Tufts of insulation were strewn about the ground and some was hanging outside of a vent that led to an attic. Based off of a recommendation from a previous neighbor and research into local options, I called James. I was Immediately impressed with his in-depth knowledge and his willingness to explain and share his experience. After telling him about my location as well as a brief description of what I found, he was able to accurately describe my fence line, how it led up to a small landing, where the soffits were located, and what he suspected was happening. He came out, assessed the situation, and based off of the evidence he identified the culprit as most likely being a raccoon. He then provided me with options on how we could proceed. At no time was I pressured into picking an option that I was uncomfortable with. He went over the details for each option and clearly explained what was recommended vs what was less pressing and optional. We went with having him monitor the intrusion for 3 days and then replacing all of our old galvanized steel soffits with more coastal friendly poly-vinyl ones. Throughout the entire process, James was incredibly flexible, highly responsive, and deeply attentive to all of our questions/concerns. He set up two traps-first night we caught a skunk. Second night he re baited the trap with marshmallows and that did the trick. We caught another skunk and then the raccoon with the second trap. Daniel was quick to communicate via text, very responsive, and knowledgeable. It ended up being quite a bit to remove the raccoon in the end because we had 2 extra skunks in the mix. But worth it to us for safety while we were in the backyard.

I had a rodent problem in our crawl space. I called Ryan and he thoughtfully walked me through the…read moreprocess over the phone. We set up a time and he came over to my house to take a look. Ryan explained everything in great detail and educated me on things like where rodents could get into the house, what they like to eat, the difference between mice and rats (who knew rats were so intelligent), different kinds of traps, etc. We walked around the house and identified spots that should be sealed up. He offered practical solutions like chicken wire and expanding spray foam (typically used for insulation). He asked me if neighbors were setting out poison because he saw several dead critters in my crawl space. It turns out, a week later I did see a poison trap set up a few houses away from me. His down to earth approach on problem solving resonated with me. There's no black and white answer when you have rodents. Ryan was very patient and made sure I understood all of the options. It's been a month since he came out. Since then, I caught one mouse, sealed up the obvious spots around the house, and haven't seen any new activity. If the rodents do come back, I feel much more prepared to deal with it the next time around. If I can't, I won't hesitate to call Ryan again.

He showed me images and quickly walked me through how he would resolve. I received an emailed estimate. Once I signed the follow up was quickly scheduled. Not only do they secure the access points they return to ensure capture of the rodents. At the first follow up he reported back that the female was captured. I paid an extra 3k for a one time exclusion service. Within weeks of the service, I had mice in my house. Called for them to take care of the problem. They gave me a five hour window and then didn't show up. To make matters worse, the technician lied and claimed he had actually been here. I filed a complaint and talked to his manager. He said he would look into it. He never called me back. Don't waste your money on these clowns.
