I spent $8000 for the "whole house" treatment to remove rats in my attic. The initial treatment crew was ok, however the follow up and customer service has been horrible. With any pest control situation, you expect that there will be a need for follow up because you can't get rid of everything with one treatment. About 3 weeks after the initial treatment, I heard rats scratching in the wall so I called to schedule a follow up. They couldn't come out for 2 weeks and the guys who showed up tried to make me think I was crazy. They said there's no way rats could still be anywhere near my house but they set some traps in the crawl space and told me to call them if I smelled something dead. Unacceptable! I told the guy that was not a good plan and he told me to throw my cat in the crawl space and let him eat the dead rat. Then he laughed at me and left. I was in shock! I called the company and asked to speak to a manager and was told "they are all out sick or on vacation". After many attempts to reach a manager, I finally spoke to a "scheduling manager" who was rude and completely out of touch with any sense of customer service. I finally had to threaten legal action before someone else called me back - still not a manager. He promised to send another person out to recheck. The next day another person came to check my house. Once again, he tried to make me seem like I'm crazy and told me there's no way rats were still anywhere around my house. He installed a Ring camera to monitor the traps to make sure there was no activity. Today, they came out to uninstall the Ring camera and check the traps. Sure enough, there was a dead rat caught in one of the traps. He tried to hide it from me, but I stood there and watched them as they quickly threw it in a garbage bag. I wish I had checked the reviews before throwing my money away. Now I have to hire someone else to take care of the issue. We should all get a class action lawsuit against them. read more

They stood me up for my appointment (part of the lifetime free warranty for their work) and did not call. Numerous calls to office were unanswered, rescheduling took weeks - and never an apology or admission of fault from them. I see why there are numerous 1 star reviews. And then put you on an insane wait list for "warranty" check-ups when the service isn't done as it should be. If there is still problems, factor in 3-4 weeks before they can come back out and fix the issue that they were supposed to fix the first time. They already got your money, so what's the rush, right? It's funny looking back into this episode and what has happened since they were here. I called this company out looking for some expert advice on how varmints were getting into my attic, and that's it. I intended to take matters into my own hands from there and to lock them out. This company's pitch was that there's no way to get rid of squirrels if I don't exchange all of my insulation and spray the attic with chemicals to eliminate odor and pheromones. They only wanted about $5,000.00 to do this. Even if that was true I'm going to try every other less expensive remedy before agreeing to that. I've dealt with these little varmints before and they are not fond of metal. If one can find where they are coming in and cover the hole with suitable metals it will stop the varmints in their tracks. Sometimes nothing more than the top off a can of vegetables nailed up correctly will do the job. The company might have been heroes if they came out here and discussed the holes where the squirrels were getting in, and left off the baloney and sales pitch. I sealed that up with metal mesh and the squirrels haven't come back. For all of the stern warnings they gave me about the risks of not taking their recommended remedy nothing bad has happened and the varmints have remained outside to this day. The claim that if I don't get rid of the pheromones the varmints will chew my house to the ground has been false. I've still got the same insulation and pheromones and no varmints. When their techs found out this is a no-sale they were done and bolted out the door like a bandit. This company would be better off to be honest what they are about which is replacing insulation not getting rid of critters. read more

