Purchased the wifi access point to better my wifi for my home about 2 days ago. The person who sold…read moreme it told me it would be super simple to connect to my existing router and I just needed to reset it and follow the steps. I reset it multiple times and never got the option to add the access point. I then tried all the things that the "AI" representative told me and still nothing worked. I then sat on hold for an hour trying to get a hold of customer care and nope no answer from anyone. I then went into the store 2 days after purchasing it with the access point with me and told them I just want to cancel it in general bc Its not worth my time to deal with that and they told me "we can't do that. You have to with customer care"... Very disappointed. Also there was no manager in store or anyone of actual assistance. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Then he kept comparing how he used to work at Verizon and that if we go to Verizon it would be more expensive. Another lady rep came to help but she just ended up making excuses for him instead of helping us. What happened to customer service? We left and went to Verizon which turned out to be much cheaper. Glad we did. I would not recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone.

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

Phone broke. Called CC and was told I had to call 866-230-6881. I did that but never received a…read morepin code to verify. Called 866 number again after also being told no device shown when I tried to file the claim. Finally got a person at 866 number but the connection was so bar that I hung up. Tomorrow I will make a special trip to CC to see if they can help me. Every month I pay my bill which includes a service protection plan. I am not sure it is worth it! Hopefully CC can help me get a claim started. If not, I will be looking for a new carrier.
