It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. The one time I got into a regular line, the guy at the register was going so slow and it looked like he was talking to the person he was checking out but she didn't seem interested. Then upon further inspection, he was rapping to himself and the lady was super uncomfortsble because it was so unprofessional and he was purposely going super slow while he was rapping Then halfway through he stops to look at some pictures on another employees phone while everyone in line is just standing there. The employees have been amazing double-checking for us when needed though. Self checkout is great, and it's changed over the years. Love the sales and deals. We load up so much when they have those spend X and get a small gift card deals, esp when paper towels, tissues, etc. stuff are involved.