On February 15, 2022, we purchased a "whole home" warranty from Critter Control. They came out, inspected the entire home, and recommended the "whole home" warranty as the best solution because it comes with a 10-year warranty against future animal entry. On May 22, 2023, we sent in a photo showing where an animal had torn open the siding to get under the house. We asked them to send out a crew to fix it. Crews were sent out on May 30, June 15, and August 10. Before each of these visits, I called the office to personally verify what the crew was planning to do and that they had the information and time they would need to complete the work (we had consistently had past experiences where the crews came out unprepared). Each time, I was assured that they had what they needed. Each time, the crew showed up and was unable to solve the problem because they said that the notes on the job were inadequate and they were unprepared. On July 13 at 2:30 pm, I spoke with the manager to clear up confusion about whether fixing the issue should involve replacing the damaged siding or simply screwing a piece of sheet metal over the hole. The manager and I agreed that, according to the contract, the damage was covered by warranty and that it should be replaced with the correct material. After repeated follow-ups to get the service scheduled, the manager emailed on Sep. 8 claiming that, because the wood was old, it had been easier for the animal to gain entry, and therefore it was not covered. This is despite the fact that Critter Control inspected the home in detail and recommended the "Whole Home" service specifically because future animal entry was likely on an old home and the "Whole Home" service would cover it by warranty. They are now simultaneously asserting that 1) With old wood, they are not obligated to warrant against animal entry, and 2) covering the hole with sheet metal fulfills their obligation under the warranty to protect against animal entry. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Many negative stars. The problems with this company are far too many to list here. Suffice it to say read all of the reviews here and elsewhere and you'll notice a pattern in almost all of the reviews: They are great, professional, attentive and courteous for you as they are making the sale and taking lots of your money upfront and doing the work with the sales gimmick of lifetime warranty. But, as soon as a customer recognizes a problem with the work they've done and their inability/unwillingness to correct it expediently, coupled with stonewalling and some of the rudest management and customer service I've EVER encountered in entire life, by then customer sees the reality of what they're dealing with, and that the rodents they are trying to deal with is preferable to dealing with this company. I wish I could have filmed all of my dealings with this company because it would have made a terrific customer service/customer escalation & retention training video about how to act if you want to ensure that you lose your customers! read more

I'm not one to leave reviews...but this is my last resort. May 2018, I called Critter Control (CC) b/c there were birds in one of our vents. They came out and did a little of $2000 to do some preventative work, which I thought included covering the vents to block birds from getting into the vents. Never did I hear...well let me say..I don't recall being told that special equipment was needed to remove the birds or take care of our bird issue. So, May of this year (2019), my husband and I hear birds in the vent. I'm thinking "How? CC sealed the vents" I called CC to have someone to take a look to see what was going on. A tech. came out, evaluated, and said it would be about $300 to have the issue resolved. I said that I wasn't paying because I paid to have this done (or so I thought) last year. So, the tech said he'll try to help me out. After he was done working, he said "I took them out (me thinking them = the birds) and sealed the vent." That evening, we could still hear birds but I'm thinking they're trying to get in the vent but can't b/c it's sealed. That next morning, Hubby went out to take a look. So, yes...the tech. did seal the vent...BUT WITH THE BIRDS INSIDE! Long story short, I received the obligatory call from the owner after I called to get an explanation. Owner said he looked at the 2018 invoices and the vents should've been sealed then. He said he'll get a team out there to remove the birds and seal the vents. I didn't receive a call, unless company called but didn't leave a message. So, I had a reputable company come out to remove the birds (which had died..and the house beginning to smell) and seal the vents...for wayyyy less than what we paid CC to do and it wasn't done. So, since about mid-May, I've been contacting CC to see if I can be reimbursed a job we had to pay since it wasn't resolved to begin with. It's now July...and I haven't gotten a response. Not a reliable company.... When first scheduled they no called/no showed. Most people who work get fired for doing something like that. Then when they did come back on July 11 parts of my house were broken and left unfinished from the job. I took off from my second job today to be available for the follow up visit, only to be told this morning that guess what??? They aren't coming. Have now been rescheduled to July 22. In the meantime I cannot use the cabinets in my bathroom due to the mess that was left along with unfinished work. I was told this would be a one day job, but apparently after they get their money service is over! *** Update*** So I received a message on here from someone from critter control offering to make things right or something like that. I had some work done on our home and while they did get the critters out they made a HUGE hole in our roof for a trap. The hole caused funnel effects that led water right into our patio. With all of the rain, the water that was so much caused a flood in our home to a tune of $30,000 in damages to the entire bottom floor of our home. I have called more than 10 times to ask for help and simply get an answering service and no one will return my calls. They finally called back and sent someone out and it did not fix the problem as the rain came back two days later and again flooded. Now no one will return my calls or even acknowledge that it might be their error. DO NOT USE THEM. I wasn't quite sure I wanted to write this review, as my initial experience was exceptional (thank you Brianna and Matt). Maybe that's how they get so many new customers... You get a very thorough initial inspection with a follow up for recommended services. Brianna was very detailed and professional. Then I met the "actual" technician, Matt. He too was exceptional and took time to explain in detail what was observed and suggested remediation. I felt a small sense of relief. After paying quite a bit for the exclusion, and signing a contract for 12 months it seems it all went downhill from there. We no longer have the luxury of working from home, and as a result are not home when things are not scheduled. It seems the promises made for gutter guards, attic trapping and exclusion just aren't important to management. I was promised C****** would call me with (imagine this) an additional quote to remedy the critters that are in the gutters leaving behind scraps of food). We spoke briefly once with an agreement to get back to me. Rather than call me, I was surprised when they sent a tech out to provide monthly service. Charged card on file for said monthly service. How am I expected to pay for a service that was supposed to be in my attic yet no one was home? It saddens me to write this as the employees get lumped in with the poor service by management. If you truly need to get to the bottom of critter/rodent headaches do your due diligence. I'm stuck in a situation that at the moment isn't providing relief. I found this business off of bbb.org and gave them a call. I thought they were a small outfit, but they have at least two locations in DFW and also OKC. They sent out a person for a free inspection and she was very nice. She wore booties and took me into the attic to show me what I already knew--I had rats. The way she spoke and explained things, I knew she had been trained to sell. There's nothing wrong with that. And in fact, it's great that she's well trained, friendly, and thorough. I've sold cars before and I appreciate good salesmanship. She then explained to me all about the terrible diseases rodents carried, explained that I would need all new insulation to get rid of pheromones, and then would need additional work to prevent reentry. All great things. But it's about $4 a square foot for all the work (I have about a 1,000 sq ft home.) So I was looking for someone to plug holes, set bait, and get rid of rodents. They were looking at a mini-home remodel with over $4k price tag. It wasn't quite what I was expecting. She gave me the sales pitch and explained that they'll keep coming back. And I'm sure she's right. My issue is that I could have saved her time and energy had they told me that I was looking at about $1,000 for their basic service. I don't need to take a day off work in order to be surprised with sticker shock. Please set expectations is all I ask. I called two other places and they quoted me $65 and $75 respectively. I think I'll take my chances at that price point each year. I can do that for the next 40 years and still save money compared to what I was offered through Critter Control. Five RAVING stars for the pro team at Critter Control. Not everyone can gracefully handle a call from a hysterical woman (me) crying about "a monster in the attic" and efficiently devise a solution to rid a home of monsters. They stopped the nightly home invasions at my house from a team of raccoons (yes, urban raccoons!), humanely removed two of the suckers (one in a cage, the other sadly deceased from an untimely leap from my roof upon finding it's mate in a cage), and very quickly plugged up all of the access points the creatures were using. This was after my former exterminator insisted to me that nothing was in my attic and then couldn't be bothered to return my frantic calls once I had evidence that he was wrong. Philip spent over two hours doing a thorough walk through of my house, crawl space, attic, interior, and exterior. He took photos, mapped out all of the problem areas, and then sat down with me to walk through priorities. I was so impressed that I signed on for quarterly pest control services in addition to the one-time work I had done. They aren't the cheapest group out there, but they were the best I found in my research (others suggested either poisoning the creatures or driving them out of my house to elsewhere in the neighborhood). While I hope I don't need to call on their wildlife removal again, if I do, they will be only team I call! read more

