They will pay off your old phone if you switch to T-Mobile phone plan up to $800! You really should check it out. I don't know how all my T-Mobile Arena photos ended up on the T-Mobile store check-in but it's called T-Mobile and it's the same company. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love and trust and is so great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their social media help team is the best by far[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and if you get T-Mobile plans, you get in T-Mobile Arena on the pink carpet, which is amazing!

According to this T-Mobile I didn't have protection and needed to buy theirs.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want to waste your time come to this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since they wasted my time I'll waste a little more writing this review. I needed a replacement screen protector I came here and luckily they have one in stock since another store was out. I have a plan that comes with free replacements so I thought it was as easy as here you go and I'll be on my way. Nope according to them I don't and I needed to pay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called customer service twice saying I'm fully covered it should be free but they just need to mail it. Went back to the store and they still wouldn't listen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went to Sam's Club T-Mobile (out as well) and they said the same thing as customer service. They said this store is just an authorized dealer meaning not as trained all new people who don't know jack shit. Saw 3 of them helping one person to show some proof to their statement. It was a hour wait with like 4 people ahead of me. The Sam's Club guy sent me another one as a backup so I don't have to go through this bs with no qualms. See that's how you treat people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All that time I wasted for a screen protector is laughable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I knew how this would've come to be I would just stayed at home bought one from amazon would've taken a minute. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got a 17 pro max why would I lie waste my time/gas to swindle your store for a piece of plastic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not about the money but I bet they still think they're right even after a corporate T-Mobile store and two customer service reps said otherwise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do yourself a favor go to eastern/ione or Sam's Club T-Mobile instead. The photo shows I'm a liar

That was nice of him as that pesky fee for paying towards a plan while physically in a Cricket location is one that I do not appreciate paying for. I've asked for that discount in the past and the request was Always Denied so *THANK YOU JESSIE! He also answered like a half dozen of my tech related questions Quickly & Clearly; to which pointed out that I am indeed receiving a Fair Value for what I'm paying for monthly. Mostly that whilst there are cheaper companies ads floating around they engage data throttling after significantly less data usage per mo than my unlimited plan does. The guy is probably asked that kinda stuff routinely by stern-faced customers but he plays it cool , handled well for me anyway. Good job dude & see you next visit.

Technology, our new evolutionary revolution!…read more As we move into the future, technology is taking over! Luckily we have some good individuals that we can find to help us guide us to the next frontier. Take my hand and let's explore and enjoy the journey. Ok, "it doesn't work!" "Please work!" Why don't you work? Who has been in this predicament when new technically and technological developments have occurred? Good news the staff here at Verizon can help. Let's give it to the master of ceremonies. The "one" with the answers! Let's do this! When we come to the store it means we cannot figure it out. Maybe we were not totally satisfied with our answers when we had to come to the store to deal with issues with the phone but we were pointed in the right way. Making an appointment is easy and pretty much required these days. The individuals here work very hard to make sure we are all taken care of. Thank you the small attention to our issues.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited the Verizon store on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson,…read moreNevada, expecting a quick and simple customer service experience. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst retail experiences I've had. When I walked in, Angela was sitting at a desk wearing glasses, focused on two phones. I politely asked if I could use a charger to see if my wireless earbuds still worked before buying a new pair. Instead of trying to help, she immediately said they don't have chargers for customers. After asking me multiple questions about charger types, she finally handed me a cable--which proved my earbuds worked in less than a minute. It could have been that simple from the start. Since I was already there, I mentioned that I have four Verizon phone lines and an iPad, paying over $240 a month, and that I was interested in upgrading my phone. Rather than helping me, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. She rolled her eyes, seemed irritated that I was asking questions, and never once made me feel like a valued customer. All I wanted to know was, "What's the next model up from the phone I currently have?" She had my account in front of her, yet instead of simply answering, she repeatedly asked unnecessary questions about storage sizes and had me digging through my phone's settings. It should have been an easy sales conversation. The experience got even worse when I asked about buying new earbuds. She simply pointed toward the front of the store and said they were "by the door." When I couldn't find them, she reluctantly got up and discovered they had actually been moved to a lower shelf. Again, there was no effort to assist--just annoyance that she had to help. Customer service starts with greeting people, making them feel welcome, and helping them with a positive attitude. A simple, "Hi, welcome to Verizon. I'm Angela--how can I help you today?" would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like I was interrupting whatever she wanted to be doing. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for years, and this experience honestly has me considering switching to T-Mobile. No customer should be made to feel like they're a burden when they're walking into a store ready to spend money. I won't be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I can't recommend it.

Happy with my S26 but the new Ultra watch 2 was coming out in about a month so I decided to return the watch unopened never been touched. It's been 3 days since purchase. I went to the store to return and a Manager Ivan recalls my conversation on the phone with him and said I thought I told you we need to charge you a stocking fee? I said T-Mobile on the phone wants to speak with you that I'm well within my right not to get charged for a restocking fee. Ivan adamant that he was going to charge me a restocking fee no matter what. I was on hold with corporate and again a second rep says no that's not true you are not going to be charged a restocking fee asked to have him on line. I had her on hold for the manager to speak with them and can you believe it Ivan sneaks out of the store. The rest of the employees say they cannot do anything. This is 3 days after purchase. T-Mobile corporate on the phone was nice to send me a shipping label to ship back the watch without a charge. I still have 2 watches to purchase, a tablet and a MaxPro phone for the wifey yet that didn't matter for the Little guy Ivan. It was more important that he collects his $75 restocking fee. The experience on the phone with T-Mobile was much better than going to the store waiting almost two hours as if you're trying to buy a car. Some sales guy start telling me "uhh well it's says it on the paperwork that you will be charged a restocking fee" Absolutely nothing was disclosed during purchase and at then I realized these guys can be manipulative after the sale! Word of advice go to the store check out the products, touch feel and ask questions but you don't need to purchase your phone there. These vultures are paid a commission and looking for any way to nickel and dime you. I called T-Mobile 3 times and all were hassle free happy to help and could not believe the conduct of this store. Besides why wait 2 hours when you can be in the comfort of your home and get all the answers by calling T-Mobile corporate. Just purchased the wifey her new upgrade MaxPro and I got my new Galaxy Tablet. We both received them the next day. I thank IIvan for no longer needing to go in the store for a far better experience!

This is a tough review to write because until yesterday, I trusted Gadgetmates--especially…read moreJonas--completely. I've recommended them, defended them, and even did so in-store less than 24 hours before this went sideways. Then it fell apart. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.
