where to start this story... Once upon a time, I was having my car fixed on DelPrado and decided a walk was better than watching TV without any sound. Anyway, i walked through this huge Walmart plaza looking for a coffee shop (not a starbucks fan) in a corner i spot this little Coffee-Breakfast shop. When i got inside i was struck how cool it was decorated, great vibe, nice folks. So i order my coffee and they do a French Press only sorta deal and I begrudgingly agree that would be OK! Oh-my-gosh that is so good, NO STARBUCKS BITTER STUFF, this is crazy great. Meanwhile, I'm watching people order these crêpes and they look amazing... But it's too early for my normal late breakfast-lunch. But everything looks so good decided to risk it and I was not disappointed. I ordered a crêpe with Canadian bacon, cheese with a sunny side up egg in the middle. Then the owner came out and visited with me a little while such nice people... Service was amazing Debi was attentive and swift with bringing drinks, taking our order and even walking us through the menu when we had questions. Friends in Cape Coral recommended for brunch. I haven't had crepes in ages and my wife has never had one. Let us say, this place is AMAZING. Atmosphere from the get go was holiday sweet. What a nice vibe! We all had the French press coffee, very rich! Everything made fresh right in front of us. I had the fruit crepe with strawberries which came with Nutella drip, decadent! The wife had the Le Soleil which was egg peppered bacon, fried egg, asparagus, spinach, mozzarella and mushrooms . Our friends had the "Thanksgiving" crepe. An enormous crepe stuffed with turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries, walnuts, & of course, delicious gravy! It was so overloaded she couldn't finish. All came with a side of hash browns. NOT like diner hash browns, these were seasoned with a delicious savory blend of rosemary, thyme, garlic & pepper. They were perfectly lightly fried to golden perfection. We love this cozy restaurant for it's excellent service, convenient location, and of course its wonderful crepes - both savory and sweet - and coffees. The new location (very near the former address) offer more seating and a more elegant atmosphere, but the quality is as good as ever. There is also limited outdoor seating, shaded from the sun. My wife and I shared a delicious savory "Bœuf and Blue" crepe and very fresh salad, and closed our meal sharing a perfectly prepared Crepe Suzette. Both were easily sufficient for the two of us, light yet substantial. We have made this restaurant a "must do" every time we visit Cape Coral. read more

This is our second visit to Crisp Creperie. It is such an adorable place and the food is fantastic. The chef sent out something special for us to taste and all of the crêpes and even today I had a Belgian waffle are delicious. We had pressed coffee that was so good we had to take a press home with us. The staff and the owner are amazing and make you feel so welcome. If you want someplace a little extra special to go this would be the place. They aren't open on Monday and Tuesday so make sure you go Wednesday through Sunday. Highly highly recommend. read more

I noticed a new restaurant, Crisp Creperie in the Coral Wood Plaza. I am always looking for new restaurants so I went to the door. Much to my surprise, posted on the door was a no mask policy and below that was a notice that this is a Jesus joint. I was totally shocked at both the refusal to allow people who are immuno compromised to wear a mask and then to add insult to injury, to proclaim they are a Jesus joint. I went back to my car and called them. I told him that I was offended by both of the postings on their door. He said, we do not believe in masks, are you calling to complain? Send me a message and he hung up. What a way to handle a prospective new customer. I will never go near that place again, I was totally appalled. Jesus didn't teach to exclude people and especially people who are sick or weak. What happened to love thy neighbor, or do unto others? How can you proclaim to have anything to do with Jesus when you, right up front, exclude the same people who Jesus said you should care for. Unbelieveable read more

Amazing savory mushroom crepe with a perfect side salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing. Others at the table raved about the seafood crepe and strawberry crepe. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We are only in Cape Coral for a few days and will return before we leave. read more

Food was good, not great. The chorizo crepe was the best of the three we ordered. Service was okay. It was a pick-up order but I wasn't totally sure where to pick it up when I walked in. The signs on the door prohibiting people from wearing masks was enough for me. If I knew that's how the owner felt I would have ordered from elsewhere. read more

