After the staff failed 3x to migrate apps/data/settings to new phone, I asked for the charges to be reversed and my old phones reinstated. Travis the store manager then told me he couldn't help with a refund. He explained all of the fees were non-refundable and neither he nor his employees had to inform customers about non-refundable items. He also said that it wasn't his nor his employees responsibility to make our new phones work. Effectively, he is accountable for nothing. Then his team charged me a restocking fee of $55 for each phone that they couldn't setup. Fortunately, I called Verizon and got all of the fees reversed. Clearly Travis is wrong or flat out lied. I cannot say it more clearly, go somewhere else or call Verizon. The employees here are unhelpful, dishonest, and have no idea what good customer service is.

No mention of a time limit. No mention of any conditions. No mention that "new" actually meant "whatever used controller is sitting in the back." When I finally used it, they took my working-ish controller and handed me a used one in worse condition than what I brought in. The buttons stopped responding almost immediately after I left the store. So I paid extra money for the privilege of downgrading to a broken controller. I came back to swap it out and was told they couldn't do anything for me. They knowingly handed me defective used hardware under a plan that was sold to me as a new-for-old exchange, and then refused to stand behind it. So to recap: I was misled about what the warranty covered, misled about what I'd receive, given a broken product, and then denied any remedy on a plan I paid extra for. That's not a warranty. That's a fee for nothing. Don't buy the protection plan here. Get whatever you're told in writing, or just buy your accessories somewhere with a real return policy.

But it was me who was a bit nearsighted as I should have double checked the service at my home, located in the mid City, before venturing to TMobile. The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile.

They even sell Fidget Spinners here which made me feel like it was a sign to finally purchase one for my little sister, whom her birthday is on the 3rd of this month. The prices of the phone cases are incredibly affordable. I thought the phone case I picked out was going to be in the 30's-40's range for price, however, it was only $26.00! I loved that a lot. The additional purchase of the Fidget Spinner was only $10.00 extra, which is on average $3 more than the competitor's price. I still enjoyed getting both items and making me visit worthwhile. The only cons is the smell of the phone case. It has that artificial paint smell, (very strong smell) and made me otherwise that I can lessen the smell. I have only seen them work on issues with smartphones, but they also provide services for tablets, gaming consoles, and many other electronic devices. They are expert at battery and screen replacements for both Android and iPhone devices. Turnaround is usually quite quick. Unlike many repair services these days where you often have to mail items far away or drop things off with an unknowledgeable clerk, at Phone Repair and More you can talk directly with the technicians to ensure there are no miscommunications and that you get the information you need. I've found their charges very reasonable also.

On Dec 8th 2014 I purchased a (Green) of Dre Beats Studio wired head phones from this company via eBay (they sell a ton via eBay). I bought them for my son for Christmas. They reported on Dec 9th my package was shipped after I ordered and paid Dec 8th, the same day. But after ten days my tracking information via USPS stated the package had arrived at AURORA, CO 80011 "Arrived at USPS Origin Facility" and never moved forward but this was not TRUE! I called and emailed this company several times and finally spoke to Walter in customer service who told me my package was lost??? And stated a new package would be shipped but they only had "black" left now using the same tracking ID! I confirmed with the USPS after opening a search request for my original package that this is impossible, if NetDirectSales actually had shipped my item they could never use the same tracking ID again. Two days after my call my shipment (now a "black" set of head phones, as they were out of green now???) remember I bought and paid for a green set of Studio head phones was shipped and it made it's way to Birmingham, AL from CO destination Southern CA????? On Dec 27th my package finally arrived after traversing the entirety of the US. I had made additional calls and reached Luis in customer support when I requested to immediately speak to a supervisor on Dec 23rd. Luis stated that his supervisor would be calling be back that day, of course they never called me back!!! They also never responded to my email as well via eBay. Upon arrival of my package, I noticed the word "Green" was manually marked out and the word "Black" was instead hand written on the shipping label which further solidifies the fact my shipment was never sent anywhere on Dec 9th. Again I was lied to! Additionally, after the sale (they had their money) NetDirectSales went on to their eBay listing and altered the original posting to restate the color option (green was removed) and the shipping details were altered. My package was stated to have been shipped "Priority Two Day", I received it Dec 27th at 11:30AM. Almost three weeks after I ordered and paid immediately for my item which I remind was changed after I paid for it. All this company needed to do is email or call me and let me know their green head hones had ran out and then ship me a pair of black head phones in time for Christmas on or about Dec 9th, instead they did nothing and my package never arrived in time after three WEEKS!!! Ludicrous customer service practices. I will never shop with them via eBay or any other means. This company offers extremely poor customer support, I wonder how they treat customer's who need to exchange/return an item!!???
