It was a brown sugar/white chocolate latte, with chai (so basically a dirty chai latte), and I forgot what she said it was specifically, but a spiced cold foam. It was incredible. Deep well rounded flavors without going too far with the spices. They had to use high quality spices to achieve that taste. So comforting without being overly sweet or heavy. I brought my mom and she raved about their tiramisu latte. She thought it was the best version she's had. I don't know that I would go quite that far (having tasted it), simply because I've had many, but it was an excellent one. I hate when places use a catchy title just because of some ingredients that they used. This actually did mirror tiramisu which I'm extremely particular of, so MAJOR points for that. The flavor profiles were there for sure. When I went to bring my drink to the table, it was overflowing, this was also a large portion. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. This time the coffee lounge was open, and no one was on the dance floor. The inside is set to look like you're in somewhere in Madrid amongst the colorful buildings, where the tables are all adorned with red tablecloths. Of course, the barista working was Taki Tanaka. We chatted briefly and he made me the most delightful Honey Fig Latte. It was creamy, foamy, with a beautiful rose art design he hand poured himself. This was mildly sweet, rich in coffee, utterly satisfying with each sip. I just wish there was dance to see.

In part because I don't have the best hearing, and in part because there is a plastic shield separating customers from the employees. I asked if she could repeat the types. There was obviously a bit of an issue understanding each other, but it became clear that I was asking her to say the choices again. She ultimately repeated them. Complete with annoyed glances.
