I couldn't say how happy I am with the results! I originally we received a quote from another carpet cleaner and they stated that the carpet is stained and we had to replace the tiles which would've cost us $500 for 5 tiles (2ft x 2ft). I searched on Yelp and M&D reached out to offer an in-person consult on the carpet. He came, did a tour around the office, and provided us with a quote of $570 to clean the entire office and the tiles that needed "replacement," he was able to conclude that it just needed a deep cleaning. Unfortunately I have to report that this company is not up to snuff. On the phone they tell you the cost is one thing and when they show up it's another. Marco give you a song and dance about need help to move the furniture (like they don't already know this) and will have to change even more and then he does it all himself any ways. And now it's hundreds of dollars. I also noticed that while he's walking around he pulls up carpet here and there before you give him the OK to start. Watch out for that.
