After 2 long hours I found out I was not able to use the card anywhere on the T-Mobile App or any T-Mobile store. Although, this card is specifically for T-Mobile use only. This issue caused plenty of frustration not only with the retail store which it was purchased from but the T-Mobile Supervisor was unable to help with this situation at all. I was told by T-Mobile maybe o could sell the card elsewhere to get my money back since the retail stores are unable to reimburse/ refund purchased prepaid cards. Coming from a T-Mobile customer of 8yrs, this is by far the worst service I received. Thanks for the experience !!!

Despite seeking to cancel for sound basis and within the first 24 hours, we have been run around town "you need a corporate store!" (It is a corporate store) "manager will be in at __" "nope! Manager will be in at __" "only manager can waive the restocking fee" "only customer care can waive the restocking fee" the restocking fee is because the phone can't be resold because you opened the box." Etc etc yadda yadda... Selection? They had very little. Value? That's a negative. "The first bill is always twice as much" (the monthly bill we would end up with is much higher than we had agreed to in the contract, the first bill was to be more than twice.) Then they used "per diem" in a way that indicated that they had no actual definition. Honestly I feel as if we should have walked out when another set of potential customers threatened to kill a salesperson and then left. They had been on the phone waiting for customer service and the call was dropped. They might have been there for hours. One walked up to the salesperson who was working on them and told him. One of the employees stepped away to introduce himself and to see what we where looking for. We told him we wanted to redeem the T-Mobile gift and possibly upgrading. The gentleman stated that we hold on while he grabs the gift and that if we wanted to upgrade that he was working with another client and that he or one of his colleagues would assist when finishing with their client. He grabbed the gift right away and we looked around before heading out. I would recommend this shop if needing anything for your phone needs.
