Red Velvet Cake

The Icecream tasted really good. The place was not too busy, so our Icecream came out really fast. Will definitely go back again.

The service was good, it was slow, so we were attended to quickly, and the staff were nice. The crispy cone itself was a little of a letdown. I expected it to taste better than everyone was raving about, but the ice cream was the best part, and it was just vanilla. I'm glad I went to try it for myself to see what the hype was about.

Strawberry Nutella - delicious!

We went on Black Friday, yes it was packed but they are just opening and I'm assuming trying to get in a good flow. I noticed a few tables dirty but just as I was going to flag someone, an employee came out to wipe them down. The cones are delicious, it's a sweet treat for sure. I would recommend sharing- We did enjoy what we got, but we couldn't finish them. My kids dumped some ice cream out to get to the bready cone and had a few bites and tossed the rest. Pretty pricey but a fun treat.

20+ people waiting after their order or waiting to order...1 person assembling orders...1 at a time.

2 stars for now just based on experience and how it's run. I posted a picture of about 20 people in line or waiting and ONE person filling cones. 1 is at the register, 1 is rolling dough, 1is literally just hovering around moving dough to the oven/warmer. They need to havr at least 2 or maybe 3 filling cones at a time. It wasnt even that busy when we walked in but the line and waiting is ridiculous now. I can't imagine their actual grand opening day and not having figured our a true efficient assembly line by now. One girl is making each order 1 at a time. It's just disappointing to see the business run like this. 15 mins later and I'm still waiting for our 2 orders.

Crispy Cone- Traditional cone, Nutella spread, Birthday cake ice cream (weekly special), caramel, and strawberries

I stopped in here while on vacation since I had a craving for a sweet-treat. Upon entering, we were greeted and the cashier helped explain how everything worked since I was new to the place. I appreciated their kindness and help! I think it's a bit overpriced for the amount that you actually get. I ended up paying over $10 (double-checked my bank account to verify this). I ended up going with an original Crispy Cone and I did not finish the dough part. It was a bit too hard and not quite as expected. I think they could have put a bit more Nutella spread in the cone part. The ice cream itself was fabulous. There wasn't a ton of caramel or strawberries on it, but they're just accessories for the awesome taste of the ice cream. If I ever see one again, I may try it out once more!

Cookie Dough Ice Cream Crispy Cone

They keep the standard flavors of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, but change the specialty flavor each week. The crispy cone does take a few minutes to make and cost around $10 with tax. You can customize cone, spread, ice cream, sauce, and toppings. It's like having two desserts: ice cream on top and then warm cone with spread. I did the traditional cone (cinnamon and sugar) with Nutella spread, cookie dough ice cream and topping and found it delicious. Manager and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. More locations are anticipated to open in DFW area.

Brownie Royale

The ice cream here was delicious! Here's what we got: Brownie Royale: 10/10. The portion was MASSIVE with the chocolate chunks and chocolate chips. Cookie A La Mode: 9/10. Loved the caramel drizzle on the top with vanilla ice cream as well with cookie dough.

Cone looks good but tastes mid

Wouldn't come back because the value isn't quite there. I got a room temp cone and it wasn't great. Where's the crispy? I'd rather visit Jeni's or somi somi. The workers also touched my hand when giving me food then used those same hands to touch toppings and pat them onto the other people's ice cream. Ew. I liked the flavor of the soft serve with toppings though.

A bit less eggy than other fluffy souffle pancake joints that I've tried overseas. The pancakes here are fluffy and closer to the American cake consistency, but much lighter and easier to cut through versus the types you'd get in Japan. Strawberry Souffle Pancakes - The strawberries are fresh and delicious. Definitely appreciate that the whipped cream appears to be made in house and not out of a can. The premium pancake option comes with the equivalent of three strawberries and two pancakes with a reasonable dollop of whipped cream and strawberry sauce. Nutella Banana Souffle Pancakes - Roughly half or two-thirds of a banana split in two and appears to have a bit of caramelized sugar on it. There's also one strawberry, a Ferrero Rocher, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce to go with two fluffy pancakes. The entree is definitely well executed and fruits are fresh. Whipped cream is excellent. Overall, this place is a great place to enjoy some fluffy souffle pancakes. There's limited seating and wait times on the pancakes are anywhere between 15-20 minutes, which we appreciate because they do make them to order. The price of $13.99 for two pancakes off the premium menu felt a bit steep for the product. Experience at much better establishments, like Happy Pancake, in Shibuya or Ginza offer three pancakes with a greater quantity of whipped cream and fruits at roughly $8.25 with no expectations on tips. I understand we're in the states and this may not be a fair comparison, but the variance in both quantity and price is steep. Other than that, the product is good and worth a try.
