I felt comfortable at first after 3 times back on the same day still trying to get the phones working I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was a weekend technically. Now they are Not paying off the existing phones as promised and Now being over charged by $100 and no customer services to help and the store just shrugged . Juan, my cell rep lied to me. When I first arrived to AT&T, my bill was $259 a month and I was paying $25 an additional for insurance that wasn't that I didn't need a month that I paid for eight months. AT&T has a good way of having you come back was my internet plan expired. And that's how I ended up coming to AT&T. And so Juan lied to me and told me that he can get it down to $212 and he'll take away the $25 a month insurance plan. I ended up getting a brand new iPhone and laptop. I had to get the accessories cost me $300. I was told , if I pay off the accessories it will go down to $212. The following bill was for $300. I assume that would pay a good chunk of the accessory that I owe. I ended up paying $256 to pay off the accessories. the following month my bill, which I thought it was gonna be $212 turned out to be $255 Here is where lied to me AGAIN. He told me that I should've came back within 15 days to have the insurance taken off of my account that's why I got charged $255 again. so in about two months I ended up paying $816 to P.O.S. Now I gotta wait till next month to see if my bill is $212. read more

This guys are extremely money hungry. Wanted to charge me 5 dollars no matter what. I was told by customer service to just come to a store to verify ownership of the account and they wanted to force sell a SIM card no matter what. I explained to them that I had just switched phones before and no matter what they just wanted to sell a SIM card. They should close down all these "authorized retailers". They bring a bad taste to a good name. BTW, After the horrible experience I had at this "reseller", I visited a corporate store and they switched the service to my new phone without charging me anything. read more

There's a sign on the door that says "we'll return in 20 min" and the doors locked. It's 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday like wdym. Also there's ppl in there just on their phones while customers are waiting outside for service. The service was horrible, the employees were rude and not helpful. I literally came to get a new screen protector and the last time I was here the guy told me that the protector I got, is free to replace but I guess that's not the case. Why did he lie? Idk either, I think this company needs help bc every location I go to no one knows what's going on and the employees seem to not care about actually helping people. We were in there to transfer my step-daughters phone from T-Mobile to my AT&T plan. And while T-Mobile was being extremely difficult about it, Lucas, the manager at this location really went above and beyond to facilitate the request. I had a FANTASTIC experience when I went in to look at and eventually purchase our phones and DirectTV. They treated us well and Austin was great - friendly, informative and encouraging - not pushy at all! However, I have had an extremely different experience since. I have called the store 3 different time, and spoke to Shane on each occasion. Each time he was not able to answer my calls on the phone and promised me a phone call back....not once did I receive that call back. The last time I called I shared my previous experiences with him so he would understand how important it was that I get that call back. He promised me a call back within 20 min....yup, that was 3 days ago and still no call back! Terrible customer service. My bf went in to see if they can activate his phone bc the SIM card they sent us in the mail said "SEE YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS"..... so he went in. The guy couldn't do it bc he saw it was a pre-paid phone. Ok, this is our first time, so we didn't know. Dude in there gave HELLA attitude. Talking about, "why didn't you tell me in the first place" , "this makes a BIG difference" ok sir, fix your tone. If he would've told us NICELY what to do, instead of making him feel stupid, it would've been appreciated. You need BETTER employees. horrible. He went in today 9/14/19 around 5pm. Let's just start with this, we moved to the area 5months ago. So finding new stores to frequent is hard enough! After dealing with this store for a little over 2 weeks I would not recommend going there. Always go to a corporate AT&T store. A third party retail store has some of the most unprofessional service personnel. The Asst.Manager is very unhelpful!! I have a phone that we had gotten & it had started to shut off. They wouldn't except the exchange because the phone had to be sent to me because they don't have a stock of phones. They sent us to the corporate store. Which I have always gone to before in the area I used to live. During the phone swapping at the Corp store I called to ask about my case which I purchased when I got the new phone. They said it was ok that I didn't have the case packaging. So coming back here to exchange the case without the packaging I was greeted with "we would never say that". I told them exactly what was said to me & the service personnel said "I would never say that" so now I am a liar??? Really!!! So I gently said. Keep your case & train your personnel better & walked out. It's not in anyone interest to come here. The store on Chandler Blvd & 101 is WAY BETTER! ***I am altering my review. The Manager just contacted me. His example of service is what this team needs to model. Thank you for your understanding & hearing me out. I was in today after being at corporate location where an employee there was the most unprofessional, misogynistic & condescending, rude "professional" I have ever really had to deal with. Brian at this location immediately helped me, understood my problem, got customer service on the phone with me to solve my problem and have my faulty phone replaced. He was the most kind and helpful professional. I had spent about 4 hours dealing with online customer support and driving 30 mins to the corporate location which was completely useless. Brian had me in and out in 20 mins with a resolution. Brian, if you read this, thank you again for your help and kindness, you are a complete saint!! AT&T this man deserves a raise! I 1st went enter this location on the 26 of April and was assisted by a very professional and understanding helpful young man by the name of Anthony, He helped me twice that day and I still continued having problems Mo it got late and I waited till the following day which was a 27th of April. I went in in the morning and a kid by the name of Jacob was a know-it-all from the very get go. I understand that a note was left that I have had problems trying to port my number over from another cell phone company but he would not listen to me when I told him I had information that he needed he just told me he knew what was wrong when in all reality he did not know what have what was wrong. He tried to take my phone from my hand pulling it from my hand on 2 or 3 occasion's and I would not hand it over to him because I wanted him to listen to the information I had. All this kid had to do was greet me and fast are you still having the same problem and I would have told him no I have some important information from you but he was very arrogant and road and what not listen to me and acted like I know everything that was going on like he was Mr. Professional and you can't be professional when you do not know how to treat a customer. As I said I went in the 1st time and spoke to an gentleman by the name of Anthony and he was very professional and very helpful even though I did come into the store a second time and I still tried to help me yet it wasn't going through we couldn't get my number to be ported over. So my complaint is on this little kid or the name of Jacob And the reason I call him a little kid is because he was very stubborn as a child is and what not listen to a customer who had new information. I know that the customer isn't always right I have worked in customer service practically all my life but you need to listen to the customer hear them out see if there something that you can do to correct that before going off and playing a I know-it-all type of teenager mentality. Horrible customer service as I added a new line to my plan. They put a line on an individual plan instead of combining it with the family plan I already have. I called the store to explain the store manager, what they did wrong and how client services over the phone had to fix their error. The only thing he said "I don't l le what went wrong and my employee are all well trained". Idiot! read more
