I just wanted to start off by saying their food is amazing!!! I lived in Brasil for 15 years and their food tastes legitimate. They are also very nice. The only bad part is that their food truck in Haleiwa is next another truck that really stinks and has plenty flies. You guys should really try to call the state to get that other food truck out. read more

Favorite place to get açaí bowls, period!! Every time I'm in Oahu, I HAVE to get their açaí bowl. It's sooo good! They don't use frozen açaí so the texture is perfect. In my opinion, it's better than Haleiwa bowls down the road. I always add peanut butter to every açaí bowl I'm having as well as coconut flakes and extra granola because I love granola in every single bite! I had Acai bowls from three places while in Hawaii but this was hands-down the best! Puree tasted really vibrant and delicious, nice texture too, a bit on the creamy side. Comes with plenty of granola and bananas on top. I topped it with honey and coconut flakes but you don't need the honey. I'd get it with fruit next time! Yaaaammmm! read more

I've stopped at this place hmm I don't know 6-8 times since I've been on island however my carrier (Sprint) never let me check in here the times I have been. I love seeing Brazilian food and people. Makes me feel at home. Their Acai is on point. The Coxinha which is like a potato filled with cheese, chicken, herbs and panko and deep fried. AMAZINGNESS. I loved the pastele here as well. I ordered the ground beef last time. I am not a soda drinker however when half my family was in Brasil I never turned down a Guarana soda. They are the best. Try one just to say you have had one. I remember the Brazilian grocery stores in Miami and I miss this stuff. So happy to find this. We parked down the alley to the left of the food truck. During the week it's never been a problem. I have only gotten an acai bowl. I have eaten many acai bowls and this one tastes different from all the others. It taste like pure acai rather than a blend of fruit with acai. The bowl is thick with acai and loaded with tons of granola, bananas and honey. Very refreshing and filling for a hot day at the beach! read more

As soon as we got off the plane but dad and I headed straight here. The food amazing! The pastel is the like the one you would get in Brasil. Acai is to die for. I definitely recommend trying the brigadeiro if you like chocolate. Coxinha was flaky and decadent. The people here are extremely friendly and kind. The BEST acai bowl in Hawaii. I just got back from a 2 1/2 week vacation in the Hawaiian islands. Managed to try a few acai bowls among Oahu, Kauai and Big Island. Crispy Grindz is by far the best one. It's just the right sweetness and consistency, plus the perfect amount of granola/honey/banana. We had the cheese pastel, the coxinhas, and the acai bowl - which is done the correct way (choose condensed milk instead of honey as your sweetener, will change your life!). Totally was feeling an Acai bowl for dinner, so I decided to make a stop here before going home. Got there at about 7:15pm, not knowing that they were closed because the truck lights were still on. Walked up to the window and said hi to the young Filipino girl that was working. She immediately made eye contact with me and slammed the glass window down and walked away. I was like WOAH. Looked at the sign and that's when I seen that closing time is at 7pm. Okay, I get that they were closed but the least the girl could of done was be courteous for one, and say that they were closed instead and being unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. read more

The açaí is good, but they add waaaay too much granola. On top and bottom of the bowl. It almost feels like it's 1/2 granola and 1/2 açaí.

This food truck has been my favorite one by far. it's located just north of Sunset elementary on Kamehaha. The Pataya bowl is out of this world. The fruit is organic, no added sugar, and tastes like there is 4 pounds of sugar dumped in it. They mix it with incredible granola, and is a perfect morning snack or breakfast. The two people working in the truck were super friendly, and we will definitely make a trip to the north shore again just to get another one of their menu items. Even if you're not hungry, Just stop and get something at this food truck. You won't regret it. read more

Delicious! We tried the brigadiero - a chocolatey, gooey, caramel tasting dessert. Very thick and satisfying! Also tried the spinach and feta pastel - a wonderful pop tart-sized pastry, cooked to crispy perfection and filled with just enough ingredients to be tasty. And the chicken coxinha - crispy on the outside, delicious chicken and cheese nestled inside. All freshly cooked and delivered to our waiting hands piping hot. Also, noticed (but did not try) the bowls seem to be very similar to the offerings at Bonzai Bowls down the street - AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! Recommend a stop here if you're in the area. I say that Acai is an energy food, my wife says it is dessert. Either way, it is a treat to eat and this food truck does it as well as anyone. The acia is the foundation and it is delicious. and then you add the toppings and they have a lot. I like strawberry, banana and coconut shavings, but mix it up and find your fav. read more

Really tasty, but weirdly small serving. I was the only one out during a very rainy day. Disappointed when he blended a huge portion, then filled the "16" oz size with ~8 oz of smoothie and 1/2 a banana. It didn't even completely fill the cup with the toppings; I hope he drank the rest and ate the banana. Seemed almost intentional. The 10 or so bites I had were good though. read more

This place was interesting. We tried a couple of things and my fav was the feta and spinach wrap. Careful not to over order here. The food is super rich and the coxhina are good but very big I think you could split 1 as a snack. More than that I think I'd have a stomach ache from how rich they are. read more