Wish I could give less than one star but that's impossible... What a scam. Your guy comes out and takes blurry pictures which he never fully shows to you in large enough form to tell what it is. He uses all sorts of scare tactics to try and fool you into believing your home is one step away from being taken over by rats/mice... once he has you thoroughly terrified and disgusted at what is living in your attic/walls he drops the bomb on you of cost... I'm sorry... $8,000 is so absurd I can't even find words to tell you! Then when we told him that while we surely wanted to get rid of the pest(s) we could not afford $8K then all of the sudden all of these 'necessary' services are negotiable in order to bring the cost down. All of the sudden he is willing to be flexible on the price... seriously? I may not be a pest pro but I have been in sales and in the world long enough to smell a rip off when presented with one. But I suppose I could understand all of what he was trying to sell and even justify the non-essential type stuff... but the kicker that tipped his hand for me was the very end when I had more or less told him that it wasn't going to happen because cost was simply too great a factor in it... he says and I quote, "Well you want your family safe right?" I said, 'of course'. He then said, 'well you can't put a price on the health and safety of your family'. He's right, you can't put a price on that... however, don't dare use that backhanded guilt-threat to try and shame me into buying your services. And so once he left, when I did a little facebook and yelp research I find many similar reviews charging this company with scamming. Be sure that I have made all my friends and business associates aware of your less than reputable methods and have reported you to the BBB. Enjoy the money you scam off the ignorant while you can, hopefully it won't last long before you are shut down for your shady business. In the end, I was able to resolve the problem with the help of a friend for around $100. These guys are scammers... they will trick you into thinking you have a 50 rat infestation when you probably only have 1 or 2... they are way more interested in selling you home improvements and insulation and such than actually having any idea what they are talking about when it comes to rats... beware... beware... read more

