She already has a hard time understanding things or remembering and I just thought it was very inconvenient and inconsiderate that they wouldn't help her, it's not as if it's a repeated occurrence, I know they sometimes will have you answer security questions to get in your account when you don't have an ID seems they could've made a one time accommodation.

The case was only showing the discount for online order only and not in store. I told her thanks for checking. Emily then went out of her way to see if somehow the store could honor the AT& T online price. It took a few minutes but was able to get me the online price. One employee had up to three customers at a time. At no time did she tell them to sign in, she just tried to help all of them. When I spoke up, the manager intervened and basically told me not to complain. She then proceeded to scold me as though I was her child. I don't appreciate being patronized. This service was worse then Spectrum, who I changed service from to AT&T. Human Resources should evaluate who they hire. I would fire Emely in a heart beat if I witnessed her attitude in my employment. Do better.

Auggie helped my mom and I with our plan and new phone deals and kindly/ patiently waited on us as we also had to call Verizon's corporate line. This Verizon store is EXCEPTIONAL especially when Auggie is working. We went in on 6.15.21, unfortunately I forgot to get the managers name, however he was also extremely helpful and kind. They did not have the phones we wanted at that location so the manager drove across town to Rosedale during rush hour to get our phones for us! We could not believe how friendly and thoughtful these gentleman were. All that to say, our 3 hour visit to Verizon was successful with a STEAL of a deal on our service plan AND new phones, thanks to Auggie and his Manager. Though it was a long visit, part of the time was spent on the phone with corporate , then waiting for our phones to be graciously delivered to us and last; with Auggie making sure all of our info was transferred thoroughly. I made a appointment over the phone for 3 pm at the store on California Ave. we went in and tried to sign in but there was no record of our appointment. We waited about 15 minutes before a nice young man contacted us, he couldn't answer many of our questions it was frustrating I felt he was new at sales we thanked him. We then went to another smaller Verizon store and were disappointed there was only one poor salesperson she had many customers she was doing her best but she didn't have time to help everyone I felt sorry for her. The other salesperson had just left for lunch. We thanked her for her limited help and left after about 45 minutes. We came home and will give it another try tomorrow. Verizon is our carrier and we like their coverage but finding a store that has the proper staffing and knowledgeable sales people to help us buy another phone has been a challenge.
