I ordered the half chicken with plantains and beans & rice. It was all delicious. The meal came out hot and fresh. You do have the option to eat in or take out. They do have a decent sitting area. I've gone to this place three times in the past two months. First time was around noon time on a weekday. Food and customer service was great! Second time was in the evening after work. Food quality went down by a lot. Customer service was pretty crappy too. The cashier was rude and did not even make eye contact. Love the chicken, but we skip the sides. It's not just this one Chrisp and Juicy we skip the sides at, it's at all their restaurants that we have tried. OK, the plantains are good. Can you really mess up frozen plantains? It's just that the meal would be so much more satisfying with some decent vegetables, rice, or even fries. We can't compare the Crisp and Juicy rice sides to the fried rice / rice at Sardi's and not be disappointed. Crazy as it is, we love the sides at Sardi's, but don't like their chicken. Super Chicken in Tysons is good all round, but a bit far for us. When we are hungry around Tysons, Leid Poké usually lures us in instead.
