He arrived, realized he didn't have the access code to enter the property, and instead of doing the obvious--texting or calling to request it a couple times --he left a single voicemail, made zero additional effort to reach out, stayed for maybe two minutes, and then left. When I returned his call (45 minutes later after finishing a scheduled meeting), he immediately snapped, saying, "I'm done. I will not be disrespected!"--then hung up on me. Let's be clear here: he was the one who showed up late, made no effort to communicate past his one phone call, and failed to take even the most basic steps to get access. And somehow, he spins it around and accuses me of being disrespectful? The level of arrogance, lack of professionalism, and sheer incompetence is mind-blowing. If this is the kind of person this company sends out to represent them, it speaks volumes about their standards. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are plenty of professionals out there--these people are not it.

I made a mistake of spraying at it thinking I'll kill it, just to see all the other spiders I didn't see coming down their creepy webs. My fingers were on fire when googling for an exterminating company and thank god I called them. Jose came out and made sure they all went to someone else's house so I could visit my mom on a regular basis. The price is good too. It saved me from buying them another house because of me demolishing their home lol. TIP: don't spray at random bugs bc I guarantee that you will anger the rest and call them before your problem escalates. That's all.

A few weeks ago my spouse noticed an old rusty…read moresoffit had been dislodged under an eave on our first floor and that a second soffit had a gaping hole in the middle. Tufts of insulation were strewn about the ground and some was hanging outside of a vent that led to an attic. Based off of a recommendation from a previous neighbor and research into local options, I called James. I was Immediately impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his willingness to explain and share his experience. After telling him about my location as well as a brief description of what I found, he was able to accurately describe my fence line, how it led up to a small landing, where the soffits were located, and what he suspected was happening. He came out, assessed the situation, and based off of the evidence he identified the culprit as most likely being a raccoon. He then provided me with options on how we could proceed. At no time was I pressured into picking an option that I was uncomfortable with. He went over the details for each option and clearly explained what was recommended vs what was less pressing and optional. We went with having him monitor the intrusion for 3 days and then replacing all of our old galvanized steel soffits with more coastal friendly poly-vinyl ones. Throughout the entire process, James was incredibly flexible, highly responsive, and deeply attentive to all of our questions/concerns. (Fortunately, I had captured the ugly dead little critter & saved it in a small jar.) Lorraine asked me to text her a picture of the ugly little critter. PRAISE GOD! It was not what we feared. Ugly? Definitely! A bed bug? NO NO NO!!!! Ahhhhh.... peace of mind. Thank you, Lorraine!!! Thank you Clark..you were there when we needed you! Clark could have charged us unnecessarily...but they didn't. We couldn't have had faster, more knowledgeable or friendlier service!!! ...Ohhhh...the ugly dead little critter?...probably a hitchhiker from recently picked roses.

They came to my home and advised the first step would be to set up some traps/poison and have someone from their team come look at our home to see if any additional work needed to be done which would come at an additional cost. Additional costs we were prepared for. The first service provider who assisted us sold us a plan which covered the initial appointment/set up AND the recurring visits every other month as follow up, a one time payment. When the second guy came he took a look at the foundation of our property and didn't even want to inspect it because the job was a lot bigger than anticipated and he advised the traps would do nothing. At that point we reached out to a contractor to see what needed to be done and at the end of it all we spent over $12,000.00 on repairs and kept the pest services because our issue was repaired and the traps and follow-up visits would bring us peace of mind AND they were already paid for. In March I received an invoice for recurring services from Clark Pest Control which threw me for a loop because I had been advised the recurring services were paid for at the beginning. I called their 831-442-5184 number on the invoice and spoke to a manager and that's when it all went downhill. The manager I spoke to was still in training, don't remember his name. I explained the situation to him and he would interrupt and try to catch me in a lie or go back on my words as if I was trying to lie to him. He would constantly interrupt me and say "did you read the contract? did you read the contract?" I have never ever felt so disrespected by an employee anywhere. I called again a few hours later to speak to a second manager and let them know about my interaction and explained the situation. He advised they couldn't do anything because the follow-up appointments are conducted by a third party that needs to be paid out but he advised he would see what he could do and that he would try to have at least half of the bill covered. I gave him a few days and never heard back. I followed up again given the same response and I never heard back again. My last call was an attempt to follow up, I left a message with the person I spoke to and they advised they would give the manager a note to reach out to me. Still haven't heard anything and received another invoice. I genuinely think this is the worst customer experience I have ever had because I was treated like a liar who is trying to pull a fast one and as a grown adult who pays all their bills on time this was a complete slap to the face. Just be careful they'll have you sign contracts for services that will nottt solve your problem and the second a hiccup comes up they will interrogate you and treat you like a liar and never call you back.
