After my wife called him, he came by after work that same day and cleaned my carpet. He fast and cleaned under my bed and hand rub the corner. Worked very hard. I really recommend him. He dont use water. His system is different, he spray chemical and use a machine to polish the carpet clean and also use his hand to remove dirt. Above and beyond! We have a pesky carpet stain from my dog being a booger and peeing on it while we were sleeping. Greg came out today and informed me that it would be hard to remove and unlike any other vendor who would clean, collect their money, and leave, he said he would come back with a product which he feels would get the job done. I had Greg out to clean my carpets in a 3BR house. I was leery about any carpet cleaner based on reviews of other companies but Greg was beyond awesome. He called the morning of to confirm the appointment, was on time, took time to greet my dog (fellow dog lover), and had top notch equipment and a green cleaning solution. Unlike other carpet cleaners, he didn't try to upsell any other services and his quote provided over the phone was what he charged. And his prices are honestly too low, he could charge more. Absolutely impressed with Greg's service! Our carpets have never been so clean! I called him on Tuesday and was able to set-up a 9:30am appointment on Friday the same week. I was worried he wasn't going to show up because it was raining but exactly at 9:30am the door bell rings and there he was. He did a quick inspection and let me know he'll be able to do the job as quoted over the phone, considering we had added another area of the house to be cleaned. He was up front about the few spots/stains that was permanent/impossible to remove. He did the job within an hour and a half all by himself, with completely green and safe products. After a bad experience with another company the last time we had our carpet cleaned last year--done with 2 guys and is not even half as good as Greg's work all by himself + suddenly changed the price by $45 when the work was complete--I'm glad I finally found our go-to person when it comes to carpet cleaning. Greg was personable, honest, and respectful, and really knew what he was doing (says he's been doing it for at least 25 years!). I wish he stays in the business for as long as possible. Later he came after a crazy big party where the carpet was black with dirt (normally it's a pleasant beige). He set to work using a little more solution than normal and it was good as new. I needed extra cleaning of just my high traffic areas. I spoke with other carpet cleaning companies and they wanted to charge me for ALL OF THE ROOMS through which the high traffic area passed. My high traffic area was much less than the total area of the rooms. I spoke with Greg on the phone and explained my needs.
