Went in two days ago to get on my own plan from a different account and everything was going well. I had to come back in the next day with a code and the rest was all set up. I get there the next day, there is "Will be back in 15 mins" sign on the window. No big deal. When the guy comes to the door to unlock it, he does not welcome me in the store, has his vape in his hand, and sits at his desk. When I go to tell him that all I need to do is give him the code and finish what I had started yesterday. He proceeds to start another credit app on me and then ends up putting me on the phone with the fraud line because now I have two credit applications. While I am trying to understand the lady that barely can speak English, he is vaping in front of me and proceeds to not talk at all until I walk out. This guy NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Unprofessional is not the word.

I asked all the right questions and did my due diligence. well, about a month later a bill came in for a month for $500. I felt pretty violated as it was an auto pay, and the money was gone before I could even argue the bill. I went back to see them and the guy promised to fix it so he changed my plan. I thought everything was. Next month, I get a bill for $280 for two phone lines basic data cell service. I end up talking to Verizon for about three hours on their chat service attempting to fix my bill to be 150 like I was promised. More things happened after that that I won't bore you with here, but this has been the worst decision I've ever made and this retailer is outright scamming people. To get what I was promised working with Verizon corporate I now have to call every month after I get my bill to get them to give me the credits on my account to bring my bill down to what I was promised....every month for the next 34 months!.

They updated, expanded the memory and changed the battery for me also backed everything up to my exterior hard drive. Fast forward 2 years... My MacBook would no longer do any further updates so I called and talked to the techs and they confirmed that Apple is no longer supporting my "old" platforms, so a new Mac was my only answer. So after I set it all up, I took it to Syderware Tech to back up old MacBook and transfer my data to my new computer. All good! Will continue to go to these guys!
