We suggested a date/time and even called and sent messages multiple days beforehand for confirmation, but we never heard from them. We needed the service done ASAP and did not want to cancel, so we scrambled to get household items sealed and stored properly. After the fumigation service was completed, we checked on the home to see that the crew broke our attic door and knocked over our extra large flower pots (and left the shattered ceramic everywhere). They provided no compensation for damages. They also signed us up for an annual Terminix membership for some reason. When we called to cancel, the membership employee spent well over 10 minutes trying to convince us that we were making a mistake. We maintained that Terminix was not a good fit for our needs, and the employee became incredibly terse and rude. If you like general organizational chaos, lack of communication, clumsy crews, and hostile customer service, this place is for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend you find somewhere else for your fumigation services.