We had someone come today to checkout a possible critter situation. He determined rats and gave us a 3 step process to get this fixed. We were then quoted a crazy amount to get this fixed and I had asked some friends how much they paid for the same situation and that was in hundreds and I was quoted something in the thousands! It just seemed like he was giving us a sales pitch. Now they have a lifetime warranty so I guess if you expect them to come back to fix again it's worth it for you but I am hoping someone comes and fixes it and never has to come back! I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a similar experience to others that have submitted reviews. The company quoted a price of almost $10,000 to fix a rat problem in our attic. They made us feel like we were infested and the problem could never be fixed if we didn't do everything they said. We had a second company come out and were much happier. Their price is less than a third of the other quote and their solutions were very reasonable and logical. He didn't fear monger or pressure us like critter control did. The other company comes with a lifetime guarantee as well and is so much cheaper. I'm so glad I looked around. Don't be tricked and don't let them pressure you! If I were to give a review of the man who came out and did my consult I would give him 5 stars, the crew who came out to do the work- amazing- they were professional, friendly, they cleaned up once they were done- again 5 stars. But, I paid the price I paid for my daughter's car for this service and in the first 2 weeks the rats were back. It has been impossible to sleep because they are right above my bed. I called needing someone to come out, I was given an appointment for 3 days later. I was very thankful. Monday between 8:30-12:30, I took off work b/c I needed the rats out. Today is Monday, it is 1:25 and I have heard nothing. I called the office, no apology, no offer to see when they might be at my house- so I asked to reschedule and the girl (who could not be less helpful) said April 9th. My attic, duct work, insulation, and wiring will be destroyed again by then and I have to listen to the rats above my head for 19 more days! So, if everything goes well and they seal your home well then they are probably a good company to go with, but if you have anything go wrong do not expect the service you paid for (in my case I spent a HUGE amount of money). And if you find yourself in a bad situation where you really need help- you will most likely be on your own if you chose Critter Control. The 1 star is well deserved because today, just a little over 2 weeks since they came out the first time, I am exactly where I was before I Critter Control came in and "cleaned" my house of rats and now that I have paid they are in rush to help me at all. read more

This is the most worthless $1200 I have ever spent in my life. I had animals back in my house in less than 48 hours from the 9/4/21 exclusion service for which I paid $866. Many, many promises were made to me that a follow up call would be made to, as the service rep stated, "finish the job as promised". Nearly 4 months later, no follow up visits have been made. Call Baystate Wildlife instead!!! How I wish I had read the reviews! I had the same experience as many others dealing with our flying squirrel problem. Charged way to much for the work. Wasted 1,400 to partially fix the problem....of course still lots of squirrel activity. They wanted over 5K to do the full job. After our roofer and relative in construction disagreed with their proposed work I called Baystate Wildlife who came out and fixed all issues plus more covering the entire house and two days later we seem to be squirrel free! DANGER WILL ROBERTSON....DANGER!!! Just like the robot from Lost In Space says, avoid this company at all costs. I had roof rats move into my attic after a sub-artic ice storm a few years back and it turned into a major infestation. After a year of calling out multiple companies to help me with the problem without much success, I turned to Critter Control. Their technician showed up and...I kid you not...walked around the exterior of my house once. He never went into the attic. He then told me that I "probably" had roof rats (really Sherlock Holmes?) and that they could perform an exclusion service and seal up up my house for $4,000. This, of course, included a year-long warranty. When I passed he charged a $350 service call fee. Keep in mind that he walked around the exterior of my house once and never went inside or up into the attic. I literally almost told him right then and there to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. But I realized that I had never asked upfront what the service call would cost. Since it was my own stupid fault for not getting that info upfront I figured that I didn't have much of a leg to stand on. As a result, I went ahead and paid the fee. The moral of this story is always ask about service fees upfront. Oh yeah, I also learned to NEVER call Critter Control again. I strongly encourage you to read and believe every negative comment about Critter Control. They are nothing but scam artists. read more

