. Like, I get being a little salty over not getting a sale, but is that not common for them to get told no? He literally acted like he'd never been told no in his life. Bought a truck from this lot. Within first week, check engine light came on. Made an appointment to bring it in that was about a week out. Day before appointment truck completely broke down and we had to pay for a tow. They have had this truck in their service center for over a month now ! There's no way they didn't know the truck was in such bad condition ! We paid 30k on this truck l! They're untrustworthy and sold us a horrible vehicle! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I would give this dealer a ZERO.... Do not buy a car from this place unless you want to go to the service center on a weekly basis. We bought a NEW RAM and not even a week later the engine check light came on. After the supposedly fixed it, then the compass stop working so we took the truck back to the service center. After that was "fixed", the compass stopped working again, the dealer told us a new computer needed to be order and they will take care of it. We called RAM directly and they said an update needed to be done on the truck computer, and they also said the computer was not ordered by the dealer. Took the truck back to the service center which by the way, never answers the phone so you actually have to go in to be able to get an appointment. Once we got the truck back, then the backing up camera stopped working, and now is intermittent. Try to call the Ram's manager that had our case and funny, he mentioned that the dealer hasn't documented any of these issues with the truck and by the way, now the manager stopped answering the calls.
