I went in and it's located in a little strip mall and I met with the owner. He was very upfront about the cost and told me he would not charge me if he could not fix it. Within a few short days he was able to get back to me and let me know that it was a part and it would be at least a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and he called me back and told me that it was gonna cost more to fix because another part of the TV had gone out and he didn't charge me.