Received a yellow and black "WARNING" sticker from this company that there was a Animal and Bug infestation issue in my neighborhood from this company. Well, first problem is appearance of the sticker which tries to give the "yellow & black" warning. It got my attention glaring on the glass on my door. For the company in the wrong way! Second problem we are registered with the city of Grapevine as a "No Solicit" home. Which on my "warning sticker" was a number for me to call to inform Critter Control of this matter. Third problem, calling the company. Though it may have been an accident the receptionist when speaking with her, immediately informed me she was going to transfer me to someone upon my explanation of why I was calling. After having been placed on hold what seemed like 90 seconds to 2 minutes I felt that she "hung up" on me. Calling back I told her "we were disconnected" when she was transferring me, she said "No, I had a network issue". When I explained to her their marketing tactic used which our home was a "Non Solicit" in Grapevine she said " OK, So". I explained not only are you trying to intimidate people saying their neighbors or they have issues BUT it means your company is violating Grapevine's law(s) that you can not bother people who are on the DO NOT SOLICIT as in DO NOT SELL to them door to door list. Which means I simply instead of making this call to you, can report your company next time to the Grapevine PD which your company will be penalized. Her response was "I will let the guys know" I told her I would suggest you do that. If a company will go to these low means to get business and are not aware of the local laws in which they are trying to garner business, employing employes who lack customer basic customer service skills my recommendation would be to avoid them at all cost. read more

I have unfortunately had a very bad experience with Critter Control. After roping me into spending about $4,000 for a double digit rat problem in between my ceilings, they ultimately could not solve the problem whatsoever. It's over 2 MONTHS later and I still have rats. My husband and I have now dedicated way more of our time to this considering they've only put about 2.5 hours of work at our home in over 2 months. They've been incapable of finding a solution to the problem. Customer service is horrible as well, because I have to hound them to have them get anything done (even though I'm spending 4K??) ultimately they just sealed holes around the house (which my husband and I could've done ourselves) and then they put a one way exit that the rats never once used so they've just been locked inside my ceilings the last 2 months. The rats are decaying my Sheetrock which will end up costing even more. We feel like we just took $4k and flushed it right down the toilet read more

I wish that I had read these reviews before I hired Critter Control. The salesman who came out did a good sales pitch. Then the technicians came out and stayed for about a minute each time. No one agreed on what type of rodent or other critter is causing the problems at my house. The first few week they came out twice per week and put sunflower seeds or peanut butter in a cage. The critters weren't interested, so I had to tell them to try something else. They tried bait stations but the javalinas came by and threw the stations around and ate the bait. Finally they put gas in some of the holes and said they would be back in a few days, but didn't come back for a month, after my prompting. The holes were re-opened within an hour of the gas, but I was told that it wasn't possible. I told them I didn't want further work done but then my credit card was billed. When I called they said that they didn't have a record of my call and I couldn't get a refund on my $129 for monthly service, and they wouldn't return until they come by to pick up the bait traps. I paid close to $3,000 for this awful service. The technicians were nice, but don't seem to have any training. read more

I don't regret much in life, but I do regret having worked with Critter Control. I was told I had mice in the attic and was shown signs for an infestation. I was asked to immediately shut down my aircon until its taken care of. For the sake of the health of my family I rushed into this without even considering other options - big mistake. The whole job was done in a day and cost me an absolute fortune. Two days after the Critter Control crew was in my house, I noticed my jewelry was missing. The police took finger prints and monitored pawn shops, but I haven't seen my precious belongings ever again. So I called this company because they were at the top of the search engine results. I called at approximately 10:30 PM when a raccoon scratched through my ceiling and was in my house. Within 15 minutes someone returned my call to set up an inspection. Long story short, I purchased their treatment that promised to get rid of animals, remove old insulation and replace it. As soon as they left, I heard animals in the attic. This "critter control" is nothing more than a guise to sell expensive insulation jobs. I have called 6 times and left a message with the "answering service." They will not give me a name, they will not transfer me to a supervisor, and NO ONE returns calls. This will stop. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, the AG's office, and a consumer law attorney Monday morning. read more

