Breakfast croissant sandwhich and Iced Latte (24oz)

I loveeee CroBean. Every time I come here, the customer service is so good. I'm always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. She's the sweetest. My go-to order is the 24 oz iced toffee nut latte with an add shot, Oatmilk, and extra ice. I prefer more coffee-forward lattes and this one is delicious. It's definitely on the more sweeter side but the coffee taste that comes through is so good. They use cafe moto beans. The breakfast croissant sandwhich was also soo delicious. I also really enjoy their blueberry crumble pastry. They have seating inside and outside and I've never had a problem finding seating. One thing I will say is it's definitely pricey. However, it's good to know your money is going to a small, local business instead of a big chain like Starbucks.

Stopped here for coffee and snacks with my kids on a drive to San Diego. We got a mango-strawberry cake, chocolate marquis mousse cake, some macarons and drinks. Everything was delicious, the barista was amazing and so nice to the kids, and the shop itself is really pretty. We enjoyed our coffee and treats on their lovely patio.

    Great pastries and quiches.

We stopped here for lunch after snow tubing most of the morning and I'm glad we did, this place is locally owned and so cute. I loved all the pastries options and even all the coffee and latte flavors, I couldn't decide. The kids enjoyed their hot chocolates and loved the pastries. After grabbing a seat here and enjoying our lunch, we drove home with our bellies full and happy. Such a great-no-frills-mom-and-pop place to grab a bite to eat.

I've had this bakery on my must check out list for a year .I was very happy and curious to finally check them out . I will say I was quite surprised at the higher than usual prices they have . The reason you will want to come here is for their croissants . They are four dollars each, however, if you close your eyes, you think you're eating it in France.

Once in a while, I have an experience when I instantly felt a connection to a place or business. This was one of those times. This mom-and-pop shop is incredible! Emily, who greeted and helped me, has the most adorable person with a lively and happy presence. She told me that she is the daughter of the owner/baker, "Louie." He's French, and I can't pronounce his actual name (ha ha). Her mom, Heather, helps with the front of the house. One of our new friends gifted us a loaf of sourdough bread, and it tasted homemade and was delicious so we thought it was hand made by our new friend. Emily proudly informed me that the country sourdough is from her starter, which is nine years old. That said, the traditional sourdough is made by her dad, whose starter is 30 years old! Amazing! The kicker is some of the decor - Minions! And who likes them? Louie! My 82-year old mom is head over heels for those crazy Minions too!. Yep, this will definitely become a regular stop for us. We're looking forward to trying some of their other crea

Love supporting local businesses, really nice ambiance with plenty of seating. The staff was very friendly As soon as you walk in your hit with wonderful bakery aroma. The pastries are very large, cinnamon roll was larger than my hand. Tried the blueberry muffin, was ok. The macaroons looked delicious but on pricey side so didn't get those. Drink wise tried out the winter special peppermint patty cold brew. Was a little heavy on chocolate side for my taste but overall pretty good.

Stopped by here while on a getaway to the mountains. It's a perfectly quaint little town bakery with some AMAZING baked goods. They have sweet and savory options, get here early as they sell out of some. The croissant I had was absolute perfection. It was so hard to choose which one to get. The macaroons were super flavorful and perfect texture. The best part is they are so sweet to the pups. They had treats for her and welcomed her in. So helpful and friendly!

Pear almond croissant in a bag. Amazing

My favorite flavor combo is almond and pear and I have been chasing a pear almond pastry I had about 25 years ago in San Diego. I recently started working in Alpine and had heard many people talk about CroBean so I was early one day and decided to give it a try. When I saw the pear almond croissant in the case I didn't need to look any further. I selected that and their Mexican mocha. Both were excellent. They have a beautiful huge selection of colorful macrons. I'm thinking about heading over in a minute to get something for my mom.

Omg!! The best quiche I've ever had!!! Lots of yummy cheese!! The chocolate chip cookie is massive and heavy. I put it in the microwave for a few minutes and it is so good. Plus a cup of coffee and its perfection. The service is excellence!! They are family owned and super friendly. The place and music sound like you are in a cafe in Paris. Very cute! We literally tried everything, and it was really good! The baker makes the dough fresh every single day. Huge selections of macaroons!! I will be back to try more!!

Fast service, extremely friendly, and so many choices to make. We ended up getting the bagels to eat there which we enjoyed outside watching the world go by and we got a chocolate croissant and apple turnover to take home.. we also got a loaf of gruyere and green onion sourdough! We will definitely be back for their fresh brew, coffee, and more yummy pastries

We already got our pie fix at Mom's, but made this our last stop before heading out. It was so cold out, a super chilly day, there's nothing more perfect than to grab a hot cup of steaming Apple Cider! It hit the spot! I couldn't stop just standing there sipping my hot cider while waiting for our to go items to be prepared. We got two apple cider donuts, one cinnamon sugar and one chocolate dipped. Long ago, I tried these tiny heart shaped pie crust cookies covered in cinnamon and sugar - Apple Memories! These are crisp tiny bites of love that you want to take home every single time! There are actually two buildings. One where you can grab a bite to eat, the other has all the merchandise, and both have whole frozen pies to grab to go! The building where you can dine has a small inside dining area, it can get cozy in there, but on a chilly day, that is exactly what you want! Just outside there is plenty of room outdoors to enjoy the scenery. In the merchandise building I couldn't help myself... we took home a whole gallon of apple cider, and also bought a jar of Cinnamon Apple Honey Spread and a jar of Apple butter... absolute yum! The hubs also decided to try the apple cinnamon chapstick! Yes, you can grab one of these famous pies at many different establishments throughout San Diego. To make name a few, Iowa Farms, Spring Valley Market, Siesel's and even at Vons! But if you're in Julian, don't forget to try a pie, grab some Apple Memories, and don't forget to bring a hot thermos to take that hot Apple cider to go! Enjoy!!! Simply the Best! Had the Dutch Apple pie, because I wanted something sweeter. It was very good, and served slightly warm.
