We took Tracy's suggestion to have the shrimp prepared blackened and that definitely elevated the flavor profile and helped to cut a bit of the maple butter syrup richness. I chose the Prickly Pear Mimosa from the list of available varieties of mimosas and it was tasty. First I created my own custom omelette, which is a favorite of mine tomatoes, feta with crushed bacon on the top. It was really excellent. It was so good that I came back the next morning and their coffee is wonderful. But then I had to try something out of my normal comfort zone so I got their tiramisu French toast which was out of this world. I had never had anything like that and it was truly delicious. They are tucked in a corner of the coconut point mall. Highly recommend.