When one thinks of the term 'scam', this is what they're thinking of. We thought we had varmints in the attic in our 3-year-old home and called Critter Control. They sent a rep out who did what appeared to a very thorough job of inspecting the attic and the exterior of the home. He 'baited' the hook by warning me to wash my hands and take my socks off after we left the attic because I didn't want to track the varmints droppings to the other parts of the house. He kept pointing out things they would 'fix' and repeatedly used the phrase 'if you use our service...' When he got done with the inspection, he said we had an infestation of 'roof rats' and they could be removed but the area would need to be treated to make sure no other rats or mice reappeared. Get this. To remove the rats, he said they use a large sucker hose (like a vacuum) and suck up ALL of the insulation and the rats and it would go into a chopper (think: the movie Fargo) and that they'd have to disinfect the area before putting back in their special insulation. He also pointed out several areas outside the house (weep holes, exhaust pipe on the roof) that needed to be secured so more rodents couldn't get in. The price tag? Only $7013 !!! We contacted a family friend who is a professional exterminator and he came out and found NO rats, NO mice and NO evidence of any droppings, urine or tunnels that the Critter Control person had found. We then solicited a third opinion from another professional pest control. He found nothing! We started connecting the dots through Facebook and found out that Critter Control is an out-and-out scam and even those independent pest control people were able to quote CC's procedure chapter-and-verse before we even told them what we were quoted. I feel so sorry for elderly people who might blindly trust this company and pour thousands of dollars down the drain. read more

I had multiple rats nests in my attic, and the guys at Critter Control were able to take care of my problem in a timely manner. I've had multiple issues since the original work was completed right before Thanksgiving. After the work was completed it is quite a challenge to get them back out. They HAVE come back, fixed issues where lights were overheating after the new insulation was put in. That took 2 trips to get resolved. Then it took some weeks to get their drywall guy out to repair around lights where walking in the attic popped the drywall. I've asked 3 times for a refund for having to call out an after-hours heating and a/c person because while the Critter Control guys were in my attic doing the work, they inadvertently turned off my gas so I had no heat. TODAY I received a check. WEEKS after my calls, emails, and was told again 2 weeks ago the check was in the mail, but I'm happy to finally get it. They also repaired some masonry on my patio but it looks absolutely horrid. I sent photos to my sales person and he agreed he would not want it at his house. They didn't raise the stone portion that had fallen, they simply filled in the gap it left and they used concrete to do this vs. mortar. I have stayed in touch with my salesperson, Daniel, who has been wonderful, but it seems once I speak to him I go another couple of weeks hearing nothing until I reach out again. NOW I'm hearing animals in the attic again. I reported it immediately. Their initial plan was to leave a camera in the attic and an exit for the animals that would not allow them to get back in. It went past the 2 weeks and more like 5 weeks before they came back out to remove the motion sensor and the exit mechanism, and only then because I was calling and emailing them about it. Then the animal noises came back within a very short time after the exit area was taken away. I suspect that area was not sealed up properly, but I don't know. I only know that there are animals back in my attic and this company has a warranty they are not living up to. Repeated calls and emails on my end become exhausting after paying this company to do the full shebang at a cost of $11,586. I've been more than patient and have not posted any reviews, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Now I'm beyond the end of my rope and checking to see if there is legal action I can pursue. read more

Came home from vacation and were welcomed to a very unpleasant odor. Apparently, a creature had found its way into our home's attic and had died. We called Critter Control of DFW and Sam Sutton was out here the next morning and made sure we understood the entire scope of what they could provide as well as the benefits to having them seal off all of the small openings in the eaves and elsewhere that appear over time. Two days later, their crew was out here at 7:30 in the morning and got after it. For any homeowner thinking about getting someone to crawl in their attic and make it better than new, definitely give these folks a call. Be sure you ask for Sam. He's a true professional! read more

Be aware of critter control. Absolute scam! I heard some noise from the attic so we called critter control to check it out. As soon as the exterminator went up to the attic, instead of looking at the rodent situation he was more concerned about out insulation. After a 30 minute sales pitch about how my house will become a fortress and invisible to any rodents,he slapped a $12,000 estimate. The job to be done "properly" required flushing out the old insulation, spraying down the entire attic, spraying the roof, shooting in new insulation and more. Turn out all we needed to do is close some holes on the roof. read more