My first time here! And not my last. This place was amazing, it truly brings the experience of being in a real French Cafe. The open air kitchen is very cool, as you can watch the Chef make your order! I had a crepe filled with fresh asparagus, spinach, bacon and cheese. So tasty, it came with a side of seasoned potatoes that were filled with assorted spices and very light. The whole thing was an explosion in my mouth, with a beautiful selection of fresh spices. First time trying this creperie cafe and we will definitely be coming back! It was so cute inside and outdoor dining. We tried the savory crepes and one sweet crepe. The chef special: chicken salad crepe was my favorite! We also got the Jambon Classique was really good then ended with the Blanche sweet crepe, this was banana, Bavarian cream, vanilla wafers, and salted caramel! It was light and not a heavy dessert. The chef even came out to say hello and offered for us to try the soup (gazpacho of the day). I appreciate a restaurant more when the chef cares about their patrons. We were headed to the movies and I didn't want to go to our usual bfast place. We decided to go the strip mall where the theater is and saw Crisp Creperie. We'd been talking about crepes and French food for awhile. So, why not try them? From the moment we walked in, friendly servers. We were sat and Heather immediately ask for our drink order. She brought our drinks, explained the concept and answered several questions we had with grace and patience. The crepes were incredible. Superbly average. I had Crisp Creperie when they were in Bellevue at Skyline Tower. I got "The Gobbler" - Turkey, bacon, mozarella, onion marmalade, and guacamole. Admittedly... like most millenials, I'm obsessed with avoacados and so... the idea of having guacamole just hit me right in the heart. Service was spot on - easy to pay (credit card, whatever), the people in the truck were friendly and quick. They cooked the crepe right in front of you and loaded it up with ingredients. Cool! At least it was an interesting show. They served it on a styrofoam plate... which, again, as a millenial I was disappointed by. It's not compostable or recyclable (really). So... it's just trash. A paper plate would have been a step up. A little cardboard box would have been even better since I was transporting it. Anyway, I got it back to my desk and it was... hefty! Heavy and seemed like lots of food. I bit into it and... it was like grandma's food. It was okay, but not amazing. This was an $11 savory crepe, not free food from grandma... The guacamole had like no flavor (maybe they were out of season avocados - but that's not my problem... just serve seasonal ingredients/recipes). Overall, the whole thing seemed bland even though the ingredients themselves were amazing. Both my coworker and I decided we wouldn't go back again. My review was posted before any news article was released and it was based on my personal experience. I would be happy to include a photo from one of my previous visits when I was not turned away for wearing a mask. My review includes my personal opinion of the negative customer experience I received during my last visit. I will include the original copy below. I used to visit this restaurant regularly but I've been away from the area for awhile so I was surprised to be turned away at the door today. Was told I was not allowed to wear a mask and they refused to seat my friend and I, even their outdoor seating. I've worn masks here before and it's never been an issue so I was disappointed that they refused to seat us. I told them I'd prefer to keep my mask on until it was time to eat, but was told this was not okay. The customer service here is very disappointing. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask when you go out right now and are looking for a delicious crêpe in the Cape area, I would recommend Kreips and Juices. read more

Darling ambiance inside and out. We visited on a breezy afternoon in January. There was just enough breeze to send us inside for our crepes. For my meal, I had the Classic, which comes with Black Forest Ham, a Fried Egg, Mozzarella and Bourbon Maple Syrup. It sounded like an amazing combination and I can see why it would be classic. It looked great when it arrived. However, as I started eating, I realized there was way too much of the Bourbon Maple Syrup for my palate. There were puddles of it everywhere and it overshadowed the taste of the other components. I still ate some of it and I think I might try it again but ask for the syrup very light or on the side. I have a big sweet tooth and couldn't resist splitting a sweet crepe with a friend. We ordered the Pucker, which comes with strawberries, lemon curd and jam. Our server took great care of us and offered to put it on two separate plates. It was really good and I enjoyed every bite. Final Assessment: My savory crepe was a bit disappointing but I think that can be remedied in the future by asking for any syrup or sauce on the side. The sweet crepe was delicious. Both crepes weren't as crisp as I prefer but were still perfectly enjoyable. I'll definitely come back for more sweet crepes and wouldn't rule out trying another savory crepe here. read more

Had an excellent brunch today at Crisp Creperie; the crepes were massive and stuffed with all sorts of goodies; I elected to order le soleil which had peppered bacon, mozzarella, asparagus, mushrooms, and a fried egg. They also has sweet crepes which were delicious also. Brunch crepes came with a delicious hash brown with chipotle aoili. The service was prompt and friendly, and the owners made us feel at home!
